      • Research of Regional Forest Fire Prediction Method based on Multivariate Linear Regression

        In order to achieve the predicted speed, high accuracy, the use of simple purpose, forest fire prediction of the key issues is to choose the main predictors. Forest fire prediction involves many factors, some of which are stable factors such as climate, topography, forest characteristics; and some unstable factors, such as fuel moisture content, meteorological factors, and other sources of ignition. Currently leading factor in the prediction of forest fire is often used in the fuel moisture, precipitation or dry days, relative humidity, temperature and wind five factors. In this paper, some of the data Yichun fire nearly a decade predict the forest fire meteorological data analysis, using multivariate linear regression to derive forest fire prediction method in the wireless sensor networks.

        Properties Optimization for Perovskite Oxide Thin Films by Formation of Desired Microstructure

        Perovskite oxide materials are very important for the electronics industry, because they exhibit promising properties. With an interest in the obvious applications, significant effort has been invested in the growth of highly crystalline epitaxial perovskite oxide thin films in our laboratory. And the desired structure of films was formed to achieve excellent properties. $Y_1Ba_2Cu_3O_{7-x}$ (YBCO) superconducting thin films were simultaneously deposited on both sides of 3 inch wafer by inverted cylindrical sputtering. Values of microwave surface resistance R$_2$ (75 K, 145 GHz, 0 T) smaller than 100 m$\Omega$ were reached over the whole area of YBCO thin films by pre-seeded a self-template layer. For implementation of voltage tunable high-quality varactor, A tri-layer structured SrTiO$_3$ (STO) thin films with different tetragonal distortion degree was prepared in order to simultaneously achieve a large relative capacitance change and a small dielectric loss. Highly a-axis textured $Ba_{0.65}Sr_{0.35}TiO_3$ (BST65/35) thin films was grown on Pt/Ti/SiO$_2$/Si substrate for monolithic bolometers by introducing $Ba_{0.65}Sr_{0.35}RuO_3$ (BSR65/35) thin films as buffer layer. With the buffer layer, the leakage current density of BST65/35 thin films were greatly reduced, and the pyroelectric coefficient of $7.6\times10_{-7}$ C $cm^{-2}$ $K^{-1}$ was achieved at 6 V/$\mu$m bias and room temperature.

        Convolutional Neural Network Based Multi-feature Fusion for Non-rigid 3D Model Retrieval

        This paper presents a novel convolutional neural network based multi-feature fusion learning method for nonrigid 3D model retrieval, which can investigate the useful discriminative information of the heat kernel signature (HKS) descriptor and the wave kernel signature (WKS) descriptor. At first, we compute the 2D shape distributions of the two kinds of descriptors to represent the 3D model and use them as the input to the networks. Then we construct two convolutional neural networks for the HKS distribution and the WKS distribution separately, and use the multi-feature fusion layer to connect them. The fusion layer not only can exploit more discriminative characteristics of the two descriptors, but also can complement the correlated information between the two kinds of descriptors. Furthermore, to further improve the performance of the description ability, the cross-connected layer is built to combine the low-level features with high-level features. Extensive experiments have validated the effectiveness of the designed multi-feature fusion learning method.

        Isolation and Identification of Lactic Acid Bacteria from Traditional Dairy Products in Baotou and Bayannur of Midwestern Inner Mongolia and q-PCR Analysis of Predominant Species

        In this study, traditional culture method and 16S rRNA gene analysis were applied to reveal the composition and diversity of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) of fermented cow milk, huruud and urum from Baotou and Bayannur of midwestern Inner Mongolia. Also, the quantitative results of dominant LAB species in three different types of dairy products from Baotou and Bayannur were gained by quantitative polymerase chain reaction (q-PCR) technology. Two hundred and two LAB strains isolated from sixty-six samples were identified and classified into four genera, namely Enterococcus, Lactococcus, Lactobacillus, Leuconostoc, and twenty-one species and subspecies. From these isolates, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis (32.18%), Lactobacillus plantarum (12.38%) and Leuconosto mesenteroides (11.39%) were considered as the dominated LAB species under the condition of cultivating in MRS and M17 medium. And the q-PCR results revealed that the number of dominant species varied from samples to samples and from region to region. This study clearly shows the composition and diversity of LAB existing in fermented cow milk, huruud and urum, which could be considered as valuable resources for LAB isolation and further probiotic selection.

        Synthesis and characterization of thieno-isoindigo derivative-based near-infrared conjugated polymer for ambipolar field-effect transistors and photothermal conversion

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>A new thieno-isoindigo derivative, (3<I>E</I>,7<I>E</I>)-3,7-bis(4-(2-decyltetradecyl)-4<I>H</I>-thieno[3,2-<I>b</I>]pyrrole-5,6-dione)-5,7-dihydropyrrolo[2,3-<I>f</I>]indole-2,6(1<I>H</I>,3<I>H</I>)-dione (<B>BTPDI</B>), was designed and synthesized. A donor−acceptor conjugated polymer (<B>PBTPDI-TT</B>) was also synthesized with this new unit as the acceptor and thieno[3,2-<I>b</I>]thiophene as the donor. The microstructure, photophysical, electrochemical, field-effect properties and photothermal performances were investigated. The polymer showed a broad absorption spectrum that spanned across the near-infrared (NIR) region (780–1300 nm), with a very low bandgap (∼0.95 eV), deep lowest unoccupied molecular orbital, and suitable highest occupied molecular orbital levels. As a result, the polymer-based organic field-effect transistors showed highly balanced hole and electron transport characteristics with a hole mobility of 0.027 cm<SUP>2</SUP> V<SUP>−1</SUP>s<SUP>−1</SUP> and an electron mobility of 0.022 cm<SUP>2</SUP> V<SUP>−1</SUP>s<SUP>−1</SUP>.         The antimicrobial activity of Cbf-K16 against MRSA was enhanced by β-lactamantibiotics through cell wall non-integrity

        Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) has emerged as one of the most important pathogens both in health care and in community-onset infections. Cbf-K16, a cathelicidin-like antimicrobial peptide, presented broad antimicrobial activity during our previous studies. We evaluated the potential for synergy of Cbf-K16 with ceftazidime/ampicilin against MRSA, which was resistant to these two antibiotics with the minimum inhibitory concentration more than 64 μg/ml. The combinations showed a synergistic effect by a checkerboard assay with a fractional inhibitory concentration index ≤0.5. The killing curves of the combination treatment against MRSA showed that CFU counts decreased rapidly within 4 h by almost five logs, while single medication groups and the control group exhibited little inhibitory effect. In addition, in a mice bacteremia model, studies indicated that the combination treatment significantly prolonged the survival time of mice infected with MRSA, with a death protection rate of 80 %. Flow cytometry analysis and transmission electron microscopy indicated that combination- treated MRSA was completely ruptured with the cellular contents leaked out. The synergistic effect showed that Cbf-K16 selectively killed cells with non-integrity induced by cell wall inhibition antibiotics, suggesting that Cbf-K16 is a potential therapeutic agent and adjuvant for antimicrobial chemotherapy.
