컴퓨팅 사고력 평가를 위한 3가지 상호보완적 접근 방안

컴퓨팅 사고력(CT: Computational Thinking)은 21세기 핵심 역량으로 주목받으며 소프트웨어교육을 통한 CT 역량 증진에 많은 관심이 모아지고 있으나, 효과적인 CT역량 평가 방법의 설계 및 구현에 대한 더 많은 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 한 학기 동안 CT역량 증진을 위한 비전공자 프로그래밍 수업을 수강한 52명의 예비교원을 대상으로 세 가지 CT 평가 방법을 활용하여 수업의 효과를 살펴보았다. CT 평가 방법은 (1) 사전-사후 베브라스 CT 검사, (2) 그룹 스크래치 프로젝트에 대한 Dr. Scratch 자동 평가, 그리고 (3) 예비교원의 스크래치 프로그래밍을 통한 CT역량 평가 지필 시험을 포함한다. 본 연구의 결과 CT 역량을 위한 평가 방법의 통합이 긍정적인 효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문은 이러한 CT 평가 방법의 통합의 장점 및 시사점을 논의하고 있다. As computational thinking(CT) is gaining focus as a key 21st century skill much attention has been paid to promoting CT through software education. However, more studies are needed to design and implement effective CT assessment methods. This study aims to investigate the effects of three CT assessment methods in a course designed to enhance CT competencies of 52 pre-service teachers with a non-computer science background during one semester. To analyze pre-service teachers’ CT competencies, we used 3 CT assessment methods: (1) preand post-testing based on Bebras computational thinking challenge questions, (2) Dr. Scratch to analyze group scratch projects automatically, and (3) scratch exam designed in this study to evaluate the development of CT. Our results show the positive effects of integrating assessment methods for promoting CT competencies. We end this paper with the discussion of advantages and implications of this integration.

Researchers suggested painted coating characteristics if aluminum sheet by various sending condition. Painted coating is used to protect the surface of the blocks from the interior and exterior. It is also used to enhance the value of automobiles and ship materials. This process makes the materials surface for protection and elegance. Although analysis of the roughness and critical scratch load of painted coating is important, the effects of this material have not progressed much. In this study, the characteristics of painted coating in the other conditions of the polished aluminum sheet were investigated. The results of both various conditions and initial roughness values were almost similar to final values after painted coating.

A military helicopter generates lift force by rotating blades at high speed. The blades are covered with erosion shield made of high wear/corrosion resistant titanium alloy to protect CFRP which is exposed to external environment and undergoes humidity, temperature variation, wear/corrosion by rainfall, particles and other contaminants. During flight in rain conditions, protection coating often peels off from edges of the erosion shield and CFRP becomes vulnerable to biochemical environment or water permeation. This consequently leads to the CFRP damage. Therefore, this study investigates surface roughness and primer thickness by cross-cut and scratch tests to obtain optimal process conditions which improve adhesion strength of primary painting on titanium alloy.

Interest in the use of thin film of Ruthenium-Samaria doped ceria cermet (Ru-SDC) as anode in solid oxide fuel cells is increasing due to its high oxygen storage capacity and high chemical and thermal stability. To have enough structural integrity between sputtered Ru-SDC films and underlying substrates, good adhesion property is required. In this work, scratch resistance and failure mode for Ru-SDC films with various SDC composition were investigated using a scratch test method employing linearly increasing load from 1 to 50 N using a 200 μm radius Rockwell C indenter. Scratched surfaces were examined with a field emission scanning electron microscope. Chemical compositions in scratch tracks were analyzed by energy dispersive X-Ray spectroscopy. Critical loads for films with different SDC ratios were assessed and associated failure modes were identified. The highest scratch resistance among tested film compositions was the one that contained 50% of SDC. Failure modes of tested films regardless of the ratio of SDC were identified to be the initiation of tensile cracks with rapid increase of friction coefficient followed by chipping, and eventually the generation of a severe crack network.

자동차용 SGARC35강판의 판금도장 조건에 따른 표면조도와 스크래치 특성

SGARC35 steel plate of 80mm length, 25mm width and 0.8mm thick were painted by solid, metallic and pearl paint, respectively. Solid, metallic and pearl paint were sprayed 1, 3, 5 time(s) as optimized painting conditions, respectively. Then, wash primer, primer surface and clear were regularly sprayed. Surface roughness and scratch tests were performed to investigate relations between adherence and surface roughness of painted coating. Surface roughness tests were carried out by electricity surface roughness meter. Scratch tests were regularly performed by Scratch tester at speeds of 3.1mm/min increasing load.
