      • Restricting Factors and Countermeasures of Development in Business Services Industry of Shandong Province

        Firstly, this article expounds that business service industry plays an important role in adjusting industrial structure, transforming mode of economic growth, improving people's living standards, enhancing Enterprise's Kernel Competitiveness and promoting the development of service industry. Then it analyzes the development of business services in Shandong from two perspectives. The first perspective, by using methodology for statistical analysis, it will review the development scale, professional level, the number of opening units, quantity of employment, and operating revenue of business services in Shandong. On this basis, the article will summarize its development characteristics, experience and existing shortcomings. The second perspective, by using comparison analysis methodology, to compare the development of Shandong with Jiangsu, Guangdong, Zhejiang and Shanghai’s and found the subjective and objective factors that restrict the development of business service industry in Shandong. In the light of restricting factors, countermeasures have been developed based on the experience at home and abroad. These countermeasures will contribute to promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, improving industrial competitiveness and speeding up the economic development rapidly and stably.

        The Effect of Perceive Ease of Use, Perceive Usefulness and Perceive Risk towards Behavioral Intention of GO-FOOD Customer in Indonesia

        Purpose: Technology and innovation drive new mobile application for ojek online. Using the theory of technology acceptance model and perceived risk theory, the researcher wants to find how these factors affect user’s intention to use GO-FOOD that leads to technology adoption. Research design, data and methodology: The researcher uses GO-FOOD users that located in East Java, Indonesia for the object of study. Results: The findings of the research discovered that perceive usefulness and perceive ease of use do not significantly affect user’s behavioral intention while perceive risk is significantly affecting the user’s behavioral intention. Conclusions: The findings suggested that GO-FOOD or similar application should focus more on reducing or eliminating user’s perception of risk towards the mobile application

        Analysis of Business Performance of Local SMEs Based on Various Alternative Information and Corporate SCORE Index

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the enterprise’s score index calculated from atypical data and corrected data. Research design, data, and methodology: In this study, news articles which are non-financial information but qualitative data were collected from 2,432 SMEs that has been extracted "square proportional stratification" out of 18,910 enterprises with fixed data and compared/analyzed each enterprise's score index through text mining analysis methodology. Result: The analysis showed that qualitative data can be quantitatively evaluated by region, industry and period by collecting news from SMEs, and that there are concerns that it could be an element of alternative credit evaluation. Conclusion: News data cannot be collected even if one of the small businesses is self-employed or small businesses has little or no news coverage. Data normalization or standardization should be considered to overcome the difference in scores due to the amount of reference. Furthermore, since keyword sentiment analysis may have different results depending on the researcher's point of view, it is also necessary to consider deep learning sentiment analysis, which is conducted by sentence.

        The Influence of Purchase Types on Happiness: A Review

        Purpose: Previous studies have shown that consumers feel more happiness when they have experiential purchases than material purchases. This experiential advantage has aroused great concern of researchers in the field of social and consumer psychology. Focusing on this issue, the paper aims to tease out the relevant academic work and to further provide with some significant implications. Research design, data and methodology: The paper has divided the review into the following parts. Firstly, the connotation of experiential purchase and material purchase has been simply defined; Secondly, based on the logical framework of pre-factor variables, intermediary variables and regulating boundary conditions, this paper has collated the causal chain of the influence of purchases types on happiness; Finally, this paper has reviewed and summarized the shortcomings of existing studies, and have pointed out specific objectives of future research. Results: From the perspective of time utility and space form, this paper has expounded the substantive differences between the two types of purchase, which lays a foundation for the explanation of the follow-up mechanism. Moreover, the paper has mainly interpreted the intermediary mechanism from two aspects, namely, individual elements of consumers and social elements of consumption situations. Conclusions: This study expands the scope of previous happiness research and strengthens the negative events adaptation research.

        How Customers Perceive Virtual Mirror Technology in the 4<sup>th</sup> Industrial Revolution Environment

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore how customers perceive virtual mirror technology in the 4th industrial revolution environment. In particular, this study investigated how virtual mirror technology affects customer satisfaction and intention to use that are rarely examined in previous studies. Research questions include how proposed variables including sensory stimulation, enjoyment, product quality, telepresence, interactivity, and immersion affect satisfaction and intention to use and how satisfaction affects intention to use. Research design, data and methodology: This study conducted an online survey and applied factor and regression analyses to test hypotheses. Results: The results of this study found that effects of sensory stimulation, telepresence, and immersion on satisfaction were significant, while effects of enjoyment, product quality, and immersion on intention to use were significant. Therefore, variables affecting satisfaction and intention to use were different, while effects of immersion were significant both on satisfaction and intention to use. Conclusions: This study concluded that the role of virtual mirror technology helps customers determine product quality and increase satisfaction level, while it also helps customers enjoy shopping and increase intent to use the service. The results of this study provide how to foster better relationship with customers by applying advanced technologies.

        Effect of R&D competence of Materials · Parts · Equipment Corporations on management performance

        Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of SMEs' R&D competence on management performance. Research design, data, and methodology: The empirical data of this study are derived from 2,375 SMEs that participated in the material, parts, and equipment research and development support project conducted from 2014 to 2018. Among them, 2,230 data were analyzed by classifying them into high-tech and low-tech fields. SPSS 24.0 was used for statistical analysis and correlation analysis and T-TEST were applied. Results: It was analyzed that the level of R&D organization, research personnel, and the number of patent registrations all affected operating profit and sales. In particular, it has been proven that research personnel have a greater impact on management performance among the level of R&D organization, research personnel, and the number of patent registrations. In addition, there was a difference between high-tech and low-tech industries in the impact on operating profit and sales, which are indicators of management performance. Conclusions: This study suggests that R&D competence are strengthened to advance the material, parts, and equipment industries and to promote future growth, while differentiated support is needed according to each company's R&D competence and technology level.

        A Study on Advertising Attitude, Brand Change Behavior and Information Acquisition Source for Airline SNS Content Marketing

        Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of SNS, an important advertising means of airlines, on advertising attitudes and brand change behavior. It is intended to present practical implications by empirically analyzing demographic differences according to the source of SNS information acquisition. Research design, data and methodology: The questionnaire was revised to the contents of this study based on previous studies. It was conducted from June 15 to September 15, 2021. 297 copies were confirmed as valid samples and empirically analyzed. The proposed model was analyzed through path coefficient estimation. Results: SNS advertisement content has a positive effect on advertising attitude and brand change behavior. Advertising attitude has a positive effect on brand change behavior and has a mediating effect between advertising content and brand change behavior. There was a difference according to the source of information acquisition. Conclusions: This study suggested that when airlines engage in advertising using SNS, knowing and utilizing SNS content should be considered very important for airlines because it affects advertising attitudes and brand change behavior differently. This study is meaningful in that it can present the characteristics of SNS contents that can enhance advertising attitudes and brand change behavior when conducting marketing using SNS.

        Employee s Growth Need Strength and Counterproductive Work Behaviors: The Role of Perceived Job Insecurity

        Purpose: This study explores the effect of employee s growth needs strength on counterproductive work behaviors. Perceived job insecurity was also examined as a moderating variable on the relationship between the two variables. Research Design, data and methodology: This study collected 108 data samples from working individuals from South Korea. The Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and the hierarchical regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Hierarchical regression analysis was performed using SPSS 24.0. Results: Our research results indicated that employee s growth needs strength has a negative effect on counterproductive work behaviors. Perceived job insecurity moderates the relationship between the two variables. Conclusions: Organizations should focus on creating growth opportunities for employees, since facilitating employee’s growth need strength will counteract the desire to engage in behaviors that can be detrimental to the organization. and its members.

        Measurement of Youth Financial Literacy and Implications in Korea

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the measurement results of the financial comprehension test conducted ten times in order to study the financial comprehension. Research design, data, and methodology: In this study, correct answer rates in the Economics and Finance Literacy Certification Test were analyzed across ten rounds of tests taken by 6,662 high school students in Korea. Result: The analysis revealed that Korean high school students’ level of financial literacy generally increased as the grade level increased, and the correct answer rates of students at autonomous high schools and special-purpose high schools were statistically different from those of students at general academic high schools and specialized high schools. Conclusion: We can therefore infer that students at specialized high schools face limitations in tackling financial problems due to their lack of proficiency in interpretation and calculation of data necessary for real life financial decision-making. In contrast, students at general academic high schools, special-purpose high schools, and autonomous high schools who do not learn finance as a part of their official curriculum at school were lacking in basic financial knowledge as well as knowledge about the financial system compared to students at specialized high schools, highlighting the need for a measure to address the deficiency.

        A Study on Evaluation of Online Trading System in MRO Supply Business

        Purpose: The findings are expected to be used as basic data for policy establishment for systematic support and upbringing of small and medium-sized suppliers through the current status and characteristics of the industrial structure of the MRO consumable materials industry as a whole and the market trend. Research design, data, and methodology: This survey is conducted in 2019 mainly for companies that operate consumable materials delivery business, and the survey size is about 25,000 in advance (selected) and about 2,000 in the main survey. Using cluster analysis and multidimensional scaling, we derive the visualization of the homogeneous grouping of cases and the relationship structure between them. Results: Based on the attributes of reason for not having an online trading system, it is classified into three and four clusters for industry and company size, respectively, and the feature and pattern of each individual can be are relatively evaluated and visualized. Conclusions: Small and medium-sized consumable material suppliers specialize in products rather than fierce pricing strategies or external expansion strategies and it is more effective to establish a plan to promote the growth of both large and small enterprises through cooperation with large corporations.
