다원화된 이 시대의 전환기에 있어서 크리스천 공동체인 교회에서도 리더십은 성도들의 개인적인 신앙 성숙뿐만 아니라 교회의 성장과도 밀접한 관계가 있기 때문에 좀 더 열린 마음을 갖고 계발해 나가야 할 것이다. 그동안 리더십에 대한 많은 논의가 타인이나 공동체를 위한 성공적인 리더십 수행과 자질 및 기술 등 영향력에 초점을 맞추어 왔다고 이야기 할 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 리더가 자신들의 전문분야에서 영향력을 나타내는 수준 높은 리더십을 자기 관리능력을 키우는 셀프 리더십에서 나타내지 못한다면 대다수의 사람들과 공동체로부터 리더십을 상실하고 신뢰를 얻지 못할 것이다. 셀프리더십은 스스로 자기 자신에게 영향력을 미치기 위한 과정 즉 자기영향력을 행사하기 위하여 사용되는 모든 사고와 책임 있는 행동을 말하는 데 그 구성요소는 자아개념의 인식과 자기관리이다. 성경에는 셀프 리더십의 중요성에 대하여 많은 곳에서 언급하고 있는 데 크리스천의 셀프 리더십을 위서서는 하나님의 현존과 영원성에 대한 인식이 기초이며, 자아 정체성 발견 및 확립을 위한 소명의식이 고취되어야 하고, 그에 따른 자기절제 및 훈련을 통한 지속적인 영향력이 요구된다. 또한 목회사역이 활성화를 위하여 셀프 리더십개발이 필요하다. 그것은 자아개념을 인식하여 삶의 가치를 정립하도록 하며, 사명의식을 깨달아 삶의 목표를 세우도록 하고, 동기부여를 통해 자신보다는 타인을 위해 살도록 하여 청지기적 삶으로 셀프 리더십을 실천하는 것이다. 이를 통하여 목회자는 물론 모든 그리스도인들이 건강한 리더가 되어 한국교회사역이 활성화되기를 기대한다. In our contemporary society: in the home, work, and church, the theme of leadership is becoming more crucial. The influence of leadership is most important to the followers of the leaders in the church. God has provided us with leaders to attempt to guide His people for the right direction with him The aim of this paper is to explore the self leadership to revitalize the ministry in the Korean church. The first part of this paper presents the definition and a constituent elements of self leadership. Self leadership can be described as "the process of influencing oneself". and a constituent of elements are self concept and self control. The next part of this paper examines self leadership in scripture and spiritual self leadership. It starts with the presents of God and develops self leader's identity for clear purpose of the ministry. It requires self control and training for continual influence to the community and church The later part of this paper portrays the development of self leadership through a few ideas to revitalize the ministry in the Korean church. First, the self leader helps the creating core values of Christian life. Second, the self leader helps the importance of having purpose and meaning in life. Third, the self leader must be able to give motivation to live for the others and churches. Fourth, the self leader practices in his life by stewardship. The church leaders must not become class conscious and work to serve the followers using his position. He must become a minister that serves his church and the world. Therefore, the ministry becomes revitalized by developing self leaders.

유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육효능감 및 유아의 심리적 건강성이 유아의 리더십에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 어머니 양육효능감 및 유아의 심리적 건강성이 유아의 리더십 발달에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 있다. 연구 대상은 대전 지역의 유아교육기관에 재원 중인 만 3-5세 유아 330명이었다. 어머니 양육효능감 측정도구는 최형성, 정옥분(2001)이 개발한 것을 사용하였고, 유아 리더십 도구는 장영숙, 황윤세(2009)가 개발한 것을 사용하였으며, 유아 심리적 건강성은 LeBuffe와 Laglieri(1999)가 개발한 것을 사용하였다. 각 변인간의 관계 및 영향력을 살펴보기 위해 구조모형으로 통계처리 하였는데 모델이 적합도는 매우 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과 첫째, 어머니의 양육효능감은 유아의 리더십에 직접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 심리적 건강성은 유아의 리더십에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아의 심리적 건강성은 어머니의 양육효능감이 유아의 리더십에 영향을 미치는 데 있어 매개변인으로서 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 어머니의 양육효능감은 유아의 심리적 건강성을 매개로 하여 유아의 리더십 발달에 간접효과를 미치며 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping)을 통해 매개효과의 유의성을 검증한 결과 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. This study examines the effect of a mother"s self-efficacy and a young children"s resilience on a young children"s leadership. The study used the data of 330 young children and their mothers were used. The study statistically analyzed the data, finding that the model of stru ture and model fitness were excellent. The analysis showed that first, the mother"s sef-efficacy had a positive effect on the young children"s leadership. Second, it increase the young children"s resilience. Third, the mediation of the young children"s resilience was fully effective in the process that the mother"s self-efficacy had a positive impact on the young children"s leadership. The mother"s self-efficacy also had an indrect effect on the young children"s leadership. by way of mediating the young children"s resilience. The significance of this mediation effect was verified through bootstrapping.

기술이전 경험과 수행과제 수가 개인의 기술사업화성과에 미치는 영향

대학 및 출연연구기관과 같은 공공연구기관들의 기술사업화에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 기존 연구들은 기술이전 조직이나 기관 및 제도적 특성이 기술이전 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 다양한 연구결과들을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 기술이전이 연구자 개인의 사업화에 대한 태도, 사회적 네트워크나 사업화를 위한 노력 정도에 따라 실질적인 기술이전이 이루어지고 있음에도 불구하고 연구자 개인특성에 따른 기술사업화 성과에 대한 연구는 미흡하였다. 본 연구에서는 국내 대표적인 출연연구기관인 K연구원 소속 연구자들을 대상으로 과거 기술이전 경험과 수행과제 건수가 해당 연구자의 기술사업화 성과에 미친 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 과거 기술이전 경험이 있는 연구자일수록 추가적인 기술사업화 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 수행과제 건수와 기술사업화 성과는 역U자형 영향관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 국내 공공연구기관에서의 기술사업화 성과향상을 위한 시사점과 향후 연구과제를 제시하였다. There are increasing policy and academic interests on technology commercialization of public research organizations. Prior researches have focused on institutional factors and organizational differences between academics and public research organizations. Using a new data on individual-level characteristics and commercialization, we examine the effects of prior experience and total number of research projects on commercialization performance. We find strong positive relationships between prior experience and commercialization performance. Also we find a inverted U-curved relationships between total number of research projects and commercialization. Based on these results, we suggest some policy implications to promote technology commercializations of public research organizations.

This paper provides a basic organizational commitment research for the study was conducted academic research, especially acidic improvements in the construction industry for a job commitment on organizational commitment. In this paper, first results are derived for literature to study and improve productivity and derive a major cause of job involvement of construction companies based on it for critical that the rationale organization.
