        가상자산 자금세탁방지제도의 개선방안 연구

        최근 전 세계적으로 이슈가 되는 사항은 무엇인가를 묻는다면 많은 이들이 가상자산에 대해 얘기할 것이다. 하루에도 수십 건의 가상자산에 대한 뉴스가 보도되고 투자자들의 글이 쉴 새 없이 올라오면서 가상자산에 관한 관심이 날이 갈수록 커져가는 것이다. 우리나라에도 2013년 최초의 가상자산거래소인 코빗이 등장하면서부터 가상자산의 거래가 활발하게 이루어졌으나 국가에서 규제하고 있는 방안이 없어 개인이나 법인의 탈세 문제, 거래소 해킹 및 범죄수익의 세탁 문제 등이 발생하게 되었다. 이러한 문제로 국내에서도 국제자금세탁방지기구(FATF)의 가이드라인에 맞춘 특정금융정보법을 발의하였으나 국자자금세탁방지기구(FATF)의 유예기간에 맞춰 제정하다 보니 미흡한 점이 발생하게 되었다. 특정금융정보법의 추가적인 발의에 대해서 꾸준히 국회에서 논의되고 있는 만큼 먼저 가상자산의 자금세탁 문제의 실태와 해외의 규제방안을 살펴보고, 국내의 자금세탁 방지법안에 적용할 수 있는 부분을 알아보고자 본 논문을 작성하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 개선점으로 첫째, 투자자보호제도의 도입, 둘째, 금융서비스 기관별 규제제도의 도입에 대해 논해보고자 하며 이 논의로 가상자산 자금세탁 문제의 해결책을 찾는 과정에 중요한 정보로 쓰이길 바라는 바이다. Considering what has become a hot topic around the world lately, people will be talking about virtual assets. Dozens of news about virtual assets are reported a day, and investors are constantly posting messages raising interest in virtual assets. Since KORBIT the first virtual asset exchange appeared in Korea in 2013. Virtual asset transactions have been active but there have been no national regulations Resulting in tax evasion of individuals, corporations hacking of exchanges and washing of criminal profits. Accordingly, We proposed a specific financial information law in accordance with the guidelines of the Financial Action Task Force. But it was not sufficient because it was enacted in accordance with the Financial Action Task Force. Therefore, the National Assembly is continuing to discuss additional proposals for a specific financial information law. In this paper, as points of improvement the introduction of the investor protection system and financial system for each financial service institution will be discussed. It is hoped that this discussion will be used as important information in the process of finding a solution to the virtual asset money laundering problem.

        특수교사의 교사효능감과 일-삶 균형이 교사-학생 간 상호작용에 미치는 영향

        [목적] 본 연구는 특수교사의 교사효능감, 일-삶 균형, 교사-학생 간 상호작용 수준을 파악하고, 교사효능감과 일-삶 균형이 교사-학생 간 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 탐색하여 향후 특수교사의 교사효능감, 일-삶 균형, 교사-학생 간 상호작용 수준을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 모색하고 관련 프로그램을 개발하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. [방법] 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 전국에 근무하는 특수교사 251명을 대상으로 교사효능감, 일-삶 균형, 교사-학생 간 상호작용 수준을 파악하기 위한 설문조사를 실시하였다. [결과] 첫째, 특수교사의 교사효능감 수준은 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특수교사의 일-삶 균형 수준은 보통인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 특수교사의 교사-학생 간 상호작용 수준은 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 특수교사의 교사-학생 간 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 변인들 중 교사효능감의 하위요인인 일반적 교수효능감과 개인적 교수효능감이 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 특수교사의 교사-학생 간 상호작용은 교사효능감에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 교사효능감 향상을 통해 교사-학생 간 상호작용을 극대화할 수 있음을 시사한다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of special education teacher's sense of efficacy, Work-Life Balance on Teacher-Student Interaction and to provide the basic data necessary to present the future direction of program development to improve teacher’s sense of efficacy, Work-Life Balance, Teacher-Student Interaction. [Method] 251 special education teachers completed questionnaires. [Results] First, the level of special education teacher’s sense of efficacy is positive. Second, the level of Work-Life Balance of special education teacher is normal. Third, the level of Teacher-Student Interaction is positive. Fourth, among the variables influencing the Teacher-Student Interaction of special education teachers, general teaching efficacy and personal teaching efficacy, which are sub-factors of teacher efficacy, were found to have a significant positive effect. [Conclusion] Based on the results, we will use it as basic data to develop programs to improve the teacher efficacy, work-life balance, and level of teacher-student interaction of special teachers. Also it can be used as evidence when planning a counseling program for people having difficulties in teacher-student interaction.

        키워드 통계 분석을 활용한 중국의 교육 연구 동향 분석 ― 13차 5개년(2016~2020) 규획 기간을 중심으로

        본 연구는 13차 5개년(2016~2020) 규획 기간에 중국 학술저널에 발표된 교육 관련 논문을 中國知網(cnki.net)에서 ‘교육이론과 교육관리’ 주제를 중심으로 전수 추출해 그 키워드의 연도별 분포 상황과 변화 추이 등을 분석하고 교육 정책과 수용 간의 관계 양상을 논한 것이다. 데이터 분석의 대상이 된 전체 논문 수는 17,833개이고, 그 논문들에 1번 이상 출현한 키워드는 총 22,646개로 각 키워드의 출현빈도 수를 산출해서 데이터 분석을 수행하였다. Python 3.8.5 환경에서 작업했으며 자료의 시각화에는 微詞雲(https://www.weiciyun.com/) 생성기와 Matplotlib 3.3.2를 이용하였다. This study extracted all China’s education-related papers published in Chinese academic journals during the 13th Five-Year Plan period (2016-2020) from cnki.net (China National Knowledge Infrastructure, 中國知網), focusing on the subjects of Education Theory and Education Management. We then analyzed the year-by-year distribution of the keywords and their change trends, examining the relationship between China’s education policy and its acceptance. The total number of papers subject to data analysis was 17,833, with 22,646 keywords appearing in those papers more than once. Data analysis was performed by calculating the frequency of appearance of each keyword. The Python 3.8.5 version was used, and the Mini Tag Cloud (微詞雲, https://www.weiciyun.com) generator and Matplotlib 3.3.2 were employed for the data visualization.

        Algorithm for Predicting Functionally Equivalent Proteins from BLAST and HMMER Searches

        In order to predict biologically significant attributes such as function from protein sequences, searching against large databases for homologous proteins is a common practice. In particular, BLAST and HMMER are widely used in a variety of biological fields. However, sequencehomologous proteins determined by BLAST and proteins having the same domains predicted by HMMER are not always functionally equivalent, even though their sequences are aligning with high similarity. Thus, accurate assignment of functionally equivalent proteins from aligned sequences remains a challenge in bioinformatics. We have developed the FEP-BH algorithm to predict functionally equivalent proteins from protein-protein pairs identified by BLAST and from protein-domain pairs predicted by HMMER. When examined against domain classes of the Pfam-A seed database, FEP-BH showed 71.53% accuracy, whereas BLAST and HMMER were 57.72% and 36.62%, respectively. We expect that the FEP-BH algorithm will be effective in predicting functionally equivalent proteins from BLAST and HMMER outputs and will also suit biologists who want to search out functionally equivalent proteins from among sequence-homologous proteins.

      • Experiences of Ethical Dilemmas by Occupational Therapists: A Focus Group Study

        Background: Little is known about the ethical dilemmas that occupational therapists are facing, and it is imperative to explore the ethical dilemma experiences for establishment of ethical guidelines beyond the Code of Ethics. The objective of this study is to explore the experiences of ethical dilemmas faced by occupational therapists and the meaning of overcoming the conflicts. Methods: Two focus group interviews were used to collect the data from 12 occupational therapy clinicians for interpretative phenomenological analyzation. The analyzation took an interpretative approach to gain deeper understanding and meaning of the experiences. Twelve participants were recruited using convenience sampling method. Results: The data analysis resulted in three main themes: 1) striving for best practice, 2) lack of awareness in occupational therapy, and 3) barriers in policy regarding occupational therapy services. Conclusion: Ethical dilemmas encountered by the participants were results of attempting to provide best available practice and meant that they were putting great efforts to deliver services effectively and efficiently, and advocating for themselves were the main means of overcoming the dilemmas. A new guideline beyond the Code of Ethics that supports ethical decisions is needed.

        Alterations of Epidermal Lipid Profiles and Skin Microbiome in Children With Atopic Dermatitis

        Purpose: We aimed to investigate epidermal lipid profiles and their association with skin microbiome compositions in children with atopic dermatitis (AD). Methods: Specimens were obtained by skin tape stripping from 27 children with AD and 18 healthy subjects matched for age and sex. Proteins and lipids of stratum corneum samples from nonlesional and lesional skin of AD patients and normal subjects were quantified by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Skin microbiome profiles were analyzed using bacterial 16S rRNA sequencing. Results: Ceramides with nonhydroxy fatty acids (FAs) and C18 sphingosine as their sphingoid base (C18-NS-CERs) N-acylated with C16, C18 and C22 FAs, sphingomyelin (SM) N-acylated with C18 FAs, and lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) with C16 FAs were increased in AD lesional skin compared to those in AD nonlesional skin and that of control subjects (all P < 0.01). SMs N-acylated with C16 FAs were increased in AD lesional skin compared to control subjects (P < 0.05). The ratio of NS-CERs with long-chain fatty acids (LCFAs) to short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) (C24-32:C14-22), the ratio of LPC with LCFAs to SCFAs (C24-30:C16-22) as well as the ratio of total esterified omega-hydroxy ceramides to total NS-CERs were negatively correlated with transepidermal water loss (rho coefficients = −0.738, −0.528, and −0.489, respectively; all P < 0.001). The proportions of Firmicutes and Staphylococcus were positively correlated to SCFAs including NS ceramides (C14-22), SMs (C17-18), and LPCs (C16), while the proportions of Actinobacteria, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Corynebacterium, Enhydrobacteria, and Micrococcus were negatively correlated to these SCFAs. Conclusions: Our results suggest that pediatric AD skin shows aberrant lipid profiles, and these alterations are associated with skin microbial dysbiosis and cutaneous barrier dysfunction.

      • Dynamics of blastocyst formation and contraction: Effect on hatching and outgrowth

        The blastocyst should initiate the dynamic changes in morphology and gene expression during hatching and implantation. Blastocyst morphogenesis includes two major events as the formation of blastocoel cavity for lineage differentiation into trophectoderm and inner cell mass, and the blastocyst hatching for implantation. However, there is little known about the relation of dynamic morphogenesis in blastocyst with hatching and implantation potential. In this study, we investigated effects of the dynamic morphogenesis in blastocyst on hatching and implantation potential by outgrowth assay. The cumulative time between each stages was calculated and analyzed. The feature of contraction was evaluated as follows: the number of contractions and the period of circumference was measured. The percentage of reduction during contraction was classified as weak when it was less than 20% and as strong when 20% or more. Compared to embryos of hatching group, embryos of non-hatching group were significantly delayed time at the compacted morula stage by 375.3 min (p<0.05) and at the early blastocyst stage by 650.1 min (p<0.01), respectively. Compared to blastocysts of outgrowth group, blastocysts of non-outgrowth group were significantly delayed at the compacted morula by 404.0 min (p<0.01) and at the early blastocyst stage by 535.4 min (p<0.01), respectively. There is no significant difference in the feature of contraction between hatching and non-hatching groups. However, blastocyst of outgrowth group showed more number of weak contraction and less number of strong contractions, compared with blastocysts of non-outgrowth group (p<0.01). Period of circumference was not significantly different in hatching and outgrowth process. These results suggested that time of blastocoel formation and number of weak contraction in blastocysts were closely related to hatching and outgrowth potential. Dynamic changes of blastocyst formation and contraction could be useful markers to select embryos for predicting the success implantation and pregnancy in human ART program.
