Industralization has brought various fields of life changed, but there are also harmful things in our surroundings. One of those is an abusing of lubricant; however, lubrication is necessary to processing a metal material. The role of lubricant, especially it s used in manufacturing tasks, such as milling, turning, punching and drilling have a important function to reducing frictional forces and tool s temperature. Also, it causes a environmental problem, environmentalists have traditionally blamed a lubricant in general for pollution and other environmental problems. But it is entirely within the realm of human technology and ability to correct even the worst environmental problems. So this paper aims at focusing the MQL equipment in metal processing.

The micro drilling process is one of the most fundamental and popularly used process in the machining and assembling process because it has high productivity and high precision. However, the problems in micro-hole machining by micro drill, it is difficult to remove chip from drilled hole and supply cutting oil. So, it is necessary to establish optimum drilling condition and develop a new drilling process. The aim of the present study was to investigate the variation of thrust which was concerned with feed rate. Also, the optimum drilling condition which could minimize burr generation was examined in step feed machining process.
자동차용 SGARC35강판의 판금도장 조건에 따른 표면조도와 스크래치 특성

SGARC35 steel plate of 80mm length, 25mm width and 0.8mm thick were painted by solid, metallic and pearl paint, respectively. Solid, metallic and pearl paint were sprayed 1, 3, 5 time(s) as optimized painting conditions, respectively. Then, wash primer, primer surface and clear were regularly sprayed. Surface roughness and scratch tests were performed to investigate relations between adherence and surface roughness of painted coating. Surface roughness tests were carried out by electricity surface roughness meter. Scratch tests were regularly performed by Scratch tester at speeds of 3.1mm/min increasing load.
