      • 정신분열증 환자와 우울증 환자의 감별진단을 위한 성격평가질문지 타당성 연구

        배경: 성격평가질문지(PAI)의 DEP, SCZ척도 그리고 직업 유무와 결혼상태 등의 변인을 사용하여 정신분열병 환자와 우울장애 환자를 가려낼 수 있는지를 알아보았다. 방법: 정신분열병 환자 85명, 우울장애 환자 85명을 대상으로 PAI의 DEP, SCZ척도 직업유무, 결혼상태를 예언변인으로 하고, 진단을 종속변인으로 하여 이항 로지스틱 회귀 분석을 하였다. 결과: PAI 척도의 DEP척도를 예언변인으로 한 첫 번째 모델을 분석한 결과 정신분열병 환자와 우울장애 환자를 가려낼 수 있는 예언치는 67.1%로 나타났다. 또한 PAI 척도의 DEP, SCZ 척도를 예언변인으로 한 두 번째 모델을 분석한 결과 두 장애를 가진 환자를 구분할 수 있는 예언치는 77.1%로 증가하였다. 마지막으로 PAI의 DEP, SCZ척도와 직업유무, 결혼상태를 예언변인으로 한 세 번째 모델을 분석하였을 때, 두 장애를 가진 환자를 가려낼 수 있는 예언치는 증가하였으나, 직업유무와 결혼상태가 예언변인으로 두 장애를 가진 환자를 가려내는데는 실패하였다. 결론: 정신분열병 환자와 우울장애 환자를 가려낼 수 있는 예언변인은 PAI의 DEP, SCZ 척도인 것으로 나타났다. Background: The present study was examined the validity of the personality assessment inventory for differential diagnosis in patients with schizophrenia and depression. Methods: Subjects were 85 patients with schizophrenia and depression each other. The depression scale and schizophrenia scale of the PAI, job and marital status in demographic variables were used as tools of assessment in the study. Materials were analysed statistically by t-test and binary logistic regression analysis. Results: The results were as follows, 1) One model, probability to be discriminated patients with schizophrenia and depression by using depression scale of the PAI was 67.1%. 2) Two model, probability to be discriminated patients with schizophrenia and depression by using depression scale and schizophrenia sacle of the PAI was 77.1%. 3) Three model, probability to be discriminated patients with schizophrenia and depression by using depression scale and schizophrenia scale of the PAI, job and married states in demographic variables was low. Conclusion: Predictive variables to be discriminated patients with schizophrenia and depression were depression scale and schizophrenia scale of the PAI.

      • 衣巖湖의 貝類에 關한 硏究 : A study on the gonadal tissues and demibranchs of Corbicula fluminea(Palaeoheterodonta: Corbiculidae)

        의암호에 서식하는 재철(Corbicula fluminea)을 실험재로로 하여 생식세포형성, hermaphrodite에 의한 성비의 계정성 그리고 이에 따른 반새의 변화와 정확한 산란시기를 밝히고자 조직학적 방법에 의한 견구 조사를 실시하였다. 총 118개의 개체중 female 32개체(27.1%), female-hermaphrodite 75개체(63.5%)hermaphrodite 32개체(2.5%), male-hermaphrodite 7개체(5.9%), male 1개체(0.4%)로 전체적으로 female의 경향이 높았다. 산란은 2월과 3월에 난을 방출하는 난생의 형태이고 7월이후 11월까지 glochidia를 방출하는 난태생의 형태를 나타내었다. 外半?(outer-demibranch)가 보육낭으로 이용될 수도 있으나 內半?(inner-demibranch)가 주로 보육나으로 작용하였다. 수관 분리는 주로 inner-demibranch에서 나타났고, 산란시기에는 많은 개체가 수관이 분리되어 있었다. Corbicula fluminaea, one of two species in the family Corbiculidae living in the Lake Uiam was used as an experimental material. This research was done in order to deon in order to identify and describe the visceral sex. the demibranch morthology, and the seasonal gonad activity. The sexuality of C. fluminea was male, male-hermaphrodite (with a preponderance of testicular tissue over ovarian tissue), hermaphrodite (with approximately equal amount of male and female ponadal tissue), female-hermaphrodite (with a preponderance of the ovarian tissue), and female. The non-marsupial demibranch (namely, outer 2 in females and female-hermaphrodite, two in males and males and male-hermaphrodites) was divided by the secondary sept that in males and male-hermaphrodites) was divided by the secondary septa that produced secondary watertubes, resulting in triparitite organization. But, the outerdemibranch of all kinds has exhibited feebly the triparitite organization. In this species larvae were produced over two extended time periods, one in spring(oviparity) and one in fall (dvoviviparity).

      • 카오스이론을 이용한 일유출량 자료의 분석 및 예측에 관한 연구

        This research studied about chaos characteristics analysis and forecasting in Youngsanpho. To find chaotic characteristic, daily runoff data of Youngsanpho were analyzed by correlation dimension method and lyapunov exponent method. To forecast daily streamflow, this study used the model joined Genetic Algorithm and Fuzzy System. So, we found the match valid out through the comparison of the observed values. From chaos analysis, chaotic characteristics were found in daily streamflow of Youngsanpho, and discovered consistently attracter in moving average data when it's reconstruction of Phase Space. Resulting from forecasting by using GA-Fuzzy System, short-term forecasting was excellent but long-term forecasting was impossible.

      • 회전자 구조에 따른 SRM의 토오크 특성해석

        The switched reluctance motor(SRM) has a simple rotor construction with no windings. It also has simple concentrated windings on the stator. Thus, it is expected to be a lower cost machine to manufacture than the squirrel cage induction motor. This paper presents an advanced rotor structure type, well-round rotor type in SRM. To design the improved SRM we have used FEM and studied and compared with each other. The static torque, instantaneous torque and average torque are more improved than that of typical rotor type which has been a lot of used for SRM.

        Novel Findings of Polypoidal Choroidal Vasculopathy via Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography

        Purpose: To introduce novel findings of polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV) via optical coherence tomographyangiography (OCTA)Methods: This study is a retrospective chart review of 16 patients (16 eyes) with PCV. OCTA (Avanti RTVue XR)findings were evaluated and selected for analysis after agreement by two retina specialists . Results: Twenty one polyps in 16 eyes (16 patients) with PCV were included in this study. The mean patientage was 67 years (13 men and three women). The shape of polypoidal lesions on OCTA at initial were halo(five polyps), rosette (seven polyps), and vascular network (nine polyps). Eight months after anti-vascular endothelialgrowth factor treatment, in a total of four eyes, seven polyps could be followed up completely, thetwo halo type polypoidal lesions changed to rosette and vascular network type. The lesions of three rosetteand two vascular network type lesions did not change in shape. In addition, the size of the polypoidal lesions(one among two halo types, two among three rosette types, and two among two vascular network types) decreased,but one halo type did not change and one rosette type increased in size on OCTA. Conclusions: En-face OCTA enabled us to categorize novel types of PCV with polypoidal lesions.

        A Study on Differences between America's and Japanese Negotiation Behaviors toward Korean Buying Firms in Technology Transfer

        The objective of this study is to extend the Kim, Oh & Dwyer's technology transfer negotiation model and to examine the effects of country of origin of the seller on bargaining processes and outcomes in international technology transfer negotiations. More specifically, under the context of technology transfer negotiations between Korean buying firms and two advanced countries' technology suppliers, United States's and Japan's, we explore the effects of the acquiring firm's position in the business environment and capacity to absorb technology on the negotiated contractual terms for the transfer of technology. The research results indicate the Kim, Oh & Dwyer's (1991) negotiation model for technology transfer Is some applicable to the USA model , in which the USA technology supplier is the negot13tlon partner of the Korean buying firm, but not to the Japan model. More research on the Japan model has been needed.

        Purpose: To determine the diurnal variation in choroidal thickness and choriocapillaris flow measured by optical coherence tomography (OCT) and optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) Methods: This study was a prospective study of 15 normal, young volunteers (30 eyes) who underwent OCT and OCTA examination 5 times a day at 2-hour intervals. Choroidal and choriocapillaris thicknesses were measured with the enhanced depth imaging mode of OCT. The area of flow was measured in 1-, 3-, and 6-mm-diameter areas centered at the fovea and analyzed with the split-spectrum amplitude- decorrelation angiography algorithm of OCTA. Choroidal and choriocapillaris thicknesses and flows were analyzed independently by two vitreoretinal specialists. Results: Choroidal thickness showed a significant diurnal variation. The maximum thickness was 311.31 μm at 9 a.m., and the minimum thickness was 266.75 μm at 5 p.m. (p < 0.001). In contrast, the mean choriocapillaris thickness was 15.14 μm, and remained relatively constant without a significant diurnal variation (p = 0.694). The mean choriocapillaris flow area was 0.45 mm2 (p = 0.238) in a 1 mm area, 4.22 mm2 (p = 0.230) in a 3-mm diameter area, and 16.94 mm2 (p = 0.062) in a 6-mm diameter area. No diurnal variation was observed. Conclusions: Despite significant diurnal variation in choroidal thickness, choriocapillaris thickness and flow remained relatively constant over time.

      • Tribological characteristics of micro-ball bearing with V-shaped grooves coated with ultra-thin protective layers

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The tribological characteristics of micro-ball bearing comprising Si substrate with V-shaped grooves applied with various types of thin films were investigated. Self-assembled monolayers and metallic thin films were deposited on the Si substrate to enhance the tribological characteristics. Experiments were conducted for 100 and 2000 cycles to estimate initial frictional behavior and durability of micro-ball bearing, respectively. It was demonstrated that both metallic thin films and self-assembled monolayers effectively reduced the friction coefficient and extended the lifetime of the micro-ball bearing. Particularly, self-assembled monolayer exhibited more stable frictional characteristics and longer lifetime compared to metallic thin films.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Investigation of micro-ball bearing with V-shaped grooves coated with protective layers was conducted. </LI> <LI> In case of Ag coating for V-groove, thin Ag film (33 nm) provided higher lubrication effect than thick Ag film (126 nm). </LI> <LI> OTS-SAM coated V-shaped groove recorded the lowest friction coefficient value with 0.0076. </LI> <LI> For micro-ball bearing, OTS-SAM coating are provides notable resistance of friction and wear. </LI> </UL> </P>
