결사의 계승과 발전을 위한 정혜결사와 참사람결사 비교연구

불교는 삼국시대에 전래된 이래 전통문화의 근간을 이루었다. 전통문화의 상당수가 불교에 근거하고 있으며, 불교는 한국인의 사유와 가치관에 큰 영향을 주었다. 하지만 불교의 ‘결사’는 이러한 흐름에서 다소 벗어나 있다. 오늘날 한국사회에서 결사는 불교의 잊어진 문화이며, 불교계에서도 결사는 단어만 존재할 뿐이다. 하지만 결사는 대표적인 불교의 공동체 문화로서 불교 내부와 외부를 함께 아우르는 운동의 성격도 지니고 있었다. 삼국시대부터 불교인들은 신행활동이나 불사, 혹은 교단 개혁을 위해 뜻을 모으고 결사를 만들었다. 이러한 노력으로 타락한 고려불교를 정화하였고, 조선시대에는 정부의 탄압도 극복하였다. 일제강점기에는 민족의 독립과 왜색불교 극복을 위해 경허와 한암이 결사를 주창하였다. 서옹스님은 현대사회의 여러 문제를 극복하기 위해 1990년대 중반 참사람결사를 결성하였다. 그러나 이러한 노력들은 현재 불교계에서도 기억되지 않고 있다. 오늘날 한국사회와 불교가 처한 위기를 극복할 수 있는 대안으로서 결사의 필요성이 증대하고 있다. 이에 이 논문에서는 오랜 결사의 전통을 계승하고 발전시키기 위해, 참사람결사가 역사 속의 결사를 계승하고 있음을 밝히고, 그 의미를 연기, 평등, 참여의 관점에서 정리하였다. After Buddhism was introduced in the Three Kingdoms period, Buddhism achieved a foundation of traditional Korean culture. Many of the cultural Heritages are based on Buddhism. Buddhism has had a significant impact on the worldview of Koreans. But the Association of Buddhism is slightly off from this pact. These days, the Buddhist Association is the Forgotten Buddhist Culture in Korea. In the Korean Buddhism, Buddhist association exists only as a word. But the Association was the typical community culture and had the nature of social movements covering with the outer and inner Buddhism. From the Three Kingdoms period, Buddhists had made the Association for the purpose of Religious Activities and the Reformation. As a result of these efforts, Rotten Buddhism in the Koryo Dynasty was purified. And Buddhism was overcame the Oppression of the Government in Joeseon Dynasty. In Japanese occupation, Kyungheo(鏡虛) and Hanam(漢巖) made the Association for the purpose of the Independence and the Purification of Japanese style Buddhism. Seoong(西翁) made the “True-Being” Association for the purpose to resolve the Modern Social Problems in the mid-1990s. But, these Associations are not remembered in Current Korean Buddhism. There has increased the necessity of the Association to overcome the crisis facing the Korean society and Buddhism in today. In this Perspective, this paper’s Purpose is the succession and development of the tradition of the Association. For it, it is proved that the True-Being Association was succeeded the Association of Samadhi and Prajna in Koryo Dynasty. And this paper was summarized its meaning in terms of Compassion, Interdependent Origination, Equality.

불교 수행 프로그램의 참여 현황과 심리적 효과 - 미황사 템플스테이를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 지방 사찰에서 이루어지는 템플스테이의 참여 현황과 심리적 안정, 사고와 정서, 그리고 이후의 삶에서의 활용 등의 측면을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 템플스테이 참가 현황은 어떠한가?, 둘째, 템플스테이 참가 만족도는 어떠한가?, 셋째, 템플스테이의 심리적 효과는 무엇인가? 본 연구에서는 2018년 12월부터 2019년 6월까지 7개월 동안 미황사 템플스테이 프로그램에 참여한 참가자 71명에게 조사를 실시하고 인구통계학적 정보는 SPSS를 활용하여 분석하고 심리적 효과는 CQR-M을 활용하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 미황사 템플스테이 프로그램에 참여한 참여자들의 인구통계학적인 정보를 살펴본 결과, 남성에 비해 여성이 더 많으며, 50, 60대가 비중이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 참여자의 종교는 불교가 가장 많았고, 참여자의 거주지역은 서울특별시와 경기도가 가장 많았다. 참여자의 직업은 서비스, 교육 및 연구, 경영관리 및 사무, 주부의 순으로 나타났다. 이전의 미황사 프로그램 참가 경험은 없는 경우와 1회 참여해본 경험이 가장 많이 나타났다. 템플스테이 프로그램에 대한 정보를 얻은 곳으로는 주변사람이 가장 많았으며, 참가 목적은 자기성찰과 수행에 대한 관심 때문이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프로그램 만족도에서는 개별 프로그램 만족도는 법문의 만족도가 가장 높고, 산행, 108염주, 묵언 순으로 높게 나타났으며, 전체 프로그램 만족도에서는 정신적 스트레스 해소를 경험한 것이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 생활시설 전반에도 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 템플스테이 심리적 효과의 1개 영역에서 감사한 마음을 경험, 심리적인 변화를 경험, 일상에서 변화 실천을 위한 다짐의 3개 범주가 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 지방사찰의 템플스테이 활용방안의 기초자료를 제공하고 더 나아가 심리적 측면에서의 활용방안 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있기를 기대한다. This study examined the participation status of temple stay in local temples, psychological stability, thoughts and emotions, and aspects of their use in later life. The research questions of this study are as follows. First, what is the participation status of temple stay? Second, what is the satisfaction of the participants of temple stay? Third, what are the psychological effects of temple stay? This study conducted a survey of 71 participants who participated in the Mihwangsa Temple Stay program for 7 months from December 2018 to June 2019. Demographic information was analyzed using SPSS and psychological effects were analyzed using CQR-M. First, as a result of examining the demographic information of participants in the Mihwangsa Temple stay, there are more women than men, and the 50s and 60s have a higher proportion. Participants" religion was the highest in Buddhism, and their residences were the most in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Participants" occupations were in the order of service, education and research, business management and office work, and housewife. Previous experience in participating in the Mihwangsa Temple stay was found to be the most "no experience" or "never". The most popular source of information about the Temple Stay program was from people around. The purpose of the participation was shown to be the greatest because of interest in self-reflection and practice. Second, in terms of program satisfaction, individual program satisfaction was the highest in Dharma Talk, followed by Walking, 108-Bow, and Silence. The satisfaction of mental stress was the highest in overall program satisfaction, and they were also satisfied with living facilities. Third, in one domain of psychological effects in the Temple Stay, three categories were derived; "experiencing gratitude", "experiencing psychological change", and "commitment to change in daily life". The results of this study are expected to provide basic data on how to use Temple stay in local temples and to provide guidance on how to use it in psychological aspects.

정보검색 시스템에서의 색인어 추출은 주로 단어의 출현 빈도 정보만을 이용하고 있기 때문에 동음이의어 단어들의 중의성으로 인한 부적절한 키워드가 추출되기도 한다. 또한 색인어에 대한 의미를 고려하지 않고 있기 때문에 사용자의 질의 의도와는 다른 검색결과가 나타나기도 한다. 이는 색인어에 대한 의미를 고려치 않고는 색인어를 정확하게 추출하거나, 제현률을 희생하여도 근본적으로 정확도를 한계치 이상으로 증가시킬 수 없음을 나타낸다. 본 논문에서는 상대 출현빈도와 역문헌 빈도에 의해 추출된 색인어에 대하여 원문을 대상으로 공기(co-occurrence) 단어들을 추출하고, 상호정보량의 계산에 의해 색인어들을 의미에 따라 재분류함으로써 재현률을 감소시키지 않고 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있는 기법을 제안한다.

Expression of Bacillus subtilits glutamyl-tRNA synthetase (GluRS) in Escherichia coli is lethal for the host, probably because this enzyme misaminoacylates tRNA_1^Gln with glutamate in vivo. In order to overexpress B. subtilis GluRs, encoded by the gltX gene, in E. coli, this gene was amplified from B. subtilis 168 chromosomal DNA using PCR method and the entire coding region was cloned into a pET11a expression vector so that it was expressed under the control of the T7 promoter. The resulting recombinant pEBER plasmid was transformed into E. coli Novablue(DE3) bearing the T7 RNA polymerase gene for expression. After IPTG treatment, the overproduced enzyme was purified using ammonium sulfate fractionation, Source Q anion exchange chromatography, Superdex-200 gel filtration, and Mono Q anion exchange chromatography. The purified enzyme yielded 18-fold increase in specific activity over the crude cell extract and its molecular weight was approximately 55 kDa on SDS-PAGE.
