      • Credit Risk Game Simulation for Supply Chain Finance Based on Multi-agent

        Supply chain finance (SCF) is an efficient method to solve SMEs’ financing problem, credit risk is the core issue of SCF, game simulation is a new perspective in the research of credit risk. From the view of bounded rational, this paper presents “Replicator dynamic” rules that based on “Reinforcement learning” and “Imitation learning”. Then constructs two game simulation models: SMEs lending union game simulation model and Banks-SMEs game simulation model, and using multi-agent simulation to simulate. The simulations solve the following problems: analyzing the risk stability of single group and multi-group replicator dynamic systems, respectively; Introducing Brownian motion, changing the deterministic dynamic system to a random dynamic system, then analyzing its risk stability; Influence on the system’s risk stability from the change of storage company’s decision. The guiding significance of the simulation results is to improve SCF credit risk management of banks.

        KaAhl, a Novel N-Acylhomoserine Lactonase from Kushneria avicenniae and Attenuated Effect on the Virulence of Erwinia carotovora

        N-acylhomoserine lactones (AHLs) are autoinducers found in gram-negative bacteria and are ubiquitous in common plant pathogenic bacteria. N-acylhomoserine lactonase degrades the lactone ring of AHLs to achieve quorum quenching of phytopathogenic virulence genes. In this study, a novel AHL lactonase gene KaAhl was successfully cloned and identified from Kushneria avicenniae strain DSM 23439. KaAhl is encoded a 261-residue polypeptide belonging to the metallo-β-lactamase superfamily. The recombinant enzyme displayed maximum hydrolysis activity of 0.64 U/mg toward N-(3-oxooctanoyl)-L-homoserine lactone substrate at 30oC and pH 8.0. Besides, it had moderate thermal stability but exhibited a high salt tolerance showing approximate 50% relative activity in the presence of 35% concentrations of NaCl. Furthermore, the KaAhl was significantly promoted by Mn2+ and Ni2+, which enhanced the lactonase activity to approximate 100% extent. In addition, it was observed that recombinant Escherichia coli BL21-pET28a-KaAhl producing KaAhl proteins could effectively inhibit the plant pathogenicity of Erwinia carotovora for 72 h, which might have great potential for controlling gram-negative pathogenic bacteria.

        Dynamic analysis of Ca^(2+) level during bovine oocytes maturation and early embryonic development

        Mammalian oocyte maturation and early embryo development processes are Ca^(2+)-dependent. In this study, we used confocal microscopy to investigate the distribution pattern of Ca^(2+) and its dynamic changes in the processes of bovine oocytes maturation, in vitro fertilization (IVF), parthenogenetic activation (PA) and somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) embryo development. During the germinal vesicle (GV) and GV breakdown stage, Ca^(2+) was distributed in the cortical ooplasm and throughout the oocytes from the MI to MII stage. In IVF embryos, Ca^(2+)was distributed in the cortical ooplasm before the formation of the pronucleus. In 4-8 cell embryos and morulas, Ca^(2+) was present throughout the blastomere. In PA embryos, Ca^(2+) was distributed throughout the blastomere at 48 h, similar to in the 4-cell and 8-cell phase and the morula. At 6 h after activation, there was almost no distribution of Ca^(2+) in the SCNT embryos. However, Ca^(2+) was distributed in the donor nucleus at 10 h and it was distributed throughout the blastomere in the 2-8 cell embryos. In this study, Ca^(2+) showed significant fluctuations with regularity of IVF and SCNT groups, but PA did not. Systematic investigation of the Ca^(2+) location and distribution changes during oocyte maturation and early embryo development processes should facilitate a better understanding of the mechanisms involved in oocyte maturation, reconstructed embryo activation and development, ultimately improving the reconstructed embryo development rate.

      • Polymorphisms of TERT and CLPTM1L and the Risk of Hepatocellular Carcinoma in Chinese Males

        Background: Telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) and cleft lip and palate trans-membrane 1 like (CLPTM1L) genes located on chromosome 5p15.33 are known to influence the susceptibility to various cancers. Here, we examined the association of TERT and CLPTM1L single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Materials and Methods: Genotyping of TERT SNP rs2736098 and CLPTM1L SNP rs401681 was performed using TaqMan allelic discrimination assays in a case-control study of 201 HCC cases and 210 controls in a Chinese male population. Odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were estimated using logistic regression analyses. Results: Both the rs2736098 T allele of TERT and the rs401681 T allele of CLPTM1L were associated with a significantly increased risk of HCC (adjusted odds ratio [OR]=1.605, 95% confidence interval [CI]=1.164-2.213; adjusted OR=1.399, 95%CI=1.002-1.955, respectively). Individuals carrying both TERT and CLPTM1L risk genotypes had an even higher risk of HCC (adjusted OR=4.420, 95%CI= 2.319-8.425). The TERT rs2736098 T allele was also significantly associated with the level of the HCC clinical indicator alpha-fetoprotein (P=0.026). Conclusions: Our results show that genetic variants of TERT and CLPTM1L may contribute to HCC susceptibility in Chinese males.

        마약범죄의 경제적 분석

        본 논문의 연구대상은 마약범죄이며, 기본방법은 경제학의 법학영역에서의 최신 연구성과를 참조하여 마약범죄 및 그에 대한 징벌에 대하여 경제학적 분석을 하는 것으로 그 목적은 경제학적 분석의 시각에서 출발하여 형법이외에서 형법의 이론과 적용을 인식하려는 데 있다. 본 논문은 4개 부분으로 구성된다. 첫 번째 부분에서는 경제학의 기본적 이론특징으로부터 출발하여 경제학법칙을 법학영역에서 적용하는 보편성과 합리성을 검토하였다. 두 번째 부분에서는 일반대중들이 숙지하고 있는 공급과 소요라는 가장 간단한 경제학원리로부터 출발하여 현행 법률의 마약범죄에 대한 규제와 형사정책을 분석하였다. 세 번째 부분에서는 마약의 상품성 속성을 분석하는 것으로부터 출발하여 마약은 일종의 수요가 격탄성이 비교적 작은 상품으로서 이에 대하여 그 경제적 속성에 적합하는 형사정책을 취하여야 한다고 분석하였다. 네 번째 부분에서는 경제학적 분석의 방법 을 완전히 형법영역에 도입하기 위하여 학문, 입법, 사법 등 면에서 노력하여야 부분을 검토하였다. This article is focused on drug crimes, the authors make use of the latest results of economic research in economics to analyze the drug crimes and the punishments imposed upon such crimes. The purpose of this article is further understanding the theory and practice of criminal law from a different point of view. This article is divided into four parts. In the first part, the authors explain basic theoretical premises of economics, they held such a view that the social phenomena are economic phenomena, and the theory of economics can also be used in other area of social science. So it is reasonable to apply economic theory in the research of law. In the second part, the authors utilize the most fundamental law of economics, “the law of demand and supply” to explain the drug crimes and criminal policy. In the third part, the authors regard the drug as a kind of commodities. By analyzing the tributes of such a special commodity the authors want to explain that proper criminal policy must be applied to the drug as a commodity of low elasticity of demand. In the fourth part, the authors give some advices on the fields of the academic, the legislative and the judiciary to fulfill the economic approach to criminal law.

      • Decitabine in the Treatment of Acute Myeloid Leukemia and Myelodysplastic Syndromes, Which Combined with Complex Karyotype Respectively

        Background: We conducted a study exploring the clinical safety and efficacy of decitabine in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), combined with a complex karyotype. Materials and Methods: From April 2009 to September 2013, a total of 35 patients with AML/MDS combined with a complex karyotype diagnosed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University were included for retrospective analysis. All patients were treated with decitabine alone ($20mg/m^2$ daily for 5 days) or combination AAG chemotherapy (Acla 20mg qod*4d, Ara-C $10mg/m^2$ q12h*7d, G-CSF $300{\mu}g$ qd, the dose of G-CSF adjusted to the amount in blood routinely). Results: In 35 patients, 15 exhibited a complete response (CR), and 6 a partial response (PR), the overall response rate (CR+PR) being 60% (21 of 35). Median disease-free survival was 18 months and overall survival was 14 months. In the 15 MDS patients with a complex karyotype, the CR rate was 53.3% (8 of 15); in 20 AML patients with complex karyotype, the overall response rate was 65% (13 of 20). The response rate of decitabine alone (22 cases) was 56.5% (13 of 22), while in the combination chemotherapy group (13 cases), the effective rate was 61.5% (8 of 13)(P>0.05). There are 15 patients with chromosome 7 aberration, after treatment with decitabine, 7 CR, 3 PR, overall response rate was 66.7% (10 of 15). Of 18 patients with 3 to 5 kinds of chromosomal abnormalities, 66.7% demonstrated a response; of 17 with more than 5 chromosomal abnormalities, 52.9% had a response. In the total of 35 patients, with one course (23 patients) and ${\geq}$two courses (12 patients), the overall response rate was 40.9% and 92.3% (P<0.05). Grade III to IV hematological toxicity was observed in 27 cases (75%). Grade III to IV infections were clinically documented in 7 (20%). Grades I to II non-hematological toxicity were infections (18 patients), haematuria (2 patients), and bleeding (3 patients). With follow-up until September 2013, 7 patients were surviving, 18 had died and 10 were lost to follow-up. In the 6 cases who underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) all were still relapse-free survivors. Conclusions: Decitabine alone or combination with AAG can improve outcome of AML/MDS with a complex karyotype, there being no significant difference decitabine in inducing remission rates in patients with different karyotype. Increasing the number of courses can improve efficiency. This approach with fewer treatment side effects in patients with a better tolerance should be employed in order to create an improved subsequent chance for HSCT.

        중한법학국제연토회(中韓法學國際硏討會) : 중국인민배심원제도의 당위성과 실태에 관한 연구

        법률제도는 하나의 "불완선(不完善)"한 제도로서 어떤 법률제도든 완벽하게 인민이 추구하는 가치목표를 실현할 수 없다. 중국의 인민배심원제도 역시 마찬가지로 가치추구와 제도의 설계에서 모두 인민민주의 실현을 최대한 추구하고 대중들의 지혜를 중요시 하며 공정한 심판과 소송효율을 보장하려는 많은 노력을 하였으나 사법실천에서는 이러한 기대에 미치지 못하고 "배이불심(陪而不審)" 현상이 적지 않게 존재하고 있다. 이러한 당위와 존재의 분리와 차이가 한때는 이 제도의 존폐를 논란에 빠뜨리기도 했었다. 2005년의 입법과 2010년의 사법해석은 국가차원에서 인민배심원제도를 추진하고 강화하려는 의지를 보여주었다. 인민배심원제도는 소송모드 전반과 결합된 것으로서 그 사법기능의 발휘와 구체적인 개혁의 실현도 소송절차의 각 고리들과 그 일치성을 유지해야 한다. 그리고 이러한 노력과 개혁의 조치들은 반드시 중국의 사법실천에 입각해서 행해져야 한다. The paper described the match and deviation between ideal status and actual implementation of Chinese people`s assessor system in the field of trial justice, power supervision and litigation efficiency, especially during the recent five years since The Decision, which refined the contents of people`s assessor system with the form of legislation, entered into force in 2005. The reasons for the deviation were dug out. Countermeasures were discussed to narrow down the gap between ought status and actual practice of assessor system. It is suggested that reformation on combing assessor system with whole proceeding system go on.

The purpose of this article is further understanding the theory and practice of criminal law from a different point of view. This article is divided into four parts.         In this study, manassantin A (Man A), an herbal medicine isolated from Saururus chinensis (S.chinensis), markedly inhibited 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO)-dependent leukotriene C(4) (LTC(4)) generation in bone marrow-derived mast cells (BMMCs) in a concentration-dependent manner. To investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the inhibition of LTC(4) generation by Man A, we assessed the effects of Man A on phosphorylation of cytosolic phospholipase A(2) (cPLA(2)) and mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs). Inhibition of LTC(4) generation by Man A was accompanied by a decrease in cPLA(2) phosphorylation, which occurred via the MAPKs including extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase-1/2 (ERK1/2) as well as p38 and c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) pathways. Taken together, the present study suggests the Man A represents a potential therapeutic approach for the treatment of airway allergic-inflammatory diseases.
