      • 大學의 敎育課程 및 敎授方法改善을 위한 硏究

        Historically, the curriculum pattern for Higher Education in Korea after the liberation used to be shaped by the American Model. And the methodology in instruction largely remains in the long-preserved way of past technique such as teacher's explanation, black-board writing, and rote learning. As far as education is concerned, theories of teaching must be the utmost concern. The structures of modern disciplines are complex and diverse. This complexity of modern structures means that problems of comprehension and understanding of modern knowledge now exist in which we have "barely" recognized. The diversity of structures implies that we must look not for simple theory of learning leading to, the best teaching-learning structure for our schools, but for a complex theory leading to a number of different structures, each appropriate for a given discipline or group. of disciplines. It seems interesting to consider some of view of so-called structuralists. Crucial to the structuralistic analysts view is the assumption that despite the numerous apparent difference between one activity, development or culture and another sufficiently probing analysis will detect deep-seated continuities across the range of individual occurances. The analyst not only points out these "Underlying regularities," but also singles out for particular attention these rules or factors which can .account for the differences between two activities or cultures. Therefore, the rules of "transformation" between the possible arrangements of elements become a pivotal concern for structuralists. The common point of view that structuralists develop has been even more disdainful concerning the behaviorist position claiming that stimulus and response theory is simply wrong. The structuralists also focuses particularly on "man," seeing him as a constructive organism, with generative capacities who none theless is preoccupied to follow certain paths in his intellectual development and achievement because of the structure of his own brain and the regulating forces in the human environment. Ministry of Education launched "The Pilot School" program for the improvement of colleges and universities for past ten years. Main policies of this program refers to the cultivation of highly trained workers needed for the rapidly changing society. Unfortunately all the efforts went in vain. These consequences remind us of rational management of curriculum and methods applied to the academic criteria. It is strongly argued that we are supposed to adopt the idea of discipline-centered . curriculum and process-oriented instruction. It is also recommended that we have to seek a certain implementation of modern theory of instruction which contains such higher mental abilitity as creativity, application, analysis, and wide-ranged mode of inquiry. It. is realized that passion for rationality and free thinking are the key elements in the formation of curriculum and content. It became apparent that these subjects are required to be discussed thoroughly on the methodological dimension for the development of our higher education.

        남성 소비자의 남성성 재현과 브랜드선택 및 소비 행위에 관한 탐색적 연구: 술 소비문화를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relative relationship of men’s representation of masculinity and product or brand consumption behavior in the socio-cultural context of the Korean alcohol consumption. The consumption rituals also were considered in this exploratory investigation. The participant observation and in-depth interview(IDI) were mainly executed in the process of collecting data from the phenomenological point of view. The study shows the mixed perception of masculinityamong the informants and also shows inter-relationship between the alcohol consumption behavior and the representation and enactment of their masculinity. 본 연구는 참여 관찰 및 개별 심층 면접 방식의 질적 분석 방법을 통해 남성 소비자의 주류 소비와 관련해 남성성 재현의 내재적 욕구와 제품 및 브랜드 소비 행위 간의 관계를 심층적으로 파악하고 이해하고자 하였다. 특히, 주류 관련 소비의 사회·문화적 맥락속에서 한국 남성들은 남성성을 어떻게 해석하며 어떤 상황 및 과정을 거쳐 남성성이 재현되고 이러한 남성성이 제품 및 브랜드 선택과 소비에 어떤 관련이 있는지를 현상학적, 해석학적 관점에서 심층적으로 탐구하고자 하였다.

        Noam Chomsky, a brilliant innovator in our century, insisted that the lingustic capacity is a distinctively human function, which reflects the natural logic or rationality of the mind, a creative capacity immanent in the brain and not dependent in any significant way on experience of the environment. The most powerful evidence supporting Chomsky's controversial position is the incredible speed with which normal children can pick up one or more languages, at an age when other cognitive capacities are still quite immature: and the fact as well, that children sometimes make syntactical distinctions which are not found in their own language, but appear in alien languages which they could not possibly have heard. Chomsky, taking the position of transformational grammar is his field, has been even more disdainful concerning the behaviorist position than his fellow structuralists, claiming that stimulus and response theory is simply wrong. He also focuses particularly on "mind", seeing it as a constructive and creative being, with generative capacities because of the autonomy and the inborn structure of mankind. Granted that this theory has a certain rationality in its underlying reality, we really are facing much difficulties in our plan for education. It should also be a prerequisite to clarify the controversial matter between human mind and human observable behavior. Because we have to establish our criteria to be refered to the overall teaching activities in a significant way hereafter.

        업사이클링을 활용한 친환경 생활용품 제작 프로그램이 초등학생의 환경친화적 태도와 환경소양에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 업사이클링을 활용한 친환경 생활용품 제작 프로그램이 초등학생의 환경친화적 태도와 환경 소양에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 B광역시에 소재한 N초등학교 6학년 2개 반 32명(남 13명, 여 19명)을 연구집단으로 설정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구집단에서환경과 업사이클링에 관련된 10차시 수업 후 각종 검사와 소감문을 실시하여 그 효과를 알아보았다. 본 연구의 수행을 위해서 우선 수업 처치 전 환경 친화적 태도와 환경 소양에 대한 사전 검사지를시행하였고 10차시의 수업 후 사후검사지 및 소감문 작성을 시행하여 그 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 업사이클링을 활용한 친환경 생활용품 제작 프로그램이 초등학생의 환경 친화적 태도 향상에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 업사이클링을활용한 친환경 생활용품 제작 프로그램이 초등학생의 환경 소양 향상에 유의미한 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 업사이클링을 활용한 친환경 생활용품 제작 프로그램을 한 후 학생들의소감문을 살펴보니 환경 문제에 대해 관심도가 높아졌고, 업사이클링을 하고 난 후 환경 친화적인태도나 환경을 바라보는 시각이 긍정적으로 변화했다는 것을 알 수 있다. 위와 같은 결과를 토대로, 업사이클링을 활용한 친환경 생활용품 제작 프로그램은 지구의 환경문제를 해결하고 학생들 마음속에 환경을 위한 마음이나 환경을 보호하기 위한 태도를 향상시키는데효과적인 교육 방법으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of eco-friendly household goods production programs using upcycling on elementary school students' environmentally friendly attitudes and environmental literacy. The study was conducted by setting 32 students (13 men and 19 women) in 2 classes in the 6th grade of N Elementary School located in B Metropolitan City as a research group. In the research group, various tests and impressions were conducted after 10 classes related to the environment and upcycling to find out the effect. To carry out this study, a preliminary test paper on environmentally friendly attitudes and environmental literacy was first conducted before class treatment, and the results were compared and analyzed after 10 classes. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the eco-friendly household goods production program using upcycling had a significant effect on the improvement of environmentally friendly attitudes of elementary school students. Second, it was found that the eco-friendly household goods production program using upcycling had a significant effect on the improvement of environmental literacy of elementary school students. Third, looking at the students' impressions after the upcycling-based eco-friendly household goods production program, it can be seen that interest in environmental issues has increased, and after upcycling, environmentally friendly attitudes and views of the environment have changed positively. Based on the above results, the eco-friendly household goods production program using upcycling is considered an effective educational method to solve Earth's environmental problems and improve students' attitudes to protect the environment or mind.
