        섬유산업의 글로벌공급체인관리 시스템 구축에 관한 연구

        This paper examined the global supply chain management system: searching for a feasibility approach. Organizational capability, information technology, inter-firms partnership, outsourcing were used as proxy for the building forces of the supply chain management. Infra system, organizational system, electronic and information system, integrated information system, KANcode system were used as proxy for the business performance of supply chain management. Based on the analysis of seventh-eight cases, the following results were found. First, organizational capability of supply chain management have a positively significant influence on infra system of supply chain management. But inter-firms partnership of supply chain management have a negatively significant influence on infra system of supply chain management. Second, organizational capability of supply chain management have a positively significant influence on organizational system of supply chain management. But out-sourcing of supply chain management have a negatively significant influence on organizational system of supply chain management. Third, inter-firms partnership of supply chain management have a positively significant influence on electronic and information system of supply chain management. But organizational capability, information technology, out-sourcing of supply chain management not have a significant influence on electronic and information system of supply chain management. Fourth, organizational capability of supply chain management have a positively significant influence on integrated information system of supply chain management. But out-sourcing of supply chain management have a negatively significant influence on integrated information system of supply chain management. Fifth, out-sourcing of supply chain management have a positively significant influence on KANcode system of supply chain management. But inter-firms partnership of supply chain management have a negatively significant influence on KANcode system of supply chain management.

        공급사슬관리의 선,후행요인

        This paper develops a conceptual framework for analysing the antecedents and outcomes of supply chain management by linking marketing perspective to supply chain management. Despite previous academic efforts to examine the distinctive mechanisms of effective supply chain management from various approaches, te role of marketing activity in supply chain management has rarely been analysed. Reorganizing the significance of effective integration between marketing activities and supply chain management for modern firms` sustainable competitiveness, we consider market orientation as the important starting point of supply chain activity, and examine how it contributes to supply chain management and firm performance. Thus, we develop and test a structural model to the study of inter-relationship among market orientation, supply chain orientation, supply chain management and firm performance. The result indicates that supply chain management leads to better performance in some sub-factors of both supply chain management performance and financial performance. In contrast to our expectation, no significant effects of supply chain management on marketing performance has been found. It suggests that the supply chain management is not direct and significant predictor of firms` marketing performance. Finally, the study investigates the moderating role of trust in the relationship between supply chain management and firm performance. We find that the relationship between supply chain management and firm performance, specifically, financial and supply chain management performance, is positively and significantly moderated by the trust. This result suggests that the level of trust among actors involved in supply chain process plays important role for better firm performance since transparent process of information sharing for participants is key success factor for effective supply chain management.

        코로나-19 확산 하에서 공급사슬 위험관리전략에 관한 연구

        글로벌화와 정보통신기술의 발전으로 인해 효율적 글로벌 공급사슬관리는 기업의 경쟁우위전략에 핵심적인 요소이다. 그러나 공급사슬이 지리적·시간적으로 연장되고 복잡해지면서 공급사슬관리는 위험에 더욱 노출되고 있다. 최근 발생하는 코로나19는 공급망의 붕괴로 이어지며 전세계 경제에 엄청난 영향을 미치고 있으며, 이로 인해 위험관리에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 본 연구는 최근 전세계적으로 확산되고 있는 코포나19를 포함한 각종 공급사슬위험요인이 공급사슬 참여자간의 관계적인 측면에서의 공급사슬전략에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 설문을 통한 분석결과 공급사슬위험요인(공급, 수요, 운영, 외부환경)이 협력적 위험관리전략에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 반해 공급사슬위험요인이 경쟁적 위험관리전략에 대한 영향은 운영요인을 제외하고는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 연구의 시사점은 공급사슬관리의 효과를 최대화하는 데 협업과 정보의 공유와 같은 상호간 연계성이 핵심적인 요소인 것과 마찬가지로 공급사슬위험관리에서도 상호 협력 관계가 중요하다는 점이다. 자사만의 이익을 우선시하면서 상호 경쟁적인 위험관리전략은 선호되지 않을 뿐만 아니라 제한적으로 실행된다는 것이다. 따라서 공급사슬관리의 위험을 경감하기 위해서는 공급사슬 참여자간의 파트너십, 협업, 정보공유 등을 촉진해 나가는 것이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. Due to globalization and advances in information and communication technology, efficient global supply chain management is a key element in a company s competitive advantage strategy. However, as supply chains expand geographically and become complex, supply chain management is more exposed to risks. The recent COVID-19 outbreak has led to the disruption of the supply chain and has a tremendous impact on the global economy, which has lead to more interest in risk management. This study aims to analyze the effects of various supply chain risk factors, including Covid 19, which are spreading around the world recently, on the supply chain strategies in terms of the relationship between supply chain participants. As a result of analysis through the questionnaire, it was found that the supply chain risk factors(supply, demand, operation, external environment) had a significant influence on the cooperative risk management strategy. On the other hand, it was found that the effect of supply chain risk factors on the competitive risk management strategy did not have a significant effect except for operational factors. The implications of this study are that, just as cooperation and information sharing are key factors in maximizing the effect of supply chain management, mutual cooperation is important in supply chain risk management. The risk management strategy, which is mutually competitive and independent while considering its own interests, is not preferred and limited in implementation. Therefore, in order to reduce the risk of supply chain management, this study suggests that it is necessary to promote partnership, collaboration, and information sharing among supply chain participants.

        친환경공급사슬관리가 기업의 사회적 책임성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 기업이 친환경공급사슬을 구성하기 위한 선행요인의 검토와 이러한 친환경공급사슬관 리의 구성 및 시행이 기업의 사회적 책임과 관련한 성과에 영향을 미치는지 검정해 봄으로써 친환경공 급사슬관리 요인이 친환경과 관련한 문제 및 기업의 사회적 책임과 관련한 문제를 동시에 해결할 수 있는가를 검정하는 것이 주요 목적이다. 가설의 검정결과 친환경공급사슬관리 선행요인은 친환경공급사슬관리에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 세부적으로는 환경규제의 준수 요인이 녹색구매보다 친환경공급사슬관리에 더 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 친환경공급사슬관리는 기업의 사회적 책임에 정(+)의 영 향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데 이는 기업이 친환경 제품설계와 회수 공급사슬을 구성하고 운영 함으로서 기업의 사회적 책임과 관련한 성과를 달성할 수 있다는 것을 실증하였다. 마지막으로 친환 경공급사슬관리는 친환경공급사슬관리 선행요인과 기업의 사회적 책임 사이에서 매개변수로서의 역 할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 환경규제와 녹색구매는 기업의 사회적 책임에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만 친환경공급사슬관리 요인인 친환경 제품설계, 회수공급사슬을 통해서 시행할 경우 더 높은 기 업의 사회적 책임성과를 달성할 수 있으므로 기업들의 친환경공급사슬관리의 시행은 친환경과 관련 한 문제해결과 기업의 사회적 책임 모두를 달성할 수 있는 요인이라는 것을 제시한다. The primary goal of this study is to review whether the factors of supply chain environmental management may be able to solve simultaneously problems related to environmental management and corporate social responsibility by looking into precedent factors of supply chain environmental management devised by companies and by verifying whether the composition and execution of supply chain environmental management affects outcomes relevant to corporate social responsibility. As a result of verifying the proposition, the precedent factors of supply chain environmental management was shown to have a positive (+) effect on supply chain environmental management. In detail, the factor of environmental regulations was found to have a higher effect on supply chain environmental management than green purchasing. Also, supply chain environmental management was revealed to have a positive (+) effect on corporate social responsibility. This proves that a company is able to achieve outcomes relevant to corporate social responsibility by composing and operating a design for environment as well as a reverse supply chain. Finally, supply chain environmental management was shown to play the role of a parameter between the precedent factors of supply chain environmental management and corporate social responsibility. That is, this study proposes that although environmental regulations and green purchasing have a positive (+) effect on corporate social responsibility, it is possible to achieve a higher outcome of corporate social responsibility in case a company undertakes a design for environment and a reverse supply chain, which are factors in supply chain environmental management; therefore, the execution by companies of supply chain environmental management is a factor both for solving problems related to environmental management and for achieving corporate social responsibility.

        친환경공급사슬구성요인과 친환경공급사슬관리, 공급사슬관리 성과 간의 관계에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 기업들이 친환경공급사슬을 구성하고 운영하기 위한 요인으로 친환경공급사슬 구성요인, 친환경공급사슬관리, 공급사슬관리 성과 간의 관계를 연구하는 것이다. 친환경공급사슬 구성요인으로는 기업간 협력(파트너십), 환경관련 규제, 환경 혁신성을 선정하였으며, 친환경공급사슬관리 요인으로는 녹색구매(조달), 친환경 제품설계 및 생산, 회수 공급사슬을 선정 하였으며, 이들과 공급사슬관리 성과 사이의 가설을 수립하고 검정 하였다. 가설 검정 결과 친환경공급사슬 구성요인은 친환경공급사슬관리에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 친환경공급사슬관리는 공급사슬관리 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 친환경 공급사슬구성요인과 공급사슬관리 성과 사이에서 매개변수로서의 역할도 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기업들이 친환경공급사슬관리를 구성하고, 운영하고자 하는 친환경공급사슬 구성요인을 규명하였으며, 친환경공급사슬관리의 적용을 통해 개별기업들이 공급사슬관리 성과를 달성할 수 있다는 것을 규명하였다. This study investigates the drivers of environmental supply chain as the factors for companies to organize and operate supply chain environmental management and also relationship between the supply chain environmental management and supply chain management performance. As the drivers of environmental supply chain, the paper selected partnership, environmental regulations, and environmental innovativeness, and as the factors of supply chain environmental management, it chose green purchase(procurement), design for environment and cleaner production, and reverse supply chain. And the study has formulated hypotheses between those factors and supply chain management performance and verified them. According to the result of verifying the hypotheses, the drivers of environmental supply chain exert positive effects on supply chain environmental management, and supply chain environmental management shows positive effects on supply chain management performance. And it also plays roles as a parameter between the drivers of environmental supply chain and supply chain management performance. Therefore, this study has figured out the drivers of environmental supply chain which companies intend to have to organize and operate their supply chain environmental management and also discovered that each individual company can achieve supply chain management performance by applying supply chain environmental management.

        Supply chain risk management has recently received a great deal of attention due to its strategic importance in a global supply chain environment. This study presents the relationship between supply chain activities and supply chain risk management. Multivariate regression models are developed to identify the characteristics of supply chain activities that affect supply chain risk management. The model results are evaluated and analyses are performed to examine the casual effects on the determinants of supply chain activity and supply chain risk. The model results reinforce the planning and implementing better supply chain risk strategies.

        An Investigation of the Impact of Two VMI Variants on Supply Chain Performance

        The Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI), as the one program for the supply chain collaboration, has been paid heavy attentions from both industry practitioners and academic researchers in these days. While the majority of the past studies supports the superiority of VMI over the traditional non-VMI supply chain system, each of them takes a different approach to define his own VMI system from the others.’ The main goal of this study is to examine the impact of VMI on the performance of the supply chain system. Based on the literature review on the previous studies, this study recognizes two distinct types of VMI depending on who pays the cost for the inventories at the buyer’s warehouse. Under the first type of VMI (VMI I), the supplier pays the whole costs for buyer’s inventories, and, under the second type of VMI (VMI Ⅱ), the supplier does not pay these costs. This study intends to find out whether the difference in cost payment may affect the impact of VMI on the supply chain performance. In this study, the supply chain collaboration system is analyzed in three perspectives, which are the decision authority, cost payment, and information sharing. The certain supply chain program is considered to be more advanced coordination mechanism, as one party or the coordinated union of most parties has the authority to make more decisions, holds the responsibility to pay more cost items, and obtain more information in the supply chain system. According to this concept, this study assumes that VMI I is more advanced collaboration program than VMI Ⅱ, and evaluates their performances along with the traditional system. In order to conduct the sophisticated analyses, this study applies simulation modeling based on the time-phased operations. A two-stage supply chain system, with a single buyer and a supplier, is considered in the simulation and it incorporates multiple steps of the operations including forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, production, and transportation. Both buyer and supplier make proper decisions on their own operations to maximize profits. Buyer’s and supplier’s operations are determined by their interactions that are characterized by a specific collaboration form (either traditional system, VMI I, or VMI Ⅱ). In the simulation model, the buyer’s operations are composed of (1) market demand forecasting, (2) replenishment planning,and (3) inventory management. The supplier, who is also a manufacturer, processes operations including (1) order forecasting, (2) production (including capacity management), (3) inventory management, and (4) transportation. The profit maximization is achieved by making the optimal decisions on the operations based on the available information. Both the range of authority and the specific information allowed to the decision maker are determined by the particular collaboration form of the supply chain system. Depending on the collaboration form installed in the supply chain system, different decision authority and particular information are given to only the buyer, only the supplier, or both of them. The simulation model considers six operational and environmental factors: coordination mechanism, information sharing, demand pattern, lead time, production capacity, and cost structure. The performance of each supply chain system is evaluated in terms of service levels, bullwhip effect, and profits. The simulation outcomes generally support the widely held view that more advanced collaboration programs have greater supply chain profit than less advanced ones. VMI I also results in good performances in terms of supplier’s service level (fill rate) and bullwhip effect. When the supply chain systems are evaluated in terms other than total profit, however, the simulation outcomes do not support that more advanced collaboration systems always lead to better performance.         The Effect of Trust and Relationship Commitment on Supply Chain Performance through Integration and Collaboration

        Purpose: This study analyzed the effects of supply chain management trust and relationship commitment on financial and non-financial performance, focusing on the mediating effect of supply chain management integration and collaboration. Design/methodology/approach: This study was designed as a conceptual research model to verify the mediating effect of integration and collaboration in the relationship trust and relationship commitment and supply chain performance. In order to design a conceptual research model, a total 30 items were investigated and the SEM method was verified using six observations variables. Findings: According to this study, it was found that financial and non-financial performance of companies adopting Korea's supply chain management increased when trust and relationship commitment were strengthened with partner companies. In particular, in the relationship between trust of supply chain management and supply chain management performance, integration with partner companies contributed to increase financial performance, but did not make a positive contribution to non-financial performance. On the other hand, in the relationship between supply chain management's relationship commitment and supply chain management, collaboration made a positive contribution to increasing financial and non-financial performance. What this study means is that higher trust and relationship commitment with partner companies in supply chain management contributed to a direct influence on financial and non-financial performance. Research limitations/implications: This study used the citation count to measure the effect of trust and relationship on supply chain performance. While this serves the purpose of this study, citation counts may not perfectly represent the value and impact of a study. The findings of this study provide a guide post for future studies. Originality/value: This study provides an updated, comprehensive literature review of the overall development, contributions and limitations of forecasting studies in the supply chain management fields. The researchers can see the subjects and types of research that already conducted and which topics remain unexamined.

        공급사슬역량이 공급사슬위험관리와 공급사슬성과에 미치는 영향

        This study is to find ways to manage the supply chain in a crisis situation where the supply chain is cut off or collapsed due to the increase in supply chain complexity and infectious diseases such as COVID-19. To this end, it has been expanded to include supply chain risk management in the existing supply chain competence perspective(three elements). In detail, the supply chain capability (agility and robustness) that can evaluate the level of supply chain risk management was proposed as a lagging factor of supply chain competence, and supply chain capability was proposed as a leading factor in supply chain performance and supply chain risk management performance. As a result of the analysis, supply chain competence had a significant positive effect on supply chain capability, and supply chain capability had a significant positive impact on supply chain performance as well as supply chain risk management performance. This study suggested the need to develop supply chain competence to manage supply chain risks. In addition, it is significant in that it confirmed that supply chain risk management can improve not only performance in crisis situations, but also overall performance of the supply chain. 본 연구는 공급사슬의 복잡성 증대와 코로나19와 같은 감염병 등으로 인하여 공급사슬이 단절되거나 붕괴되는 위기상황에서 공급사슬을 관리할 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위해 기존 공급사슬역량 관점(3요소)에 공급사슬위험관리 포함시켜 확장하였다. 세부적으로 공급사슬역량의 후행요인으로 공급사슬위험관리의 수준을 평가할 수 있는 공급사슬능력(민첩성과 강건성)을 제안하였으며, 공급사슬능력은 공급사슬성과와 공급사슬위험관리 성과의 선행요인으로 제안하였다. 분석결과 공급사슬역량은 공급사슬능력에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤고 공급사슬능력은 공급사슬성과 뿐만 아니라 공급사슬위험관리성과에도 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 공급사슬위험을 관리하기 위해 공급사슬역량을 키워야 할 필요성을 제안하는 한편, 공급사슬위험관리가 위기상황에서 성과뿐만 아니라 공급사슬 전반의 성과를 제고할 수 있음을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
