요통환자(腰痛患者)의 양도락(良導絡) 변화(變化)에 대한 임상적(臨床的) 고찰(考察)

Objective : We investigated association between excessiveness and deficiency of the visceral and twelve merdians and low back pain, by checking Yangdorak. Methods : Clinical studies were done 62 patients who were treated with low back pain to Dept. of Acupuncture & Moxibustion, Hospital of Oriental Medicine in Semyung University from August 2, 2002 to August 20, 2002. We divided low back pain patients into lumbar vertebra strain, herniated nucleous pulposus(H.N.P.) degenerative spondylosis(D.J.D) and tested the potentiality of skin resistance(Yangdorak) to them. Results: 1. H.N.P. groups were more than another groups in comparing with the States over Physiological Limits and the and excessiveness of merdians. 2. In degenerative spondylosis groups, excessiveness of the F3(kidney) was to be superior. In H.N.P. groups deficiency of the H5(triple energiger) was to be superior. In lumbar vertebra strain groups, deficiency of the H5(triple energiger) and excessiveness of the F2(Liver) was to be very superior. Conclusions: We could investigate the relationship of the excessiveness and deficiency of the visceral and twelve merdians to low back spain patients by checking Yangdorak. Specially, Deficiency of the H5(triple energiger) and H4(Small intestine) may be helpful in diagnosis H.N.P..

Object : In this thesis we researched the transformation of five symptoms of final life stage from ${\ll}$Sumun(素問)${\gg}$, ${\ll}$Yingshu(靈樞)${\gg}$ and ${\ll}$Nanjing(難經)${\gg}$ and pulse diagnosis method. Method : We studied medical books from Mawangdui Han dynasty tomb Results and Conclusion : 1. The symptoms of final life stage according to Yinyanmaisihou(陰陽脈死候) is suggested by observation of symptoms introducting Yinyan five-elements theory. 2. The symptoms of final life stage according to Yinyanmaisihou(陰陽脈死候) and "Qijue(氣絶)" from ${\ll}$Lingshu(靈樞) Jingmai(經脈)${\gg}$ made use of twelve merdian bian(遍) diagnosis method and ${\ll}$Lingshu(靈樞) Zongshi(終始)${\gg}$, ${\ll}$Sumun(素問) Zhenyaojingzhonglun(診要經終論)${\gg}$ made use of twelve merdian biaoben(標本) diagnosis method. Afterward oriental medical biology which suggests agreement between outside and inside symptoms needs to be examined by use of science and medical theory to apply medical treatment .

괄사요법이 여대생의 신체조성, 혈중지질 및 혈관탄성도에 미치는 영향

The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of meridian scraping therapy on body composition, lipid profiles and pulse wave velocity in female college students. The subject(n=20) who was female college students participated in this study. They consists of two groups, one is control group(n=10), another is experimental group(meridian scraping massage group(n=10). To the experimental group was given the meridian scraping therapy two times per week for 8 weeks and to the control group was given the swedish massage two times per week for 8 weeks after then measured body weight(body weight, BMI, FAT, FM), lipid profiles(TC, TG, HDL and LDL), pulse wave velocity. The results of the study, repeated ANOVA by using Windows 14.0 SPSS program after 8 weeks intervention. The significant level was set to a=.05. The results are as follows. The body weight, BMI, %FAT and FM were not significant differences in the groups. TG was significantly decreased in the meridian scraping therapy group more than in the control group(p<.01). LDL was significantly decreased in the meridian scraping therapy group more than in the control group(p<.01). Pulse wave velocity was not significant differences in the groups. In conclusion, meridian scraping therapy had positive effects in TG and LDL levels. Analysis of date suggested a conclusion that merdian scraping therapy is effective to health for female college students

Effects of full body meridian massage using Rubus coreanus Miquel and Hovenia dulcis thunb extract

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of dietary treatment of Hovenia dulcis thunb extract and Rubus coreanus Miquel extract combined with full-body nerve massage on fatigue recovery. The results are as follows. Homogeneity between groups was secured due to the general characteristics of the study subjects, and the abdominal group showed a significant decrease in fatigue and pain changes after full nerve massage. Changes in fatigue substances in the blood showed a significant decrease in the Hovenia dulcis thunb extract group, and changes in blood levels before and after the stress hormone experiment showed a significant decrease in cordicol in the Hovenia dulcis thunb extract group. Through the results of this study, we were able to confirm that oxidative stress was reduced in adult women in their 20s to 50s through a full-body nerve massage after eating Rubus coreanus Miquel extract and Hovenia dulcis thunb extract, using an objective and systematic experimental method for changes in oxidative stress.

복부 경락마사지가 정형외과 수술 후 기동 장애 환자의 변비 정도에 미치는 효과

Purpose: This study was to identify the effect of abdominal meridian massage on the degree of constipation of the patients with immobility after orthopedic surgery. Method: This study was performed by non equivalent control group pretest-posttest non-synchronized design from September 5 to November 6, 2005. The subjects were composed of 20 in the experimental group(abdominal meridian massage), 20 in the control group 1(simple abdominal massage) and 20 in the control group 2(non treatment). Result: There were significant differences in frequency of taking stool softener and degree of constipation by CAS(Constipation Assessment Scale) among 3 groups. But There was no significant difference in frequency of bowel movements among 3 groups. Conclusion: The abdominal meridian massage for the patients with immobility may be an effective nursing intervention for management of constipation.
