        귀인 훈련이 경도 정신지체아동의 무력감과 학업성취 및 태도에 미치는 효과

        이 연구의 목적은 경도 정신지체아동의 학습된 무력감을 감소시키기 위하여 체계적인 귀인훈련를 적용함으로써 학업성취능력과 학습태도 개선에 미치는 영향을 밝히는데 있다. 연구대상은 개인용 지능검사 결과 IQ 60-75사이이고 초등학교 특수학급에서 시간제 특수교육을 받고 있는 이동 3 명으로서 신체 및 언어장애와 같은 심한 장애가 없는 아동이다. 연구결과, 귀인훈련이 오랜 학교학습상황에서 겪게 된 학습의 실패상황에서 실패원인을 「능력」에 귀인하는 아동을 「노력」 에 귀인하도록 힘으로써 아동의 「학습된 무력감」 를 감소시키는데 효과적임이 밝려졌다. 즉,뺄셈학습과제의 수행속도가 귀인훈련 후 빨라졌으며 과제에 대한 흥미도 많이 증가하였다. 또한 귀인훈련이 경도 정신지체 아동의 학습태도를 개선하였다. 귀인훈련 후 아동의 실패과제에 대한 지속시간이 많이 늘어났으며, 아울러 실패과제에 대한 불안행동이 많이 감소하였고, 주의집중이 향상되며 학습태도가 바람직히게 변화된 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 귀인훈련을 통해 경도 정신지체아동의 학업성취도와 학습태도에 긍정적인 변화를 가져올 수 있음이 확인되었다. The purpose of the present study is to investigate how systematic atributional training affects leaming achievements and leaming attitudes for the children with mild mental retardation through decreasing their feelings of learned helplessness. For the study, three children with mental retardation, whose 1Qs range from 60 to 75, were selected from those who were enrolled at special classes of elementary schools. They do not have physical handicapped and language problems. The procedure applied to this study focused on the changes the reason for the learning failure from "their ability" to "their lack of effort".

      • Targeted mutagenesis of SSS4A gene related starch biosynthesis using gene editing technology in Dongjin rice

        Zinc finger nucleases (ZFNs) have been used for targeted mutagenesis in eukaryotic cells. Custom-designed ZFNs can induce double-strand breaks (DSBs) at a specific locus. Our custom ZFN dimer was designed 3-finger of left and 4-finger of right with 2 kb size using 2A. A Ti-plasmid vector, pTA7002 containing the target site of SSS4A gene for a ZFN pair, that was shown to be active in yeast, was integrated in the rice genome. This promising technique for genome engineering was induced into 4 exon region of SSS4A gene in rice genome using Agrobacterium-mediated transformation. The SSS4A full-length cDNA was 5,070 bp consisting of a 318 bp 5′-untranslated region (UTR), a complete ORF of 2,928 bp encoding a polypeptide of 975 amino acids and a 3′-UTR of 1,824 bp. The vector is based on glucocorticoid receptor inducible gene expression system. Thus, SSS4A::ZFN expression was tightly controlled and the phenotype in low concentrations 10uM of the glucocorticoid hormone dexamethasone (DEX). In plant cells, transient ZFN expression is achieved by direct gene transfer into the target cells. For an alternative, ZFN delivery and production of mutant plants using a tobacco transient expression system for indirect transient delivery of ZFNs into a variety of tissues and cells of plants. ZFN activity was determined by PCR and sequence analysis of the target site. ZFN induced plants were obtained in up to 2% of the PCR products, consisting of deletions ranging between 1and 100 bp and insertions ranging between 1 and 10 bp. Our results describe an alternative to direct gene transfer for ZFN delivery and for the production of mutated rice.

        As a custom is different according to ethnicity, even music is varied a singing method(唱法) and a technique(技巧) depending on a natural characteristic(風土). Sijo(時調, traditional three-verse Korean poem) is also divided into Gyeongje(京制) in Seoul·Gyeonggi, Naepoje(內浦制) in Chungcheong-do Province, Yeongje(嶺制) in Gyeongsang-do Province, and Wanje(完制) in Jeolla-do Province. Excluding Gyeongje(京制), all Je(制)s are commonly named Hyangje(鄕制) as a meaning of Jibangje(地方制). This study examined a transmission relation and a future task of Naepoje-sijo(內浦制時調) in Chungcheong-do Province, thereby having obtained the following conclusions. First, Naepoje-sijo(內浦制時調) was passed down as Wit-naepoje-sijo focusing on Seosan, as Araet-naepoje-sijo centering on Buyeo, and as Yeongdong-naepoje-sijo in Chungbuk. Second, the entertainers of intangible cultural properties were designated Soh Dong-gyu in 1992 for Araet-naepoje-sijo, Soh Dong-gyu in 2004 for Yeongdong-naepoje-sijo, and Park Seon-ung in 2014 for Wit-naepoje-sijo. Third, in terms of the current transmission for the year in 2020, Araet-naepoje-sijo is handed down by Kim Yeon-so(Buyeo). Wit-naepoje-sijo is passed down by Park Seon-ung(Seosan). Yeongdong-naepoje-sijo is uncertain in transmission following the demise of Han U-seop(Yeongdong). Fourth, Naepoje-sijo(內浦制時調) is urgent in music production, requires the characterization identification, and is demanded presentation and contest lesson. Also, Daejeon Metropolitan City and Sejong Autonomous City will need to designate Naepoje-sijo(內浦制時調) as an intangible cultural asset. Chungcheongbuk-do Province should arrange the pivot of transmission through designating a holder of entertainment that remains vacant.

        알쏭이모자반 주정추출물의 항비만 효과

        항비만 소재 개발을 위해 알쏭이모자반 추출물이 고지방식이로 비만이 유도된 흰쥐의 증체량 감소 및 지질저하 효과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 정상식이군(n=10)을 제외한 20마리의 Spraque-Dawley 계통의 수컷 흰쥐에게 총 칼로리의 42.5%가 지방인 고지방식이를 5주간 급여시킴으로써 비만을 유도하였다. 비만해진 흰쥐는 고지방식이군(HFD)과 알쏭이모자반 3%를 첨가한 고지방식이군(HFDSC)으로 군당 10마리씩 나누어서 실험하였다. 항비만 소재 개발을 위해 알쏭이모자반 추출물이 고지방식이로 비만이 유도된 흰쥐의 증체량 감소 및 지질저하 효과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 정상식이군(n=10)을 제외한 20마리의 Spraque-Dawley 계통의 수컷 흰쥐에게 총 칼로리의 42.5%가 지방인 고지방식이를 5주간 급여시킴으로써 비만을 유도하였다. 비만해진 흰쥐는 고지방식이군(HFD)과 알쏭이모자반 3%를 첨가한 고지방식이군(HFDSC)으로 군당 10마리씩 나누어서 실험하였다 Effect of Sargassum confusum extract on the reduction of body weight gain and lipid contents in obese rats were evaluated to find natural materials with anti-obesity benefits. After inducing obesity by feeding 42.5% high-fat diet for 5 weeks, each 10 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to high-fat diet control (HFD) group and high-fat diet group containing 3% Sargassum confusum extract (HFDSC). Weight gain of HFD group (2.96±0.31 g/day) was significantly (p<0.05) higher as compared to that of normal diet (ND) group (2.19±0.17 g/day). Weights of adipose tissues of HFD group were higher than those of ND group. Body weight gain of HFDSC group, however, was 2.36±0.24 g/day, which was significantly (p<0.05) lower by 21% than that of HFD group. In addition, weights of epididymal and perirenal adipose tissues were lower by 15% and 16%, respectively, as compared to those of HFD group. Biochemical analyses showed that concentration of triglyceride, total cholesterol, and fatty acids were significantly (p<0.05) lower in HFDSC group. These results suggest that Sargassum confusum extract has a high potential as an anti-obesity material by reducing weight gain and obesity-related factors in serum.

        부동산 증권화의 감정평가제도 개선방안에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 부동산 증권화 시장의 안정성 확보를 위한 증권화 관련 법령과 감정평가분야 개선방안을 검토하였다. 부동산 증권화 관련 법률 검토결과 증권화의 각 단계별로 자산가치의 판정이 필요하며 증권화 과정에서 감정평가사가 부동산 시장 전문가로서의 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 제도적인 보완사항을 제시하였다. 또한, 국내에 비해 증권화 도입이 빠르면서 감정평가 제도가 유사한 일본의 증권화 시장과 감정평가 규정의 변화 과정을 검토 후 증권화 목적의 감정평가가 신뢰성과 객관성을 확보하기 위해서는 구체적인 감정평가기준이 필요함을 제안하였다. 감정평가기준의 내용에는 감정평가 결과가 다수의 이해관계인에게 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 감정평가 담당자가 인식하여야 한다는 윤리규정, 감정평가 방법은 할인현금흐름분석법이 원칙이어야 한다는 내용, 수익과 비용 항목 판단의 일관성을 위해 일본과 같이 항목에 대한 세부 정의 규정을 두어야 한다. 본 연구의 경우 재무적 관점에 초점을 맞춰 진행된 기존 연구와 달리 증권화 대상물인 부동산의 가치평가 관점에서 증권화 시장의 발전을 모색하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다. This research examines laws and ordinances to improve appraisal standards of real estate securitization. The examination of major laws related with real estate securitization proves that it is necessary to appraise asset values per stage of securitization. Since there are not enough institutional opportunities for appraiser to play the role of specialist of real estate market, related laws and ordinances need to be compensated for. We also investigate Japan's securitization market and changing process of rules on appraisers. Appraisal standards should include 1) ethics code, 2) discounted cash flow analysis, and 3) the consistency of income and expenditure item judgement as the case of Japan. Most of all, this paper contributes to developing securitization market in view of valuation of real estate unlike existing papers mainly rely on financial perspective.

      • In-depth considerations for better polyelectrolytes as interfacial materials in polymer solar cells

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>We perform a comprehensive study to achieve better polyelectrolytes (PEs) as electron-transport layers (ETLs) in polymer solar cells (PSCs). Three well-known PEs – PFN, PEIE, and WPF – are chosen as model systems and investigated with variations in their backbone structures and the state of the amine functionalities on their side chains. Respectively optimized PSCs using the three PEs exhibit different cell-performances, mainly owing to the diode characteristics of built-in potential and recombination strength. To identify how such deviated device-performances correlate with the structural features of PEs, the modulated interfaces of ITO/PEs and PEs/active layer are studied in detail. It is found that conjugated backbones and larger counter-anions on side chains can promote the modulation of ITO work functions (WFs) and that a large amount of protonated amines on PEs is beneficial for junction properties with a subsequent active layer. Additionally, our results indicate that interfacial dipole and electrical doping between the PE and active layer, in addition to WF modulation of the ITO cathode, are important for device efficiency. Accordingly, with the aid of the molecular features of PEIE, PEIE-PSCs exhibit excellent device efficiency and stability compared with PFN- and WPF-PSCs. In the PTB7-th:PC<SUB>71</SUB>BM system, a remarkable power-conversion efficiency of 9.97% is achieved with a single PEIE ETL.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Chemical structure and performance of polyelectrolytes (PEs) in PSCs are correlated. </LI> <LI> Interfacial dipole and doping between PEs and active layer lead to efficient PSCs. </LI> <LI> PEIE-based PSCs have excellent device efficiency and high stability. </LI> <LI> Especially, in the PTB7-th system, encouraging efficiency of 9.97% is achieved. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

      • Selective Morphology Control of Bulk Heterojunction in Polymer Solar Cells Using Binary Processing Additives

        <P>We report the effect of binary additives on the fabrication of polymer solar cells (PSCs) based on a bulk heterojunction (BHJ) system. The combination of 1,8-diiodooctane (DIO), a high-boiling and selective solvent, for fullerene derivatives and poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) precursor, a nonvolatile insulating additive, affords complementary functions on the effective modulation of BHJ morphology. It was found that DIO and PDMS precursor each play different roles in the control of BHJ morphology, and thus, the power conversion efficiency (PCE) can be further enhanced to 7.6% by improving the fill factor (FF) from 6.8% compared to that achieved using a conventional device employing only a DIO additive. In the BHJ of the active layer, DIO suppressed the large phase separation of PBDTTT-CF and. PC71BM while allowing the formation of continuous polymer networks in the donor polymer through phase separation of the PDMS precursor and BHJ components. The appropriate amount of PDMS precursor does not disturb charge transport in the BHJ despite having insulating properties. In addition, the dependence of photovoltaic parameters on different light intensities reveals that the charge recombination in the device with DIO and PDMS precursor decreases compared to that achieved using the device with only DIO.</P>

        Case Report : A Case of Pigmented Bowen`s Disease

        Pigmented Bowen`s disease is characterized by increased melanin pigment in the epidermis or papillary dermis, in addition to the typical findings of Bowen`s disease. This disorder has been infrequently reported and it represents less than 2% of all cases of Bowen`s disease. Thus far, there has been only 1 case of pigmented Bowen`s disease on the umbilicus in the medical literature, and no such case has been reported in Korea. Pigmented Bowen`s disease develops on sun-exposed areas of the face and neck, as well as sun-un-exposed areas like the trunk, extremities, perianal area and umbilcus. A 36-year-old man presented with a 9-month history of solitary dark brown slithery or wavy plaque with a verrucous surface on the umbilicus, and the lesion measured 1x2 cm in size. The histopathologic findings showed hyperkeratosis, parakeratosis and atypical keratinocytes disorderly arranged throughout the epidermis. Increased melanin pigment was noted in the basal layer of the epidermis. From these findings, we diagnosed this lesion as pigmented Bowen`s disease. (Ann Dermatol 21(2) 197~199, 2009)
