        연구논문 : 다중회귀모형을 이용한 벤츄리가 없는 충격기류식 여과집진장치 압력손실 예측

        In this study, pressure drop was measured in the pulse jet bag filter without venturi on which 16 numbers of filter bags (Ø140 × 850 ℓ) are installed according to operation condition(filtration velocity, inlet dust concentration, pulse pressure, and pulse interval) using coke dust from steel mill. The obtained 180 pressure drop test data were used to predict pressure drop with multiple regression model so that pressure drop data can be used for effective operation condition and as basic data for economical design. The prediction results showed that when filtration velocity was increased by 1%, pressure drop was increased by 2.2% which indicated that filtration velocity among operation condition was attributed on the pressure drop the most. Pressure was dropped by 1.53% when pulse pressure was increased by 1% which also confirmed that pulse pressure was the major factor affecting on the pressure drop next to filtration velocity. Meanwhile, pressure drops were found increased by 0.3% and 0.37%, respectively when inlet dust concentration and pulse interval were increased by 1% implying that the effects of inlet dust concentration and pulse interval were less as compared with those changes of filtration velocity and pulse pressure. Therefore, the larger effect on the pressure drop the pulse jet bag filter was found in the order of filtration velocity(Vf), pulse pressure(Pp), inlet dust concentration(Ci), pulse interval(Pi). Also, the prediction result of filtration velocity, inlet dust concentration, pulse pressure, and pulse interval which showed the largest effect on the pressure drop indicated that stable operation can be executed with filtration velocity less than 1.5 m/min and inlet dust concentration less than 4 g/m3. However, it was regarded that pulse pressure and pulse interval need to be adjusted when inlet dust concentration is higher than 4 g/m3. When filtration velocity and pulse pressure were examined, operation was possible regardless of changes in pulse pressure if filtration velocity was at 1.5 m/min. If filtration velocity was increased to 2 m/min. operation would be possible only when pulse pressure was set at higher than 5.8 kgf/cm2. Also, the prediction result of pressure drop with filtration velocity and pulse interval showed that operation with pulse interval less than 50 sec. should be carried out under filtration velocity at 1.5 m/min. While, pulse interval should be set at lower than 11 sec. if filtration velocity was set at 2 m/min. Under the conditions of filtration velocity lower than 1 m/min and high pulse pressure higher than 7 kgf/cm2, though pressure drop would be less, in this case, economic feasibility would be low due to increased in installation and operation cost since scale of dust collection equipment becomes larger and life of filtration bag becomes shortened due to high pulse pressure.

        충격기류식 여과집진장치의 운전조건 변화에 따른 적정 탈진주기 및 탈진압력 설정

        In this study, using coke dust from ironwork, the pulse pressure on a pulse air jet bag filter was investigated considering the influence of the pressure loss due to filtration velocity and pressure intervals. The research on the optimal pulse pressure prediction of a pulse air jet type bag filter using coke dust showed the following results. Pressure loss volatility produced by the pulse pressure under low dust concentration(0.5, 1 g/m<sup>3</sup>) and low face velocity(1.25 m/min) was less than 10 mmH<sub>2</sub>O. This suggests that the pulse pressure has a low impact on the pressure loss. In contrast, pressure loss volatility under high dust concentration(3g/m<sup>3</sup>) and high face velocity(1.75 m/min) was 25 mmH<sub>2</sub>O. Therefore, pulse pressure with high dust concentration and high face velocity has a strong influence on the pressure loss volatility, compared to the condition of low dust concentration and low face velocity. The optimal pulse pressure of inlet dust concentration(0.5 g/m<sup>3</sup>) was 6 kg/cm<sup>2</sup> under the same face velocity(1.75 m/min). As concentration increased from 1 to 2 g/m<sup>3</sup>, the pulse pressure gradually reached 5 kg/cm<sup>2</sup> thus indicating that the pulse pressure(5 kg/cm<sup>2</sup>) is pertinent at a high concentration(3 g/m<sup>3</sup>) The pulse intervals: 20, 25 and 30 sec, which are relatively longer than 10 and 15 sec, corresponded to high pressure loss volatility produced by the pulse pressure. Furthermore, low pressure loss volatility was noted at 5 kg/cm<sup>2</sup> of the overall pulse pressure.

        In pulse diagnosis, floating pulse and sinking pulse are frequently used for diagnosis about where disease is located and how much severe they are. However, in what mechanism floating pulse and sinking pulse arise is not known well. There are two point of views on substantial of floating pulse and sinking pulse. The first one is the floating and sinking degrees is the expression on the depth of pulsation. And, the second one is floating and sinking pulse is based on the response of pulsation to the indent pressure on radial artery. In this paper, we discussed these two opinions in the view point of tonometric measurement. The process for diagnosis on floating pulse and sinking pulse is similar to the tonometric measurement for non invasive blood pressure or intraocular pressure. We modelled the degrees of depth of pulsation with different indent pressures for initial pulsation feeling and different slopes of indent pressure lines. From this modelling, we can confirm the effect of pulsation depth on P-H curve, that is, in the model where lower pulsation is assumed, the shift of optimal indent pressure to the right was observed. The response of pulse pressure to the indent pressure was tried to be modelled with the degrees of mean blood pressure. Consequently, we tried to model the phenomenon of floating and sinking pulse for the first. And, from this modelling, we can get abundant understanding on how floating and sinking pulse can be caused. In the further study, we want to prove the suitability of this tonometric measurement based modelling with various studies including ultrasound measurement for the depth of pulsation in different BMI subjects.

        측정가압에 의한 좌관(左關) 부위(部位) 맥파요인 변화에 대한 실험 연구

        Objectives: In the study on the waveform analysis of radial artery pulse diagnosis, we need to establish fundaments of contemporary pulse diagnosis research, and to find the change of pulse waveform parameter with applied variation pf pressure. Methods: As we will to do experimental research on the difference of pulse waveform on the radial artery with applied variations of pressure(5 stage-pressure) and measuring position(left KWAN). In this research, we analyzed the change of the waveform according to five stage pressure. Results: The results were as follows; When we analyzed the change of the waveform according to pressure in the left KWAN, E, hl, h2 and A were the difference between 8ths pressure grades in 95% trust section. And t2, t4 were the difference between 8ths pressure grades in 95% trust section. W was the difference between 8ths pressure grades in 95% trust section. And h2/h1 was the difference between 6ths pressure grades in 95% trust section. There is the difference between 1st and 2nd grade & between 2nd and 5th grade in the case of t4/t2 in 95% trust section. And there is the difference between 1st and 5th grade, between 3rd and 4th grade, between 3rd and 5th grade & between 4th and 5th grade in the case of W/A in 95% trust section. And there is the difference between 1st and 2nd grade, between 2nd and 3rd grade, between 2nd and 4th grade, between 3rd and 4th grade, between 3rd and 5th grade & between 4th and 5th grade in the case of A/E in 95% trust section. Conclusions: We found the statistically resonable differences between each pulse depending on the applied pressure. And Analysing the radial pulse(left KWAN) at 5 applied pressure levels may be useful to study on the pulse waveform diagnosis.

        경험모델을 이용한 충격기류식 여과집진기의 적정 탈진압력 예측

        A pilot-scale pulse-jet bagfilter was designed, built and tested for the effects of four operating conditions (filtration velocity, inlet dust concentration, pulse pressure, and pulse interval time) on the total system pressure drop, using coke dust from a steel mill factory. Two models were used to predict the total pressure drop according to the operating conditions. These model parameters were estimated from the 180 experimental data points. The empirical model (EM) with filtration velocity, areal density, inlet dust concentration, pulse interval time and pulse pressure shows the best correlation coefficient (R=0.971) between experimental data and model predictions. The empirical model was used as it showed higher correlation coefficient (R=0.971) compared to that of the Multivariate linear regression(MLR) (R=0.961). The minimum pulse pressure predicted by empirical model (EM) was 5kg/㎠.

        3차원 로봇 맥 영상 분석기의 5단계 가압 맥파 분석에 의한 고혈압 환자의 현맥(弦脈) 연구

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to gain the objective indicators for the classification of hypertension by oriental medical pulse diagnosis, through finding out the parameters which can distinguish the pulse of hypertensive patient from that of normal subject, and characterizes the wiry pulse of hypertension. Methods: 30-59 yr, male, 946 healthy volunteers and 35 hypertensive patients were enrolled in this study. All the hypertensive patients were taking medicine to control the blood pressure and the blood pressure of the hypertension group was not statistically different from that of the normal healthy group. Data were acquired using 3 dimensional pulse imaging analyser(DMP-3000, DAEYOMEDI, KOREA) and analysed according to the age bands and the applied pressure levels. Results: 1. RAI/t, w/t and t2/t decreased with the levels of applied pressure and increased with age in the normal healthy group, not in the hypertension group. 2. RAI/t, w/t, t2/t were significantly higher in the hypertension group than the normal healthy group in the 30-age band, and elasticity coefficient was higher in the hypertension group than the normal healthy group in the 40-age band. 3. Researches on the patients without hypotensive agents are needed to figure out whether these parameters are the components of hypertensive wiry pulse. Conclusions: Analysing the radial pulse at 5 applied pressure levels using 3 dimensional pulse imaging analyser may be useful to differentiate the pulses of the hypertensive patients from those of the normal subjects, and characterize the hypertension.

        The Relationship Between the Acute Changes of the Systolic Blood Pressure and the Brachial-Ankle Pulse Wave Velocity

        Background: The brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) is a useful parameter to assess arterial stiffness. However, it is difficult to evaluate arterial stiffness in hypertensive patients because the baPWV is affected by the blood pressure itself. This study was designed to estimate the relationship between the change of the blood pressure parameters and the baPWV (ΔbaPWV) when hypertensive patients were subjected to an acute reduction of blood pressure. Methods: Thirty patients with essential hypertension and whose blood pressure was higher than 140/90 mmHg were enrolled. In all the patients, the blood pressure and baPWV were measured using an automatic waveform analyzer with the patients at a resting state. When the reduction of blood pressure was more than 10 mmHg after sublingual administration of nifedipine 10 mg, then the blood pressure and baPWV were measured again in the same manner and then they were compared with the baseline values. Spearman`s correlation and multiple linear regression tests were performed to estimate the relationship between the change of the blood pressure parameters (ΔSBP, ΔDBP, ΔMAP and ΔPP) and the ΔbaPWV. Results: The baPWV was significantly decreased shortly after the administration of nifedipine (1903.6±305.2 cm/sec vs. 1716±252.0 cm/sec, respectively, p<0.01). The ΔbaPWV was correlated with the ΔSBP (r=0.550, p<0.01), ΔDBP (r=0.386, p<0.05), ΔMAP (r=0.441, p<0.05), and ΔPP (r=0.442. p<0.05). On the multiple regression analysis, the ΔSBP was the only significant variable for predicting the ΔbaPWV, and the linear equation was ΔbaPWV=8.7×SBP-48. Conclusions: The baPWV is affected by the systolic blood pressure level to a large degree and careful attention must be paid to the blood pressure level when evaluating arterial stiffness with using the baPWV.

      • 한국인 성인 남성의 체질별 맥상 특성에 관한 연구

        Background : Sasang Constitutional Medicine (SCM) is the field of traditional Korean medicine that emphasize four constitutional types for diagnosis and treatment. Appearance, personalities and pathological characteristics are main factors of Sasang constitutional classification. Previous studies carried out by the pulse analyzer showed that the pulse wave can discriminate these types. In addition, It was reported that the pulse wave are affected by age and sexuality. In this study, we investigated the pulse wave chatacteristics related Sasang constitution types in control group regarding their age and sexuality. Subjects and Method : Two hudred and eighteen volunteers participated in this study: healthy men in 20~49 years old. Participants were interviewed and examined to evaluate their health condition and Sasang constitution type. Then they were tested with pulse analyzer when they ere stabilized. The pulse at the radial artery just beside styloid process was measured, because this area is landmark for pulse diagnosis in oriental medicine. 3-D Mac pulse analyzer (Daeyo Medi Co. Ansan. Korea) was used in this study. We analyzed main features of pulse waves with the Sasang condtitution types by the SPSS for Windows (ver 12.0). Results : There was significant difference between Taeum and other types in contact pressure as well as in coefficient of floating and sinking pulse. Conclusion : By analyzing pulse waves of healthy adult men, we found significant differences exist between Taeum and other types. These pulse differences may characterize Taeum type, and it will be helpful for the evaluation of Taeum type.

        관상동맥 질환 및 맥압이 신부전 진행에 미치는 영향

        배 경 : 만성신부전에서 관상동맥 질환의 유병률은 정상인에 비해 증가되어 있으며 죽상경화증이 신기능을 저하시킬 수도 있다고 생각되나 아직까지 이에 대한 정확한 보고는 되어있지 않다. 맥압은 죽상경화의 정도를 반영하며 신부전 환자에서 증가되어 있어, 이에 저자들은 죽상동맥경화에 따른 관상동맥 질환과 맥압의 변화가 신부전을 진행시키는지에 대한 관련성을 비교 검토하고자한다. 방 법 : 서울아산병원에서 3년 이상 추적 관찰이 가능하였던 경증의 만성신부전 환자들을 대상으로 심혈관조영술로 관상동맥질환 여부를 검사하였고 혈청 크레아티닌 농도 및 여러 변수들을 추적 관찰하여 관상동맥질환의 유무에 따른 신부전의 진행 여부를 비교하였으며, 다변량회귀분석을 통해 신부전을 진행시킬 수 있는 여러 변수들의 관련성 여부를 검토하였다. 또한 맥압의 증가가 신부전에 주는 영향 및 이와 관련된 여러 변수들을 비교 분석하였다. 결 과 : 전체 87명 (남자 54 여자 33명)의 환자들 중 45명이 관상동맥질환이 있었으며 42명은 없었다. 관상동맥질환이 있던 45명 중 34명 (76%)에서 신부전이 진행되었으며, 관상동맥질환이 없는 42명 가운데는 22명 (52%)이 신부전의 진행을 보였다. 여러 요인들 중 신부전의 진행과 유의하게 관련된 요인으로는 평균 동맥압, 맥압, 당뇨병성 신증, 24시간 요단백, 혈청 총 콜레스테롤 농도가 있었으며 들 중 특히 맥압이 관상동맥질환과 관련이 있었다. 결 론 : 죽상경화에 의한 관상동맥질환 및 맥압의 증가는 경도의 만성신부전 환자에서 신부전의 진행과 유의한 관련이 있는 것으로 사료된다. Background : Patients with end-stage renal disease have farther excess rate of coronary artery disease (CAD) than nonuremic population. There is a possibility that artherocslerosis may aggravate renal insufficiency, but it is not certain. Pulse pressure was also significantly increased in patients with chronic renal disese (CRD), and had been implicated in the development of atherocclerosis. The purpose fo this study is to identify the association of atherosclerotic CAD and pulse pressure with renal disease progression in patients with mild CRD Method : The patients with mild CRD who had been followed up more than 3 years in Asan medical center, Seoul, Korea, were included. We evaluated their CAD via coronary angiography, and followed up their serum creatinine levels and other parameters assumed to be associated with progression of CRD. All clinical and laboratory parameters were analyzed by multivariate logictic method. And we examined the association between pulse pressure and progression of CRD with related factors via multivariate logistic analysis. Results: Total 87 patients (54 were men and 33 were women) were included in this study. 45 patients had coronary heart disease and 42 had not. Comparison of CRD progression between the patients who had CAD (n=45) and those who not (n=42) showed a significant difference (76% vs 52%, p<0.05). Mean arterial pressure, pulse pressure, presence of diabetic nephrophthy, 24hour urine protein, total cholesterol were the parameters associated with the progression of CRD. Among of them, proteinuria and mean arterial pressure were independent risk factors for renal disease progression. Therer was a significant association between CAD and pulse pressure. Conclusion: Atherosclerotic CAD and increased pulse pressure were associated with renal disease progression in the patients with mild renal insufficiency. (Korean J Nephrol 2003;22(3):313-320)

      • 이혈요법이 본태성 고혈압자의 혈압에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 이혈요법을 이용해 본태성 고혈압자의 혈압에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 대전시 대덕구에 거주하는 70세 이상 여성 12명을 대상으로 2013년 6월 10일∼10월 18일까지 주2회 평균값을 1회 실험치로 총 10주 실시하였다. 12명 모두 대조군, 마사지군(귀마사지 5분), 첩압군(신반석을 첩압)으로 설정했다. 자료분석은 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용 하였다. 응답자의 인구 통계학적 특성은 빈도분석으로, 처치 후 이혈요법의 효과는 반복측정 분산분석으로, 처치 전·후 각 집단 내의 변화는 대응표본 F검정을 실시하였다. 가설 검증은 유의수준 p<.05로 하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 이혈요법을 실시 후, 좌 수축기 혈압(p<.01), 좌 이완기 혈압(p<.001), 우 수축기 혈압(p<.001), 우 이완기 혈압(p<.01), 좌·우 맥압(p<.001)은 통계적으로 유의하게 변화되었다. 좌맥박(p=.416), 우맥박(p=.420)은 통계적으로 유의하게 변하지 않았다. 좌·우 혈압 측정은 정확한 건강상태를 파악할 수 있는 연구의 기초 자료로 의의가 있다. 이혈요법을 이용해 본태성 고혈압자의 혈압에 영향이 검증된 만큼 보완대체요법으로서 널리 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of ear reflexology on blood pressure of essential hypertension patients. This study was intended for 12 females, above 70 years old, living in Daedeok-gu, Daejeon. The total average twice a week to once experimental data was performed 10 times from June 10th, 2013 to October 18th, 2013. 12 people were both set to the control group, massage group(ear massage for 5 minutes), cheopap group(attached to the Sin-Ban Stone). These data were analyzed by using the SPSS 18.0 program. Also, demographic characteristics of the respondents were measured by using the frequency analysis, and the effect of ear reflexology was analyzed by using repeated measure ANOVA. Understanding the changes of each group was measured by using paired F-test. The effect of ear reflexology is analyzed by checking those three group member’s before and after of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, a pulse frequency, and pulse pressure. The significant level of hypothesis test was p<.05. The research results were as follows. After conducting ear reflexology, the left systolic blood pressure(p<.01), the left diastolic blood pressure(p<.001), the right systolic blood pressure(p<.001), the right diastolic blood pressure(p<.01), the left and right pulse pressure(p<.001) were significantly changed statically. The left pulse(p=.416) and right pulse(p=.420) were not significantly changed statically. There is a significant difference between left and right blood pressure to vascular disease clues. In conclusion the effect of ear reflexology on patients with essential hypertension was verified statistically. Therefore, ear reflexology could be utilized as a complementary alternative therapies.
