This study verifies the feasibility and optimal conditions for using a general-purpose x-ray imaging device with a relatively large detector and excellent image quality compared to dental x-ray imaging devices according to international standards. The dental material test specimens were produced in the form of disks from four companies with different radiopacity, and aluminum step wedges was manufactured according to ISO 13116. In order to find the optimal irradiation conditions for general X-ray imaging devices, the distance between the target and the tube was fixed at 700 mm, and the exposure time was fixed at 100 ms. And the tube voltage was 50, 60, 70 kV and the tube current was changed to 40, 80, and 160 mA. As a result, it was sufficient to use generalpurpose X-ray imaging devices, and the best results were obtained under the optimal conditions of 60 kV and 40 mA.

Photovoltaic(PV) system is one of power generation systems. Solar light in PV system is like the fuel of the car. The quantity of electricity generation, therefore, is fully dependent on the available quantity of solar light on the system of each site. If a utility can predict the solar power generation on a planned site, it may be possible to set up an appropriate PV system there. It may be also possible to objectively evaluate the performances of existing solar systems. Based on the theories of astronomy and meteorology, in this paper, Perez model is simulated to estimate the available quantity of solar lights on the prevailed photovoltaic systems. Consequently the conditions for optimal power generation of each PV system can be analyzed. And the maximum quantity of power generation of each system can be also estimated by applying assumed efficiency of PV system. Perez model is simulated in this paper, and the result is compared with the data of the same model of Meteonorm. Simulated site is Daejeon, Korea with typical meteorological year(TMY) data of 1991∼2010.

This study investigated reusability of costly guard column by ultrasonic. It alsoinvestigated various effects that affect to guard column generation by ultrasonic. When investigated30 KHz of frequency, area of ascorbic acid is 73.0% compared to unused guard column. As aresult of investigation of effect of pH, guard column by ultrasonic is effective at alkali area. As aresult of investigation of solvent effect, when ethanol is used, generation rate is 81.9% as of peakarea compared to the case of analysis in un used column. From the result, it indicates thatregenerated guard by ultrasonic is reusable.
