        속눈썹 미용실태에 따른 외모만족도와 자아존중감

        Purpose: This study aims to understand the effects of eyelash beauty on appearance satisfaction and self-esteem. Methods: This study surveyed 426 unmarried female university students in their 20s, living in Busan, and majoring in beauty with experience in eyelash beauty. The statistical program SPSS 22.0 was used, and a frequency analysis was conducted to determine the natural condition of eyelashes and preference for eyelash beauty. After performing a factor analysis on appearance satisfaction and self-esteem, this study carried out a cross-analysis of a chi-square test (χ2 ) to examine the differences in appearance satisfaction and self-esteem. Results: Results of the analysis on natural condition of eyelashes and preference for eyelash beauty revealed that eyelash beauty treatments are motivated by a desire for clearer-looking eyes, and that women undergo these treatments to feel refreshed and boost their self-esteem. The subjects of this study preferred to use silk faux eyelashes, which were 11 mm in length, 0.10 mm in thickness, JC curl, and 80% in density. The factor analysis results revealed reliability as the primary reason for choosing silk faux lashes. There were significant differences in appearance satisfaction and self-esteem based on the natural condition of eyelashes and preference for eyelash beauty. Conclusion: Further study on eyelash beauty is proposed to ensure its effective use on beauty sites, and to accurately grasp how appearance satisfaction and self-esteem are boosted by eyelash beauty targeting various age brackets and regions. 목적: 본 연구는 속눈썹 미용 실태에 따른 외모만족도와 자아존중감에 관하여 알아보고자 한다. 방법: 부산지역에 거주하는 20대미용전공 대학생으로, 속눈썹 미용 경험이 있는 미혼 여성 426명을 조사하였다. 통계 프로그램 SPSS 22.0 사용하였으며, 속눈썹 미용 실태와 선호도를 알아보기 위하여 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 외모만족도와 자아존중감 요인분석 실시 후 속눈썹 미용 실태에 따른외모만족도와 자아존중감 차이를 알아보기 위하여 카이제곱 검정(χ2 ) 교차분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 속눈썹미용 이용 실태와 속눈썹 미용에 관한 선호도를 살펴본 결과 속눈썹미용을 하는 이유는 눈이 선명해보이고, 시술 시기는 기분전환을 위해, 시술하는 목적은 나의 만족감을 찾기 위해로 나타났다. 속눈썹미용 스킬에서 디자인의 유지력 실크모, 모의 길이는 11 mm, 모의 두께 0.10 mm, 컬은 JC컬, 밀도는 80%를 선호하였다. 외모만족도와 자아존중감의 요인분석결과 신뢰도가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 속눈썹 미용 실태와 속눈썹 미용 선호도에 따른 외모만족도와 자아존중감은 차이는 유의미하게 나타났다. 결론: 속눈썹 미용이 외모만족도와 자아존중감에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 속눈썹 미용이 현장에서 더욱 효과적으로 활용 되어지고 다양한 연령대와 여러 지역을대상으로 외모만족도와 자아존중감을 파악하는 연구를 제안한다.

          The trend of "wellbeing" and "natural" has taken an important role in our life since 2005. A variety of articles and methods for the natural beauty expression has been flourished until these day, in the year of 2008. Among them the most fascinating beauty technique is the hair extension. This hair extension is in big style and a lot of people has been treated for their poor hair.<BR>  The advantage of hair extension lies in the convenience of it. An hour"s treatment of the hair extension enabled them to do an exercise and to keep fresh without any kind of obstacles. For these meansss the so-called modern life-style has been preferred and favored by a lot of busy persons. But a lot of side-effect can"t be despised.<BR>  The eyelash extension has so much convenience and natural make-up effect that it is in great fashion and flourish. But the field of eyelash extension hasn"t taken a concrete shape and the usage of it hasn"t been arranged till now. It is clear that so may people has many damaged cases in the inefficient treatment.<BR>  And I deeply felt that there should be an intensive study in the extension of eyelash. In addition there should be a correct understanding and study of the techniques, I thought. so the researcher tries to give a right method in the extension of eyelash with the theoretical arrangement.

        속눈썹미용관리의 소비동기 및 심리적 만족감 연구

        미용관리의 다양한 방법 중 하나로 자리매김하고 있는 속눈썹미용관리는 많은 사람들에게 관심을 받고 있다. 얼굴의 이목구비 중 눈은 얼굴의 인상을 좌우하는 가장 큰 부분 차지한다. 이로 인해 많은 여성들이 자신의 눈에 대한 이미지 변화에 관심이 크게 가지고 있어 외적부분이 미의 경쟁력이 되면서 미용관리의 다양화 ·개별화가 나타나고, 바쁜 일상에 편리함과 아름다움을 을 얻을 수 있는 속눈썹 펌과 속눈썹 연장술 등이 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 속눈썹 미용관리의 소비동기 및 심리적 만족감을 알아보기 위해 속눈썹 펌 또는 속눈썹 연장술을 받는 20~30대 여성을 대상으로 잡아 총 253명의 설문지를 받아 최종자료로 사용하였다. 첫째, 일반적 특성에 따른 속눈썹미용관리의 차이에서 25~29세의 여성들과 직장인 여성들은 속눈썹과 속눈썹 연장술을 모두 받아본 적이 많으며, ‘속눈썹 전문샵’, ‘네일아트샵’ 순으로 속눈썹미용관리를 받았다고 응답하였다. 둘째, 일반적 특성의 따른 속눈썹 미용관리의 만족하는 부분은 ‘눈이 선명해보인다’, ‘메이크업 시간단축’ 순으로 응답했으며, 만족하는 이유를 보았을 때, ‘자기만족’이이라는 결과가 나타났다. 셋째, 소비동기를 소비필요성, 소비과정, 소비결과 순으로 요인을 도출하였으며, 소비동기와 심리적 만족감을 다중회귀분석 한 결과, 소비동기의 소비필요성, 소비결과 순으로 심리적 만족감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 속눈썹 미용관리의 소비동기와 심리적 만족감에 대해 알아보았으며, 연구결과가 속눈썹 미용시장의 활성화 및 정보 수립의 연구자료로 제공해 도움이 되길 기대한다. Eyelash beauty care, which has established itself as one of the various ways of beauty care, is receiving attention from many people. Among the facial features, the eyes account for the largest part of the facial impression. As a result, many women are very interested in changing their image of their eyes, which has become competitive in beauty, leading to diversification and individualization of beauty care, and eyelash perm and eyelash extensions that can gain convenience and beauty in their busy daily lives. Therefore, this study targeted women in their 20s and 30s undergoing eyelash perm or eyelash extensions to find out the consumption motivation and psychological satisfaction of eyelash beauty management, and received a total of 253 questionnaires and used them as final data. First, in terms of differences in eyelash beauty care according to general characteristics, women aged 25 to 29 and office workers answered that they had received eyelash care in the order of "Eyelash Specialist Shop" and "Nail Art Shop." Second, the satisfaction part of eyelash beauty management according to the general characteristics was answered in the order of "eye looks clear" and "shortening makeup time," and when the reason for satisfaction was seen, the result was "self-satisfaction." Third, consumption motivation was derived in the order of consumption necessity, consumption process, and consumption result, and as a result of multiple regression analysis, it was found that consumption motivation had a positive (+) effect on psychological satisfaction in the order of consumption necessity and consumption result. Through this study, the consumption motivation and psychological satisfaction of eyelash beauty management were investigated, and the results of the study are expected to be helpful as research data for revitalizing the eyelash beauty market and establishing information.

        속눈썹 미용에 대한 선호도 및 만족도

        Purpose: This study examines the preferences and level of satisfaction associated with different eyelash beauty treatments. Methods: We used IBM SPSS Statistics V22.0 to analyze the survey results of 257 unmarried college students in their twenties, living in Busan, South Korea. We performed a frequency analysis of eyelash preferences and chi-square (χ2) cross analysis to determine the levels of satisfaction for each eyelash beauty treatment. Results: As a result of examining eyelash beauty preferences, we found the most important skill of an eyelash designer to be eyelash retention. The most preferred eyelash treatment characteristics are silk hair type, JC curl, thickness of 0.05-0.07 mm, and length of 10-11 mm. The preferred eyelash technique is hair root protection. Most participants were satisfied with their eyelash treatment and the reason for seeking eyelash treatment was to make their eyes look well-defined. Ultimately, the main purpose of eyelash beauty treatment is to satisfy one’s own self-image. Types of hair, curl, thickness, length, and technique are all statistically relevant in the determination of the amount of satisfaction associated with an eyelash beauty treatment. Conclusion: In order to make our findings more effective, we propose a study of customer preference and satisfaction for various ages and regions. 목적: 본 연구는 속눈썹 미용에 대한 선호도 및 만족도를 조사하여, 속눈썹 선호도에 따른 만족도의 차이를 알아보고자 한다. 방법: 부산 지역에 거주하는 20대 미용전공 대학생 257명을 대상으로 2016년 9월 5일부터 9월 20일까지 설문조사를 시행하였다. 속눈썹 미용 선호도와 만족도를 알아보기 위하여 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 시술 후 만족도 차이를 알아보기 위하여 카이제곱 검정(χ2) 교차분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 속눈썹 미용 선호도를 살펴본 결과, 미용사의 중요한 시술 기술은 속눈썹 디자인 유지력이었으며 가장 선호하는 종류는 실크 모, JC컬, 모의 굵기는 0.05-0.07 mm, 모의 길이는 10, 11 mm, 모근 보호 기법으로 나타났다. 속눈썹 미용 시술 후 대부분 만족하는 것으로 나타났으며, 속눈썹 미용을 하는 이유는 '눈이 선명해 보이기 위해서'로 나타났다. 속눈썹 미용을 하는 이유는 '기분전환을 위해', 속눈썹 미용의 주된 목적은 '나의 만족감을 찾기 위해서'로 나타났다. 속눈썹 미용 선호도 및 시술후 만족도의 차이를 알아본 결과, 중요한 시술 기술, 선호하는 속눈썹 모의 종류, 모 컬, 모 굵기, 모 길이, 모 기법에 따른 만족도의차이는 유의미하였다. 결론: 얼굴 전체의 이미지를 좌우하는 눈은 다양한 속눈썹 재료와 속눈썹 미용 기법들을 통해 연출할 수 있다. 추후에는 속눈썹 미용이 현장에서 더욱 효과적으로 활용되고, 다양한 연령대와 여러 지역을 대상으로 고객의 선호도와 만족도를 파악하는 연구를 제안한다.

        여성의 속눈썹 시술과 뷰티행동의 이미지변화 만족도 연구

        This study aimed to examine how eyebrow surgery affects changes in women's image and what changes eyelash surgery brings to women's beauty behavior. In addition, through a fact-finding survey on women's eyelash treatment and beauty behavior, the effect of eyelash treatment on women's image change and beauty behavior was analyzed, and based on the results, suggestions for women's beauty behavior were suggested. The purpose of this study was to increase the understanding of women's beauty behavior, contribute to improving women's beauty behavior, and present the marketability and development direction of eyelash treatment. For this study, data were collected through a questionnaire survey targeting visitors to eyelash treatment shops in the Seoul area, and frequency analysis was conducted to examine the general characteristics of the victims, eyelash treatment usage patterns, and treatment-related awareness status. . In addition, in order to examine the difference in perception of the level of treatment cost according to the characteristics of the survey subjects and the usage behavior of eyelash treatment, the difference in after care satisfaction, the difference in the increase in aesthetic subjective confidence after the procedure, and the difference in the intention of continuous eyelash treatment for those who have experienced eyebrow surgery. A chi-square test was performed. As a result of this study, eyelash surgery can have a positive effect on a woman's appearance and psychological state, and can help increase confidence and self-esteem by changing a woman's appearance. It has been shown to have a positive effect.

        속눈썹미용 전문가의 인적서비스품질이 지불의사 및 전환비용과의 관계 서비스만족도의 매개효과

        This study attempted to investigate the influence of quality of human services quality by eyelash experts on consumers’ switching costs and willingness to pay and analyze the mediating effects of service satisfaction. For this, a survey was performed against a total of 392 young adult women in their 20s who had eyelash treatment in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and data were collected using measuring instruments. The collected data were analyzed by normality testing, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM). In addition, mediating effects were examined, using bootstrapping, and the results found the followings: First, human service quality had a positive influence on service satisfaction with statistical significance so that Hypothesis 1. was supported. Second, human service quality revealed a positive effect on willingness to pay with statistical significance so that Hypothesis 2. was accepted. Third, human service quality showed no statistically significant influence on switching costs so that Hypothesis 3. was rejected. Fourth, service satisfaction had a positive effect on willingness to pay with statistical significance so that Hypothesis 4. was supported. Fifth, service satisfaction revealed a negative influence on switching costs with statistical significance so that Hypothesis 5. was adopted. Sixth, service satisfaction showed a partial mediating effect in the influence of human service quality on willingness to pay so that Hypothesis 6. was accepted. Seventh, service satisfaction revealed a full mediating effect in the influence of human service quality on switching costs so that Hypothesis 7. was supported. .

        속눈썹미용 서비스품질과 지각된 가치가 행동의도에 미치는 영향

        In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted with women aged 20 to 50, in order to find how the service quality of eyelash beauty treatment and perceived value influence their behavior intention. For data analysis, SPSS23.0 and JAMOVI 1.6.16 program were used. For reliability verification, Cronbach’s α value was analyzed, and Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted. Firstly, according to the analysis on the influence of service quality on perceived value, assurance and empathy as the factors of service quality positively and significantly influenced perceived value. Secondly, according to the analysis on the influence of service quality and perceived value on behavior intention, assurance positively and significantly influenced behavior intention; responsiveness negatively and significantly influenced behavior intention. Therefore, The more assurance in perceived value and service quality, and the lower responsiveness in service quality, the more behavior intention.
