Recently usage on digital scholarly information has been analyzed with various respects by various parties since the rapid expansion of digital scholarly information use and the increasing availability of large-scale log data. Nevertheless, no standard platform for distributing usage statistics of scholarly information at the national scale has been suggested so far. Therefore, this paper suggests a generalized SUSHI (Standardized Usage Statistics Harvesting Initiative) platform for distributing usage statistics of digital scholarly information at the national scale.

The importance of data publishing in the open-science era is increasing as it can contribute to other scientific discoveries by accelerating the sharing of research data, improving accessibility and citability, and providing standardized technical documentation for research data. In addition, the need for data papers is emerging as a way for data papers to maintain a status equivalent to research papers, and the publication of data journals is on the rise as a new type of scholarly publishing. In particular, the field of Ecology is a field where large-scale research data are produced and managed, thus the data journal publishing in this field is active worldwide. On the other hand, the research on data journal is in its early stages in Korea, and there is no data journal in the field of Ecology. Thus, this study explores and presents strategies for publishing data journals in the ecological field. First, we investigate the publishing status of domestic and international data journals and the publication status of domestic journals. Then, we conducted a focused group interview with experts of scholarly publishing, open access policy and journal publishing in the field of Ecology. Finally, based on the survey and the expert FGI's results, strategies are suggested in terms of publishing data journals in the field of ecology, organizing and publishing journals, organizing journal editors, and receiving manuscripts.

<P>The properties of thin film solar cells based on electrodeposited CuIn(Se,S)2 were investigated. The proposed solar cell fabrication method involves a single-step CuInSe2 thin film electrodeposition followed by sulfurization in a tube furnace to form a CuIn(Se,S)2 quaternary phase. A sulfurization temperature of 450–550°C significantly affected the performance of the CuIn(Se,S)2 thin film solar cell in addition to its composition, grain size and bandgap. Sulfur(S) substituted for selenium(Se) at increasing rates with higher sulfurization temperature, which resulted in an increase in overall bandgap of the CuIn(Se,S)2 thin film. The highest conversion efficiency of 3.12% under air mass (AM) 1.5 illumination was obtained from the 500°C-sulfurized solar cell. The highest External Quantum Efficiency (EQE) was also observed at the sulfurization temperature of 500°C.</P>

The purpose of this study is to explore the determinants of their job stress by dividing workers working in organizations with disabilities into “workers with disabilities” and “non-disabled workers.” Population and social environmental factors, disability characteristic factors, individual characteristic factors, public job characteristic factors, and individual job characteristic factors were set as independent variables. For the analysis, the ‘2021 Study on the Status and Operation Status of Disabled Organizations’ conducted by the Korea Foundation for the Disabled was used, and 827 workers of disabled organizations, including the disabled and non-disabled, were analyzed in a multiple regression model. As a result of the analysis, the influence among the determinants of job stress of disabled workers was significant in the order of satisfaction with group culture and relationship within group, other work areas, organizational environment stability, group culture and group satisfaction, salary satisfaction, monthly salary, age, age, and operation. In other words, satisfaction with group culture and intra-group relationships in the disabled group was analyzed as a factor that had a decisive influence on job stress in the non-disabled group.

Purpose: This study explored to what extent and how researchers in five Korean government research institutes that implement research data management practices share their research data and investigated the challenges they perceive regarding data sharing. Methods: The study collected survey data from 224 respondents by posting a link to a SurveyMonkey questionnaire on the homepage of each of the five research institutes from June 15 to 29, 2022. Descriptive statistical analyses were conducted. Results: Among 148 respondents with data sharing experience, the majority had shared some or most of their data. Restricted data sharing within a project was more common than sharing data with outside researchers on request or making data publicly available. Sharing data directly with researchers who asked was the most common method of data sharing, while sharing data via institutional repositories was the second most common method. The most frequently cited factors impeding data sharing included the time and effort required to organize data, concerns about copyright or ownership of data, lack of recognition and reward, and concerns about data containing sensitive information. Conclusion: Researchers need ongoing training and support on making decisions about access to data, which are nuanced rather than binary. Research institutes’ commitment to developing and maintaining institutional data repositories is also important to facilitate data sharing. To address barriers to data sharing, it is necessary to implement research data management services that help reduce effort and mitigate concerns about legal issues. Possible incentives for researchers who share data should also continue to be explored.
