        病院組織의 리더쉽 類型과 組織文化 類型의 適合性 分析 ( 1 )

        The point of this study is how come the leadership type and the organizational culture type in hospital organization to get a fitness. To be concrete, it is to analyze the difference of the fitness between leadership type and organizational culture type according as the level of hospital and the characteristic of population statistics. The result of analysis in this study is as follows: ① The valadity and the reliability of the question about leadership type and organizational culture type has been showed so distinctly. ② The leadership type and organizational culture type which is suggested in the research model actually have been showed 2 type, not but 3 types. There are 2 types of leadership type : transformational leadership at group 1 and non-transformational leadership at group 2. And there are 2 types of organizational culture type : stagnant culture at group 1 and non-stagnant culture at group 2. ③ The fitness of each type has been showed very difference according as the level of hospital. That is just to be showed the following characteristics : transformational leadership and stagnant culture ant the university hospital; non-transformational leadership and stagnant culture at the general hospital; transformational leadership and non-bureaucratic type or non-stagnant culture at the hospital. But there is not any difference according as the characteristics of population statistics. As stated above, it could be seen that there is a difference of the fitness between leadership type and organizational culture type according as the level of hospital. In conclusion, it seems that the hospital organization with this present leadership type and organizational culture type is been raised lots of difficulties to increase the performance.

        變革的ㆍ去來的ㆍ카리스마적 리더십과 組織文化의 適合性이 行動的 有效性에 미치는 영향 ( 2 )

        This study examined the relationship in the organizational effectiveness according to the fitness of leadership and organizational culture within hospital organization and discovered the fitness with high effectiveness. The results of this study are as follows : In case of the clinics showed the fitness of transformational leadership and innovative culture, stability-oriented charismatic leadership and innovative culture with high effectiveness. But it has been showed that the fitness of non-charismatic leadership and non-innovative bureaucratic culture had low organizational effectiveness. In case of the general hospital appeared that the fitness of stanility- oriented charismatic leadership and innovative culture raised the effectiveness. In case of the university hospital showed that the fitness of stability- oriented charismatic leadership and non-bureaucratic increased the effectiveness. The result of this research is reflected the reality of management very well, that the hospital organization couldn`t be guaranteed even the preservation for existence when it doesn`t cope with the sudden environmental change today pertinently. Therefore, with the suitable adoption of transformational leadership and innovative culture for the hospital organization and increase the effectiveness, it will cope with the environmental change actively and build up the competition power and be able to seek the growth and development of hospital organization.

        박상륭의 죽음의 한 연구에 나타난 시간과 공간 연구*―역경을 중심으로

        This study applied time and space of number of changes and the phase of hexagrams In The Book of Changes(Iching) to a time and space in A Study of Deaths written by Park, Sang-lyung. A study of Death was explained by M. bakhtin’s motif of meeting and mutual supplement to Iching’s time and space. Motif of meeting to this work is connected intimately with that of porting and acquisitions causing by murder and desire of sex. On the other hand, time consciousness of this work was made through circular process and we have known acting in complementary association of space.

        이청준의 소설가소설 연구

        This thesis is a search work for novelist in Lee Chung [con’s novel. Since he has written novel of metaphysics 〈Invalid & Mergerley〉, there are works like this novel, 〈Rule & Liberation〉, 〈Secret Story-Milkiou〉, 〈Door of Freedom〉, 〈Humanist Musojak’s jongsangkie〉. This study analyze him to think for novelist’s value, life and novel, motive for novelist writing and responsibility etc. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, these works of 〈Tuning Man〉, 〈Wall of Rumour〉, 〈Not Written Autobiography〉 is found out agony of writing and duty of the times, in this analysis he said that writer have to write for humanism and happiness, deep love of life. Second, as 〈Secret Story-Milkiou〉, start and end of his novel is found out individual life and social life in same time, also, it is to discover in value joining personal time and social time. Third, to 〈Door of Freedom〉, Lee Chung Joon said that it is to discover essence and object, meaning of novel by reproducing practical love on the life of human and throwing or changing already completed commandment. Fourth, to 〈Humanist Musojak’s Jongsangkie〉, he search the source of story by narrative form in the truth, self acknowledgement on value ruling the world. Also, he said that novelist have to write novel for people of same time through many form of novelist-novel. In the long run, Lee Chung Joon insist on novelist to have humanism through agony and reflection against novelist’s social responsibility.

        최근 한국사회는 세월호 침몰 사고를 비롯하여 각종 크고 작은 사고가 발생하여 많은 사람들에게 불안감과 긴장감을 조성하고 있다. 오늘날 현대인들은 세월호 침몰 사고처럼 언제 어디서 어떤 일이 일어날지 모르는 수많은 위기 속에서 살아가고 있다. 따라서 우리는 이러한 예기치 않은 재해나 사고가 일어났을 때, 이 위기를 슬기롭게 극복해 나기기 위해서 어떠한 리더십이 필요한지를 고민하게 된다. 수백 명의 고귀한 인명이 희생된 세월호 침몰 사고는 인재에 의한 사고로 우리사회에 안전 불감증과 무책임이 얼마나 만연해 있는가를 확인하게 했고 부재하는 리더십에 대한 커다란 갈망을 가져왔다. 이러한 현실에서 이문열의「우리들의 일그러진 영웅」은 현대 한국사회에 필요한 리더십이 무엇인지를 제시하고 있다. 이 소설에서 5학년 담임선생님, 반장, 6학년 담임선생님의 리더십을 통해 과거에는 무책임하고 방관적인 리더, 권력을 이용한 폭력적이고 공포적인 리더, 급진적이고 카리스마 있는 리더들의 존재를 확인하게 된다. 그러나 21세기에는 다른 사람들을 억압하거나 착취하지 않고 다른 사람들의 소리에 귀 기울이고 나와 다른 이의 의견을 존중하고 포용하며, 공감과 소통을 통해 화합 할 줄 아는 리더가 절실히 필요하다. 이러한 리더를 중심으로 사회전반에 책임감 있고 상호간에 배려하는 풍토가 조성된다면, 국민들은 어떤 위기가 닥치더라도 누구나 리더로서의 역할을 충실히 하며 좀 더 안전하게 살 수 있을 것이다. Recently, Korean Society is creating an air of anxiety and tension by various big and small accident including - Sewallho Sinking Accident - to people. Present, Modern man lives on a lot of crisis unable to form what kind of accident know very little when and where like -Sewallho Sinking Accident-. Therefore, we attempt reflection to be required any leadership for overcoming this crisis wisely when such unforeseen disaster and crisis is occurred. Sewallho Sinking Accident to be sacrificed noble life of hundred of people happened by man-made disaster. This is known to be spread safety frigidity and irresponsibility in Korea Society, people is longing for leadership to be absence. In this situation,「Our Twisted Hero」suggested what leadership required for Korean Society. This novel described character of leaders through a class of the 5th grade teacher, a class president and a class 6th grade teacher. That is irresponsible and onlooking leader, violent and horror leader exerting an authority, galloping and charismatic leaders. But leader``s attribute of the 21th century is required in Korea Society as mentioned below. We hope desperately leader making harmony through identify communication, not suppress and exploit people, listen carefully people``s expression, respect and embrace opinion of me and others. It must be made atmosphere of mutual consideration and sense of responsibility in the society at large with this leaders at the center.
