        새로운 폰트 개발에 의한 효과적인 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 디자인

        According to develop multimedia contents construction circumstances, the method of font expression on display have developed variously. Fonts of various design have developed for difference contents design of developer and requirement satisfaction of user. On this paper propose the effective method of fonts used web and multimedia satisfied needs of developer and user and method for construction the contents circumstance of good quality. As Korean digital font include Hangul, Latin alpabet and Chinese characters, tend to lack unity, and Hangul and other characters identity are a little ambivalent when they used together. In order to solve these problems, this paper attempts to use same serif and descender shape on Hangul and Latin alphabet design to make unified identity.

        Buffer Registers, integrations of memory elements which operate in units just like any other Register, generally have no other function than restoring binary words. A proper readjustment, however, will equip these Buffer Registers with the ability to transfer restored words and to do arithmetic works. In employing Buffer Registers in real time operation, data processing in one Buffer Register should be completed before the next one. When ever Buffer Register is filled with relevant data, the function of these Buffer Registers will be switched.

      • 順序論理回路의 構成에 關한 硏究

        All kinds of logic dircuits which are used in high density integrated circuit are composed of the sequential logic circuits. The sequential circuit are installed the memory elements, and the memory elements are feed back to the combinational circuits. The memory elements are a device in which the binary information can be stored, and it shows the state of the sequential logic circuit. The output of the sequential logic circuit is the function according to the present state of the memory elements, and it also shows state of the external input. In this paper, we anslyzed the composition of the sequential logic circuit and proposed that the necessity of decision of the input pattern for the fault detection by the investigating the relationship between the input and output of the circuit in the case of the failure.

        영상 복잡도에 기반한 GOP구조의 동적 제어 알고리즘

        This paper propose a method that GOP structure based on the picture complexity change realtime adaptive without pre-analysis or time delay. Proposed algorithm calculates the complexity of pictures at first, and the ratio of the complexity() between P picture and I picture is calculated. The suitable M value for the three picture select by comparing with predetermined threshold. Used bit and vbv_delay the value of GOP is calculated according to selected M. Experimental results show that the prediction error is reduce than the fixed GOP structure. Since the complexity distribution of the sequence is different, applied limits of threshold value is changed, also.

      • 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 영상의 효율적 압축

        There are many interest on person or face of person when doing the digital photograph or web browse the image. When code ROI including the face is coded the background region also. In this paper , proposed new method based Maxshift method using in JPEG2000. Generally, before region of interest is reconstructed fully don't fully reconstruct background region. It solve these weak points and increase the efficiency and reduce to use memory numbers. It was effective region of interest coding method. By using the proposed method can effective construct region of interest and background region and efficiency image quality and reduce the memory numbers.

      • JPEG2000 정지 영상 압축 표준에서의 효율적인 관심 영역 코딩에 관한 연구

        Region of Interest is more important than other image in compressed image. Region of Interest is demanded high compression and high quality. Maxshift method and Scaling based method have problems in JPEG 2000 proposed that increase bit rate and need extra decoder. We propose Region of Interest scaling method based Maxshift method of JPEG 2000 part Ⅰ for improving the problems. It could reconstruct some degree background region by proposed method before lossless reconstruct Region of Interest. Also, could satisfactorly reconstruct Region of Interest and background region that don't transmit the full image when low bit transmission is demanded.

      • 선형등화기를 이용한 다중-사용자 복조 혼합 TDMA/CDMA 시스템

        In this paper, we studied for multi-user detection system, which hold the merit of CDMA system and can enhance the system capacity. We designed actually realizable quasi-optimal multiuser detection system by use of linear equalizer on the concept that multiuser detection algorithm can be reduced by combination TDMA with CDMA, we call this the hybrid TDMA/CDMA system. And we proposed multiuser detection system, which can use PSAD and MSDD channel estimation method. As a result of performance analysis, we acquired equal or much better performance by use of linear multichannel equalizer in the case of not so many user. And on the occasion of many user within cell we can also acquired much better performance in comparison with conventional single user detection system by use of hybrid TDMA/CDMA system.

      • 신경회로망 제어기의 새로운 학습방법과 제어구조

        The purpose of this study is to theoretically and systematically review the existing leadership research and to clarify the basic structure of leadership behavior whcih can affect the productivity of diversified sports group. This study attempted to examine sports leader's leadership research which would clarify the mechanism of a reciprocal fitness between organizational culture type of sports group structure and sports leader's leadership style and effectiveness. The results and expected the point the issue of this study as follows; (1) The cause reviewed sports leader's leadership research to a theoretical viewpoint was significant as a scientific study. Although the positive leadership study of sports group as small group have used to bellow a-methodology from the domanins of social science, the productivity of study from each scientific domain isn't simply to be fit for them be having each peculiar scientific tradition. Accordingly, this study was attempted comaprison and unification of term and framework to integrate each fruit of study based on these critical mind. (2) This study, based on the contingency theory, clarifies empirically the fitness between organizational culture type of sports group and leadership style, and sets up theoretical model to analyze the relationship between those fitness and leadership effectiveness. Organizational culture and leadership style, of sports group applied Imamura's(1974) sports group structure model and Parsons's(1965) AGIL theory to the Quinn & McGrath(1985) model, and set up new theoretica leadership research model. (3) The theoretical model of organizational culture type of sports group, leadership style and leadership effectiveness to clarify the fitness relationship among those three variables offered the basic data to accomplish synthetic and systematic research in the sports leadership study. Particularly, these model can be expected to acquire efficient productivity of sports group with reciprocal fitness between organizational culture type and leadership style and effectiveness.
