무릎관절 각도가 발목 근육의 근전도 활동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of the various knee angles and ground state on the muscular activities and fatigue of the ankle muscles by integrated electromyograms (iEMG) and median frequency of tibialis anterior (TA), peroneus longus (PL), flexor digitorum longus (FDL) and gastrocnemius (GC). Ten healthy male subjects were participated into stable and balance ball sessions at four angles of knee joint. The surface electromyograms (sEMG) were recorded from the TA, PL, FDL and GC on stable and balance ball with full weight bearing at four knee angles of 0˚, 15˚, 30˚ and 45˚. The time serial data of the surface electromyographic signals were transformed into integrated and frequency serial data by fast fourier transformation. On the stable ground, the iEMG signals of the TA, PL, FDL and GC were significantly higher at 45˚ and 30˚ of knee angles than 0˚ and 15˚ of knee flexion (p<0.05). On the balance ball, the iEMG of the TA, PL, FDL and GC were significantly higher at 45˚ and 30˚ of knee angles than 0˚ and 15˚of knee flexion (p<0.05). The median frequency of the TA, PL, FDL and GC were significantly lower at 45˚ and 30˚ of knee angles than 0˚ and 15˚ of knee on the stable ground (p<0.05). On the balance ball, also the median frequency of the TA, PL, FDL and GC were significantly lower at 45˚ and 30˚ of knee angles than 0˚ and 15˚ of knee flexion (p<0.05). The iEMG of the TA, PL, FDL and GC were significantly higher on the balance ball at 0˚, 15˚, 30˚ and 45˚ of knee angles compared with stable ground. The median frequency of the TA, PL, FDL and GC were significantly lower on the balance ball at 0˚, 15˚, 30˚ and 45˚ of knee angles compared with stable ground. These results indicate that the ground conditions and angles of the knee joint involved to muscular activities and fatigue of ankles muscles, may performed at first on stable ground and then balance ball in order to 0˚, 15˚, 30˚ and 45˚ of knee flexion.
Dysfunction Syndrome을 가진 만성 요통환자의 요천골도수교정에 의한 자세의 변화 : 증례 보고 2

본 case study는 척추 관절에 변화를 일으켜 근육의 변화와 통증에 변화가 있는 지를 알아보기 위하여 dysfunction syndrome을 가진 5명의 만성 여성 요통환자의 single group에 Geenman의 impulse technique(glade5)을 1회 적용 후 Pain Scale와 IBS -2000를 사용하여 검사 하였다. - Pain Scale는 0 ~ 100 단계로 나누어 환자에게 직접 아픈 정도를 기입하게 하고 치료 후 재검사와 통증의 변화 정도를 기입하게 하였다. -lBS-2000는 체형 진단기로써 레이저를 이용하여 인체 근육의 경사도를 등고선으로 나타내는 측정기로서 주로 근 Balance와 체형의 균형을 알아보는 기구이다. 측정 방법은 후두-견봉의 각도, C7-견봉의 각도, L4 -S2의 각도, 전 후만의 비, 척추의 기울기를 측정하였다. 자료 분석은 Pained T - test을 하였다. 이 측정치의 결과로 Dysfunction syndrome을 가진 요통환자의 척추 및 근 평형성의 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 주관적인 통증 변화는 교정 전 407.07 였고, 교정 후 309.24로 p<0.05를 보여 유의한 차이가 있었다. 2. 객관적인 측정으로써 후두 -견봉의 각도 변화는 교정 전 왼쪽 362.60, 오른쪽 373.16 였다. 교정 후 왼쪽 33.704.31, 오른쪽 353.05로 p>0.05를 보여 각도의 변화는 보이나 유의한 차이를 보이지 못 하였다. 3. C7 -견봉 각도의 변화는 교정 전 왼쪽 173.73, 오른쪽 175.30 였다. 교정 후 왼쪽 162.55, 오른쪽 172.07로 p>0.05를 보여 각도의 변화는 보이나 유의한 차이를 보이지 못 하였다. 4. 요추 골반의 각도 변화는 왼쪽 19.58 2.75, 오른쪽 20.13 2.75 였다. 교정 후 왼쪽 19.793.33, 오른쪽 21.094.51로 p >0.05를 보여 각도의 변화는 보이나 유의한 차이를 보이지 못하였다. 5. 척추의 전·후만 깊이의 변화는 교정 전 TTD는 2.20 1.44cm , TLD는 2.070.53cm 였고 교정 후 TTD는 2.19 0.49cm , TLD는 1.880.11cm 로 수치의 변화를 보이나 p>0.05로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 6. 척추의 전·후만 비의 변화는 교정 전 TTDR은 0.560.20, TTDR은 0.430.02 였고 교정 후 TTDR은 0.630.02, TLDR은 0.350.02로 변화를 보이나 유의한 차이는 없었다. 7. 척추의 기울기의 변화는 교정전 XD/YD는1.720.77, 교정 후 0.900.41로 수치의 변화는 보이나 유의한 차이를 보이지 못하였다. 전체적인 평형성의 수치를 보이나 유의한 차이는 보이지 못 하였다.
일제강점기 초등교육의 본질 : 교육과정 요소를 중심으로

This research aims to seek the real nature of elementary education by investigating the system in Korea under the rule of Japanese imperialism (1909-1945). Special characteristics are identified in their goals and objectives, contents, teaching methods, and evaluations in elementary education system during the period. Futhermore, some regular phenomena are traced out during the four-time amendments of education rules in the law. Firstly, the results of this study are described in the viewpoint of the ideals in public education, which are tentatively proposed by our authors. Secondly, they are compared and contrasted to the 7th Amended National Curriculum of Korea in terms of the perspectives of curriculum. Some parts in the research are supported by the interviewees who had experienced in the elementary education during the imperialistic period. The result suggests that the system in the colonized period was conducted to cultivate the students who were inappropriate in compared with our ideals in the education. For the goals, the elements of the system in the above were consistently maintained and functionally well-carried out. Therefore, the system was not evaluated as educative intrinsically. Henceforth, the real nature of elementry education would not be drawn in the system during the rule in conclusion.

<P>The Superconducting Magnetic Energy Storage (SMES) system is a key technology for overcoming the voltage sag, swell, interruption, and frequency fluctuation with the fast response speed of current charge and discharge. A toroidal-type SMES is designed using a 3D CAD program, and the inductance and AC loss characteristic during operation are analysed using Finite Element Method (FEM) program. The toroidal-type magnet consists of 30 double pancake coils (DPC). The single pancake coils (SPC), constituting the double pancake coils, are arranged at an angle of 6° from each other, based on the central axis of the toroidal-type magnet. The conduction cooling method is used for the toroidal-type SMES cooling. To evaluate the characteristics of the over-mega-joule class grid-connected HTS SMES system, the authors implemented a simulation by which the SMES coil could be connected to the Real Time Digital Simulator (RTDS). Using the simulation, users can perform voltage sag and frequency stabilization simulations with a real SMES coil in real time and easily change the capacity of the SMES system as much as they need. The effectiveness of the toroidal-type HTS SMES system is demonstrated through the RTDS-based simulation and the results are briefly discussed.</P>
일부 지역 주민들의 모발 수은 농도와 혈중 수은 농도와의 상관성

Background: This study was carried out for the purpose of comprehensively evaluating the mercury exposure level of residents in several areas and the correlation between hair mercury concentration and blood mercury concentration. Method: One thousand one hundred ninety seven subjects were sampled from 30 sites using random assignment sampling. We performed a questionnaire survey and measured the level of total mercury in hair and blood samples from all subjects. Results: The geometric mean concentrations of hair and blood mercury in all subjects were 1.27 mg/kg [95% confidence interval (CI): 1.23-1.32 mg/kg] and 5.24 ${\mu}g/L$ [95% CI: 5.07-5.41 ${\mu}g/L$], respectively. Male (1.56 mg/kg in hair, 6.00 ${\mu}g/L$ in blood) was significantly higher than that of female (1.03 mg/kg in hair, 4.56 ${\mu}g/L$ in blood), and the concentrations were elevated as age increased up to the 50s. Education, smoking, alcohol drinking, and using of pesticides were also shown to influence mercury concentrations in hair and blood. The ratio of hair/ blood mercury concentration was 261.3. The total mercury concentration in hair was identified to be significantly related with total mercury concentration in blood (r=0.814, p<0.001). Conclusion: The geometric mean concentrations of hair and blood mercury were higher than the levels provided in international recommendations. The total mercury concentration in hair was positively correlated with the concentration in blood. The results of this study suggest that hair mercury be considered as a useful tool for the evaluation of mercury exposure.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>In-wall shield ribs are installed between double walls of vacuum vessel and their role is to hold neutron shielding blocks. Since one of key issues on these structures is to sustain integrity during entire ITER operation without any in-service inspection or maintenance, fracture behavior shall be evaluated in design stage. In the present study, a weight function method was employed for crack initiation assessment. The most critical structure was selected as a representative one and its structural integrity was evaluated. In order to check validity of this method, an extended finite element method was adopted for bounding cases. As a result, not only structural safety but also quite conservatism were observed comparing to those of extended finite element analysis with similar tendency. It means that the weight function method could be a conservatively practical approach for fracture mechanical assessment of in-wall shield ribs.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Structural analysis of IWS rib assembly was performed and verified via RCC-MR. </LI> <LI> Systematic crack initiation assessment was conducted by using weight function method. </LI> <LI> Conservatism of the weight function method was verified by detailed X-FEM analyses. </LI> </UL> </P>
Design assessment of triangular support bracket for manufacturability

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The triangular support is connected structurally and hydraulically with the inner shell of the vacuum vessel and its main role is to keep plasma vertical stability during operational disruptions. Korea is responsible for the procurement of sectors 1 and 6 of the main vessel including triangular support. At present, design review for its fabrication by ITER Korea and Hyundai Heavy Industries, Co., Ltd. is in progress. This paper presents the results on various designs for triangular support bracket in terms of manufacturability considering both easiness of non-destructive evaluation and fabrication efficiency. The several designs are proposed and evaluated under the most critical loading condition using elastic and limit analysis with fatigue evaluation. Consequently, an optimized design for structural safety is determined in accordance with RCC-MR. This result is reconfirmed by cross-checking in comparison with the baseline of integrity that already had been determined by ITER Organization. The design deviation requests of triangular support bracket have been submitted to ITER Organization and Agreed Notified Body for approval, and their verification is currently under discussion.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Various designs for ITER triangular support bracket are proposed in terms of efficient manufacturability. </LI> <LI> An optimized design for structural safety is determined in accordance with RCC-MR. </LI> <LI> This result is reconfirmed by cross-checking in comparison with the IO baseline of integrity. </LI> </UL> </P>
