      • 색 특성에 따른 니트 소재의 감성에 관한 연구

        최근 생활수준의 향상으로 의복의 기능성이 중시되면서, 건강, 감성, 쾌적 등에 대한 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 건강 소재 개발에 대한 연구와 니트에 관한 선호도 및 감성연구는 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 현재까지 건강 니트 소재의 감각 및 감성이미지에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 키토산 섬유와 서스 섬유의 니트 소재를 편성한 다음 최종 소비자의 감각과 감성이미지에 미치는 영향을 연구하여 실제 건강 니트 소재를 기획하는데 필요한 정보를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 키토산 섬유와 서스 섬유를 회색계열로 변화를 주어 10 게이지의 컴퓨터 자동 횡편기로 5 종의 평편 시료를 편성하였고 20 대 남녀 대학생 69 명을 대상으로 5 종의 시료($20\;cm{\times}15\;cm$)를 랜덤한 순서로 제시하여 눈으로 시료를 보고 직접 만지면서 평가하도록 하였으며, 감각 18 개와 감성 22 개, 선호도 3 개의 총 43 개 형용사로 이루어진 7 점 척도를 사용하였다. 건강 니트 소재의 감각 및 감성 이미지를 요인 분석한 결과, 감각요인은 ``부피감``, ``요철감``, ``신축감``, ``현시감``, 변형감``의 5 가지 요인, 감성요인은 ``온유감``, ``안정감``, ``고급감``, ``활동감``의 4 가지 요인으로 분류되었다. 색 속성 중 명도 수준별 감각요인 및 감성요인 중 ``요철감``과 ``안정감``의 매우 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 고명도, 저명도 수준은 울퉁불퉁하고 오톨도톨하지만 안정적이고 깨끗한 이미지로 느끼는 것으로 나타났고 중간 명도수준은 ``요철감``과 ``안정감``이 감소되었다. 차콜색의 키토산 100%와 연회씩의 서스 100%의 경우 울퉁불퉁하고 오톨도톨하지만 안정적이고 깨끗한 이미지로 느끼는 것으로 나타났고, 차콜색 키토산섬유와 연회색 서스섬유를 혼방하여 편성한 경우 ``요철감``과 ``안정감``이 감소되었다.

        컬렉션에 나타난 니트 웨어의 소재 구성 요소 및 트랜드 분석

        This study analyzed the design elements and fashion images of women's knitwear in collections of Paris, Milan, London and New York between 2003 and 2008, and examined knitwear trends. It also sought to categorize the attribute of various factors influencing knitwear trends with a view to determining relevancy among design elements, and to predicting knitwear fashion trends and the progression of short-term knitwear trends. The study also identified design elements and fashion images from holistic perspectives, and confirmed mutual relevancy among such elements by year and season along with prediction of short-term trend direction. This study reached conclusions as follows: The distribution of frequency by fashion design elements, showed that the knit stitch of the highest frequency was plain stitch. In terms of the knitwear item, its highest proportion was shown to be the one piece dresses in a lot of knit located in a unique item, as the frequency of the highest gauge is more than 20G High gauge so that the trend of its knits showed light-weight of the material is changing. Machine knits were overwhelmingly more than hand-knits and regular yarns were predominantly than most of fancy yarns. The most pattern was solid followed by stripe, the full pattern with small size showed the highest frequency. Correlation between each variable showed highest relevancy among gauge, knit stitch, and knitting method, pattern and an array of patterns, pattern size. Material related elements showed a high correlation with knit stitch to make pattern and design.

        안전 보호복용 난연 모다크릴 복합 소재 및 이를 적용한 작업복 디자인 개발

        The present study developed flame-retardant and anti-static functional workwear materials, tested their applicability to industrial sites and applied a workwear design differentiated from that of the existing workwear to propose knitted shirt prototypes. To develop four knitted T-shirt inner-wear prototypes with increased safety, wearing comfort, wearing convenience and movement/size fitness. Modacrylic, regenerated fabric, cotton and ESD PET yarns were used to develop two types of composite spun yarns. Also, two knitted fabrics (single and pique weaves) were manufactured. Then, the four fabrics underwent the functionality and property testing. The regenerated fabric composite yarn showed a high unevenness (irregularity), which was significant for quality control. The cotton composite yarn showed a greater tensile strength. Regardless of the types of yarns, the pique weave’s tensile strength was weaker than that of the single weave. All of the four fabrics developed had the LOI of at least 28, indicating their flame-retardant functionality. The filling property of all materials was the grade 4, suitable for clothing materials. The flame-retardant regenerated composite knitted materials showed a greater bursting strength than that of the cotton composite knitted materials, when the weave was identical. The pique weave, compared to the single weave, had a higher frictional electrostatic voltage, which suggested the pique weave had a high risk of electro-static discharge. Excluding the single weave cotton composite knitted materials, all the other materials showed a high frictional electro-static voltage with the cotton abrasive cloth, which seemed attributable to the greater moisture gain and less frictional static electricity of the woolen materials compared to the cotton materials.

        여성용 Knit Bodice와 Sleeve Block의 치수적합성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the fitness using the draft method to develop moderate-stretch knit block patterns for young women in Korea. The subjects were three women within the range of the ages from 18 to 24 showing the average body figures. In this study, 4 different patterns were drafted for the moderate stretch knitted fabrics, that were categorised into two different types. The first type of these was made up for knitted fabrics and the other was initially drafted for woven fabrics and altered for knitted materials afterward. The major findings derived from this investigation were as follows; 1. According to each sensory evaluation for the appearance test on fitness, knit block patterns A and D were the better than the rest of them. 2. Knit block patterns A and D with higher evaluation scores were drafted with body size measurements except the waist line, whereas patterns B and C with relatively lower scores were produced including the smaller ease amounts than the woven block pattern. 3. To see the results of the functional test based on the designed ten motions for this experiment, knit block patterns A and B were concluded as better than the reat of them. In addition, concerning the arm lifting motions, pattern B was scored as the best among the developed patterns.

        리플 니트 소재의 개발 방안 및 가치에 대한 연구

        Material design is an important element in designing designs. Recently, interest in environmentally friendly materials has increased. Ripple materials were recognized as green materials. In this study, we wanted to explore the use of Ripple knit materials. The method of developing ripping-nized materials is to employ two or more major beams with more than one twist of elasticity, and the method of milling and etching with two or more major beams. The result is as follows. 1. It is development of Ripple Effect Greening Materials. First of all, use a variety of electricians to keep niting. Second, apply the knit surface effect by treating embossing treatment. Third, use a sergeant who has other drones to harden and mill it. 2. It is Value of Ripple Effect knit. First of ripple knit materials are environmentally friendly materials that can be produced by environment-friendly manufacturing methods. Second, ripple knit material is an emotional material that enables a concentrative design. Third, ripple knit material is an economic material that can streamline production steps.

        섬유소재 복합화 공정 및 패션 니트 제품 연구

        Currently, the material for clothing is a new sensibility and functional clothing material that reinforces the merits of materials and compensates for the shortcoming, such as the composite of materials, the composite of yarn, the composite during fabric manufacture, and the composite of fabric. Development is in progress. However, due to the difficulties in establishing the system in the material industry and the development of independent technologies between yarn, knitting, and processing companies, there are difficulties in converging the overall production system. In addition, depending on the characteristics of the material, the composite method, and the processing method, the change in the characteristics expressed in the final product is different, and the burden on the material industry is increasing. External competitiveness is weakening due to the decline in price competitiveness of the overall textile and fashion industry, limitations in product development capabilities, and lack of awareness, and it is time to develop differentiated materials and products for clothing with new sensitivity and functionality. The purpose of this study is to develop knitted materials and products in which filament yarn and spun yarn are combined through linkage between yarn, fabric, processing, and final apparel companies and technology convergence.

        니트 소재를 이용한 홈 인테리어소품 활용성에 관한 연구

        At this time when the scale of the home interior market is growing, in the recent change in the consumption trend according to the increase in single-person households, this study addresses the home interior items corresponding to the consumer demands for novel and characteristic means of expression and utilizing knit materials that are emotional and freely expressive in design. As the income level and discerning eye of the people have got higher, the demands for various home interior item designs have been rising. However, because there is no research on the interior items using knit materials that could change in the design and provide healing, it is the goal of this research to seek for the utilization as the item design materials of knit materials and to study the various extensibilities. For this purpose, the history and characteristics of knitted materials and the concept and classification method of home interior were studied through previous studies and literature data. In the cases of study, we have investigated the knit items, via their websites, which were released from the living brands with more than 50 stores in Korea and the overseas big brands, and in case of overseas, we surveyed the cases of using knit items by referring to websites. In addition, by presenting the weaknesses and their solutions of knitted materials and proposing the production methods as high value added products, it is expected that the research and utilization on knitted materials as the interior items would become active.

        시장분석을 통한 국내 니트골프웨어 트렌드분석

        This study analyzes the present status of the golf wear market in South Korea and understands trends in knitwear products designed by these golf wear brands preferred by golfers. The study eventually provides a basic reference to help any relevant fields to forecast the next trends in a following season, and there, the study finally finds ways to improve the brands’ competitiveness in this already overcrowded golf wear market. The findings of the research are summarized as follows. First, the golf wear should protect human bodies from external climates and keep the bodies in the best conditions. Not only that, since the style of the sportswear is being emphasized as another significant factor, the study assumes that knit equipped with all these properties such as flexibility, porosity, creativity, drape and others is appropriate enough to make the golf wear. Second, one of the good reasons for why the golf wear market is constantly developing is this growing demand of young golfers for the golf wear, and the depression in the outdoor market has been encouraging a lot the conventional outdoor brands to enter the golf wear market, and moreover, as more people are now enjoying golf and as the sport has become a business casual sport in South Korea, the demand for the golf wear is increasing which consequently promotes the growth of the market. Third, the study looked into the trends in materials of the golf wear for the 2014 F/W season and found out that the brands are working the hardest to develop high-functional materials, and as for the knit golf wear that uses 100% wool, the golfers prefer such wear made of wool for the wear deals with humidity quickly but gets dry also fast. The study also noticed the great popularity of this material, pique. In terms of the trends in colors and patterns, the golfers go mostly for monotone colors or these other colors that feel warm, and the checked patterns, the stripes and others highlight the style of the golf wear. Add to that, regarding the design trends, the engineered knit are drawing attention, and the slim line that points out women’s silhouettes features in the design trends as well. As disused so far, the golf wear designs are being more diversified and generalized, and as far as the study believes, that will be what keeps expanding the golf wear market in the future but still, the study is also concerned about the design limits and another overheated competition in the small golf wear market. In the light of those concerns, the study suggests that a broad-scale change in the golf wear market shoul be made and that the market should think of how they make the golf wear casual enough to fit individuals’life styles as well as how they form a reasonable price zone. The study also argues that the golf wear market should try not only to secure their customers through production and distribution systems but also to introduce all these different products in glamorous colors and slim designs to attract the customers in their twenties and thirties, and that will help the golf wear market find ways to their constant development.
