돼지 적리에 대한 Sedecamycin의 야외적용 효과

This experiment was carried out to study the benificial, prophylatic and threapeutic effects on the sedecamycin as a feed supplement for pig. As a results of the study, the following conclusion were obtained: 1. The daily weight gain and feed conversion ratio of sedecamycin administration group was statisticaly significant excellent than that of the control group in pigs(p<0.01, p<0.0.5). 2. In the prophylatic effects, sedecamycin administration group was inhibiter occurrence of swine dysentery than control group in piglets. 3. In the threapeutic effects, sedecamycin administration group was statisticaly significant excellent than that of the control group in piglets(p<0.05).

Equine uterine bacterial contamination was studied about nineteen mares in stud farm. Nine of twelve mares examined at foaling, nine of eleven mares examined at foal heat and fourteen of fourteen mares examined at second estrus showed uterine bacterial contamination. And three cases of endometritis were isolated various bacteria. 1. Three were isolated Streptococcus spp. (37.3%), Staphylococcus spp. (23.9%), Bacillus spp(16.4%), Corynebacterium spp. (7.5/%), Enterobacter cloacae (7.5%), E. coli (5.9%), Bacteroides spp. (1.5%). 2. All isolated except E. coli were sensitive to cephalothin, chloramphenicol, erythromycin, tetracycline. The sensitivity of E.coli towards cephalothin and gentamicin was nearly 100%.
