본 논문은 창세기 1:1-2:4까지의 제사장 문서의 창조기사를 창조의 시작과 세계의 기원에 대한 시원론적 보고(報告)로 인식하는 관점에서 전환하여 하나님에 의해 창조되고 보존되며 통치되고 완성될 창조세계의 역사에 대한 종말론적 전망으로 이해하고자 한다. 여기서는 창조 이야기의 종말론적 청사진 안에 놓인 창조세계를 향한 하나님의 사랑과 창조세계의 궁극적 목적이 무엇인지를 드러낼 것이다. 그런 다음, 하나님의 종말론적 비전에 상응하지 않는 창조세계의 작금의 현실을 주목하며, 하나님의 창조와 악의 문제를 다루고자 한다. 여기서는 악의 기원과 본질에 대한 질문을 던지기보다는 창조세계의 역동성과 혼돈의 위협을 라이프니츠가 사용한 개념인 형이상학적 악과 자연악, 도덕악을 통해 조명하며, 자연악과 도덕악의 연관성에 주목하고자 한다. 마지막으로 병들어 신음하는 오늘날 세계의 현실을 염두에 두고서 그동안 자주 사유되지 못했던 ‘치료자 하나님’과 하나님의 치유(divine healing)를 이것과 연결시키고 창조세계에 대한 올바른 인식을 위해 ‘몸으로서의 세계’ 개념을 도입하여 창조세계를 설명하고자 한다. 본 논문을 통해 코로나19로 온 세계가 함께 신음하고 있는 이때에 창조세계를 향한 하나님의 궁극적 목적이 무엇이며, 하나님의 형상으로서의 인간의 역할과 책임이 얼마나 막중한지 깊이 성찰할 기회가 되었으면 한다. In this paper, I would like to start from the view that Genesis 1:1-2:4 is not a reportage about the beginning of creation and the origin of the world but the eschatological perspective of the history of the created world. All things that has been created out of nothing(creatio ex nihilo) are preserved, reigned and finally will come to the fulfillment of the life by God’s continuous creation( creatio continua). Here we will find God's love for the created world and the purpose of the creation within the creation story by P (Gen 1:1-2:4). And then, I will ask a question of the problem of God’s creation and evil, while not missing out of sight the actual world which does not coincide with the eschatological vision of God. Here, rather than asking questions about the origin and the nature of evil, I would like to explicate the dynamics of the creation world and the attack of chaos through the concepts malum metaphysicum, malum physicum, and malum morale which were used by Leibniz. Lastly, paying attention to the reality of the whole world which has been groaning in travail together until today, I will describe the created world theologically by introducing the concept ‘body of the Christ’ by Paul, the Divine Healing and ‘the God the Healer’. I hope that this thesis will give us an opportunity to reflect deeply on what is the ultimate purpose of God for the created world, and how important human roles and responsibilities as Imago Dei and homo humus in the earthly life are these days when the whole world is groaning under COVID-19.
Conceptual Design of the NISS onboard NEXTSat-1

The NISS onboard NEXTSat-1 is being developed by Korea astronomy and space science institute (KASI). For the study of the cosmic star formation history, the NISS performs the imaging spectroscopic observation in the near-infrared range for nearby galaxies, low background regions, star-forming regions and so on. It is designed to cover a wide field of view (2 x 2 deg) and a wide wavelength range from 0.95 to 3.8 μm by using linear variable filters. In order to reduce the thermal noise, the telescope and the infrared sensor are cooled down to 200 K and 80 K, respectively. Evading a stray light outside the field of view and making the most use of limited space, the NISS adopts the off-axis reflective optical system. The primary and the secondary mirrors, the opto-mechanical part and the mechanical structure are designed to be made of aluminum material. It reduces the degradation of optical performance due to a thermal variation. This paper presents the study on the conceptual design of the NISS.
A new flexible Weibull distribution

Many of studies have suggested the modifications on Weibull distribution to model the non-monotone hazards. In this paper, we combine two cumulative hazard functions and propose a new modified Weibull distribution function. The newly suggested distribution will be named as a new flexible Weibull distribution. Corresponding hazard function of the proposed distribution shows flexible (monotone or non-monotone) shapes. We study the characteristics of the proposed distribution that includes ageing behavior, moment, and order statistic. We also discuss an estimation method for its parameters. The performance of the proposed distribution is compared with existing modified Weibull distributions using various types of hazard functions. We also use real data example to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed distribution.
A Study of Fluidity in Ash Melting Processes as Basicity from sludge and Sawdust

In general, the incineration process is a commonly used heat treatment method that not only reduces, be nontoxic and stabilizes wastes, but also obtains heat energy in connection with boilers. The ash is generated in the waste heat treatment process and contains harmful substances such as heavy metals and dioxin. If the ash is directly buried, the ground water may be contaminated by the water-soluble heavy metal contained in the ash. The solidification process is a method of stabilizing a hazardous waste by inactivating it and converting it into a physically stable material. The melting process is a method of immobilizing hazardous wastes in glass materials among various solidification treatment methods. The advantage of this technology is that the cost of additives is relatively low and the generation of secondary pollutants is very low. In this study, we conducted an experiment to find the parameters related to the melting characteristics of the ash materials. The fluidity of molten ash is considered to be related to the content of inorganic components. The effect of the change of the basicity on the melting temperature was analyzed.
