자료변환 기반 특징과 다중 분류자를 이용한 다중시기 SAR자료의 분류

이 연구에서는 자료변환기법을 이용해 추출된 여러 특징과 다양한 분류방법론을 결합하여 다중시기 SAR 자료를 위한 새로운 토지피복 분류기법을 제안하였다. 먼저, 다중시기 SAR 자료로부터 원본자료와는 다른 새로운 정보를 추출하기 위해 주성분분석과 3차원 웨이블렛 변환을 이용한 자료변환을 수행하였다. 그리고 나서 최대우도법 분류자, 신경망, support vector machine을 포함한 세 가지 다른 분류자를 변환된 특징자료들과 원본 후방산란계수 자료를 포함한 세가지 자료에 적용하여 다양한 초기 분류 결과를 얻도록 한다. 이후 다수결규칙을 통해 모든 초기결과를 결합하여 최종 분류 결과를 생성하게 된다. 다중시기 ENVISAT ASAR 자료를 이용한 사례연구에서 모든 초기 결과는 사용한 특징자료와 분류자의 종류에 따라 매우 다양한 분류정확도를 보였다. 이러한 9개의 초기 분류 결과를 결합한 최종 분류 결과는 가장 높은 분류 정확도를 보여주고 있는데, 이는 각 초기 분류 결과가 토지피복을 결정하기 위한 상호 보완적인 정보를 제공하기 때문이다. 이 연구에서의 분류정확도 향상은 주로 자료변환을 통해 얻어진 각기 다른 특징자료와 다른 분류자를 결합에 의한 다양성 확보에서 기인한다. 그러므로 이 연구에서 제안한 토지피복 분류방법론은 다중시기 SAR 자료의 분류에 효과적으로 적용가능하며, 또한 다중센서 원격탐사 자료융합으로 확장이 가능하다. In this study, a novel land-cover classification framework for multi-temporal SAR data is presented that can combine multiple features extracted through data transforms and multiple classifiers. At first, data transforms using principle component analysis (PCA) and 3D wavelet transform are applied to multi-temporal SAR dataset for extracting new features which were different from original dataset. Then, three different classifiers including maximum likelihood classifier (MLC), neural network (NN) and support vector machine (SVM) are applied to three different dataset including data transform based features and original backscattering coefficients, and as a result, the diverse preliminary classification results are generated. These results are combined via a majority voting rule to generate a final classification result. From an experiment with a multi-temporal ENVISAT ASAR dataset, every preliminary classification result showed very different classification accuracy according to the used feature and classifier. The final classification result combining nine preliminary classification results showed the best classification accuracy because each preliminary classification result provided complementary information on land-covers. The improvement of classification accuracy in this study was mainly attributed to the diversity from combining not only different features based on data transforms, but also different classifiers. Therefore, the land-cover classification framework presented in this study would be effectively applied to the classification of multi-temporal SAR data and also be extended to multi-sensor remote sensing data fusion.

Characteristics of female calls of four Cuculus species breeding in Korea

Male calls of Cuculus species such as the Common Cuckoo, C. canorus are well recognized. However, little is known about female calls with respect to their structure and function. In order to find out a difference between female calls of each Cuculus species, we measured seven vocal parameters (delta time, delta time of notes, delta time of intervals, number of notes, high frequency, low frequency, and delta frequency) of female calls of four Cuculus species breeding in Korea. We also conducted a playback experiment to determine whether males respond species-specifically to female calls. We found that female calls differed among species in frequency, number of notes and delta time, although overall structures were similar each other (bubbling calls). A playback experiment showed that these differences in vocal parameters can be sufficiently used to identify conspecific females by males. Further studies will be worthwhile to understand the function of female call, especially, with respect to the evolution of host specificity in cuckoos.

스쿨 버스 위치 추적용 모바일 앱의 설계

현재, 일반 시내 버스의 위치 정보를 버스 이용자에게 제공하는 위치 기반 모바일 앱 서비스가 광범위하게 제공되고 있다. 하지만, 기본적으로 운행 버스에 특정 GPS 장비가 별도 설치되어야 하고 중앙 관제센터가 조직되어야 하는 한계가 있어 일반 스쿨버스에 적용하기는 다소 어려운 면이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 저가의 비용으로 스쿨버스의 현재 위치를 다수의 사용자에게 제공하는 <스쿨버스 위치 추적용 모바일 앱>을 제안한다. 이 시스테은 매우 실용적이어서 운행 중인 스쿨버스가 많지 않은 대부분의 학교 및 학원에서 사용 가능하다.

Optimization of Ball End Milling Parameters in the CNC Machining Sculptured Surfaces

This study presents the analysis of ball end milling machinability and its application to the determination of the optimum operating parameter, such as feedrate and spindle speed, in the CNC machining process of sculptured surfaces. The analytically derived expressions were proved by experiment to be adequate for the practical use and from an accuracy point of view. The estimation strategy, named by technological processor, was applied to the machining of sculptured surfaces for finding optimum cutting parameters. From the experimental result of practical implementation to the test model, it is ascertain that the technological processor have effected the dispersion of force profiles and have reduced the machining time by more than 60%, as compared with conventional Imposing of cutting conditions.

Loop-Shaped Patch Antenna for Conformal Arrays to Minimize the Effects of Adjacent Conducting Skin

This article proposes a novel method of designing a loop-shaped slot patch antenna using an extended cavity structure to reduce the infl uence of adjacent conducting vehicle skin. The proposed antenna consists of the radiating patch, loop shaped slot, and an extended cavity structure. The radiating patch is directly connected to a hybrid chip coupler to achieve a circular polarization property, and the extended cavity structure is employed to confi ne the near-fi eld within the radiating patch that allows to have less infl uence of the conducting skin and to increase the eff ective permittivity of the proposed antenna. To verify the eff ectiveness of the proposed conformal array antenna, we fabricate 2 × 2 array antenna with and without an adjacent conducting skin, and its performances, such as bore-sight gains and 2-D radiation patterns are measured in a full anechoic chamber. The results confi rm that the proposed antenna structure is suitable for elements of the conformal array, which is less aff ected by the conducting skin of the airframe.

The new grinding mechanism is developed in this paper so as to machine the BioMTA compacters, which is used for inserting the dental clinic paste into a small size hole. The optimum grinding parameters are determined by investing the machined state of test samples, such as helix angle, tilting angle, depth of groove, and wheel geometries. Also, the compaction effect of test sample are evaluated by comparing these samples with commercial brand samples. So. it is proved that this mechanism is adequate for the grinding of spirally tapered workpieces.

CSV와 CSR간의 진정성과 정당성 지각 비교

CSV는 처음부터 기업의 가치를 염두에 두고 시작된 만큼 재무적 성과에 상관없이 CSV에 대해 소비자들은 기업의 CSV 활동의 진정성과 정당성을 지각해야만 기업과 기업이 생산하는 제품에 대해 우호적인 태도를 가질 수 있을 것이다. 만약 소비자들이 기업이 창출하는 두 개의 가치적 결과, 즉, 사회적 가치와 기업적 가치간의 관계를 의심하지 않고(진정성의 지각), 나아가 정당하다고 생각한다면 CSV의 활동은 소비자들에게 긍정적인 태도를 형성하게 할 것이다. 따라서 진정성 지각과 정당성 지각은 그러한 태도적 요소에 영향을 주는 중요한 변수들이다. 이 연구는 CSV가 CSR를 대체할 수 있다는 선행연구자들의 제안에 근거하여, CSR의 효과에 영향을 주는 중요한 변수 중 진정성과 정당성에서 어떻게 영향을 주는가를 CSR과 비교를 통하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, CSV는 CSR에 비해 진정성 지각이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 정당성 측면에서는 실용적 정당성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 실증연구의 전략적 의미를 도출해보면 CSV는 CSR에 비해 기업에 대한 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 진정성 지각과 정당성 지각에 더 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 CSV가 CSR에 비해 기업의 사회활동에 더 효과적이라는 것을 발견할 수 있었다. 그러나 정당성의 다른 측면인 도덕적(윤리적) 정당성 측면에서는 CSV가 CSR에 비해 낮은 것으로 나타나 CSV에 대한 본격적인 평가는 CSV활동이 보다 보편화되는 시기에는 다른 결과를 보일 수도 있을 것으로 보인다. Recently, the concept of creating shared value(CSR) has been treated as a important tool to analyze the level of being societalized. Compared to the corporate social responsibility(CSR), CSV is much more suitable to basic spirit of the capitalismfromthe point of view which it seeks the value of the company and the value of the society simultaneously. For that reason, the concept creator Porter and Kramer(2011) started their paper with tha phrase “Capitalist systemus under siege...”.When companies seek tomaximize their revenue and profit, the society will givemuch pressure to the company. So, seeking the company value and society value simultaneously will be exit to the pressure and will gain high appraisal from the society. The advantage of the CSV lies in the clarity of the reason of the business activity. The disadvantage of CSR is obscurity of their activity which means donation or sharing of the profit from the point of the capitalist. The companies have various stakeholders such as shareholders, investors, and so forth. Sometimes CSR activities can not satisfy the needs of stakeholders. However, CSV can satisfy most of the stakeholders such as shareholders, investors, government, community and so forth. In spite of themuch advantages of CSV, people doubts themotive of CSV like CSR. Really can CSV acquire the goal of society and the goal of the company simultaneously as expected? So the perception of authenticity and legitimacy is very important. when people perceive high level of authenticity and legitimacy, CSV can have a positive effect on the company evaluation. Otherwise, the effect of CSVwill end shortly. Based on those ideas, I analysed the perception of authenticity and legitimacy from the comparative point of view with CSR. The results of analysis showed that subjects perceived higher levels of authenticity and pragmatic legitimacy in CSV, compared to CSR. But they perceived higher levels of moral legitimacy in CSR than CSV as expected. And like pre-studies, capability of the company did a moderating role in the perception of authenticity. Fromthis study, I can draw a clear conclusion that CSV is better social activity than CSR fromauthenticity and pragmatic legitimacy. Also I can infer fromthe research conclusion that CSV ismore effective in building affirmative attitude toward the company. The limitation of this study lies in the familiarity of CSV concept. I operated the concept of CSV with article of newspaper. I wonder that subjects are familiar with the company’s social activities and they have enough ability to evaluate them.When CSV concept get to be discussed much more sufficiently to the people, what will happen to the study? 재가 중증 뇌병변 장애인의 기능상태 및 케어요구 목록 평가

Purpose: Using comprehensive and valid instrument, MDS-HC 2.0, this study aimed to analyze the functional status and to evaluate the care needs of the community-dwelling disabled with cerebral impairment. Method: With a convenient sample of 88 disabled with cerebral impairment, the data were collected at a community health center located in rural area in Choongchung providence in August 2005. Subject's functional status and care needs were evaluated using Minimum Data Set-Home Care version 2.0. Result: Significant proportion of subjects were totally dependent for locomotion-outdoor (26.1%), personal hygiene (24.1%), bathing (24.1%). For IADLs, over 40% of subjects were totally dependent for ordinary house work, managing finances, or shopping. Top five ranked care needs were preventive health care measures (100%), communication disorders (71.6%), visual function (55.7%), health promotion (52.3%), and pressure ulcers (48.9%). The proportion of triggered clinical assessment protocols were significantly higher in disability level I group for the risk of institutionalization (p=<.001), communication disorders (p=.004), cognitive problems (p=.001), pressure ulcers (p=<.001), skin and foot conditions (p=.010), and urinary incontinence and indwelling catheters (p=<.001). Conclusions: It is necessary to provide community based rehabilitation services that are individualized for their service needs thus enhance optimal level of functioning.
