교육방송은 학습 현장에 다양한 학습자료를 제공함으로써 학습의 질을 높이고 학습효과를 극대화할 수 있는 다양한 방법을 제공할 수 있기에 교육방송을 활용한 현장교육의 질 개선을 위한 노력이 다각적으로 이루어져 왔다. 그러나, 선행연구들에 따르면 EBS 교육방송에 대한 교사들의 인지도, 만족도, 활용도 등이 만족스럽지 못한 것으로 나타나고 있어서 교육방송의 취지를 살리지 못하고 있는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 이 문제의 해결을 위한 대안으로는 교육방송 프로그램에 대한 홍보의 강화 및 교육방송 활용을 위한 체계적인 연수의 필요성이 요청되어 왔으나 이에 대한 실제적인 연구는 부족한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 교육방송의 활용도를 높이기 위해 초등교사들은 교육방송 프로그램의 현행 홍보방식의 개선방안은 무엇이며, 교사연수가 어떠한 방식으로 어떤 내용으로 이루어지길 원하는지를 설문조사를 통해 알아보았다. 이 결과는 향후 학교현장에서 교육방송 프로그램 활용률을 높이기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 부산시내 초등학교 교사 240명을 대상으로 교육방송 프로그램의 활용도, 프로그램 홍보에 대한 인지도와 만족도, 그리고 앞으로 이루어질 교사연수에 대한 방향에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 현재의 교육방송에서 실시하고 있는 프로그램 홍보가 학교 현장에 있는 교사들에게 제대로 전달이 되지 못하고 있으며, 이 문제의 해결을 위해서는 보다 다양한 매체를 통해 방송시간과 프로그램의 특징을 자세히 알려주는 것으로 나타났다. 교사연수는 직접 교육방송을 수업에 활용하는 방법, 교육방송과 인터넷을 활용한 수업방안, 그리고 ICT에 관련된 연수 순으로 나타났으며, 연수 방법으로는 사이버연수와 교내자율연수를 출석연수보다 더 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. The Educational Broadcasting System(EBS), which has many merits, improves the teaching methods of many teachers. However the percentage of teachers utilizing educational broadcasting programs appears to be very low as well as the degree of satisfaction is not very high. The purpose of this paper is to determine the ways to help teachers to put the programming to more practical use through improved teacher training and advertising. The following topics are addressed in order to achieve these goals. 1. How are elementary school teachers doing with the degress of the teacher's utilization of educational broadcasting programs? 2. What do elementary school teachers think about the way that educational broadcasting programs are advertised? 3. If there will be a training concerning the programs for elementary school teachers, what direction will school take? A questionnaire survey of 240 teachers in Pusan, Korea was conducted. The results of the survey suggested that to increase the number of teachers putting these programs to practical use in their classrooms, some kind of reinforcement should be used. An increase in the advertising would also help improve the use of the programming. If EBS is to increase the percentage of teachers utilizing their programming in the near future, then teachers will have to be trained in ways to incorporate the programs in their classrooms and the advertising of the programs will have to be improved.

Diesel injection of burner systems for optimized control logic to the burner flame characteristics are investigated. Exhaust gas velocity depending, HC-Slip, oxygen concentration and flame temperature are determined on the engine operating conditions. As a result, the engine speed and load increases with increasing space velocity, the flames seem to be the most impact. Interfere with the flow rate of exhaust flame burner and backed by one of the ones that appear to occur is HC-Slip. Burner flame temperature changes with increasing air flow and exhaust flow rate grow from a low speed and high temperatures seem to load. Oxygen concentration of exhaust gas to the temperature of the burner flame seem to decrease. At the conclusion, a burner experiments by changing the shape of the exhaust gas flow rate of the burner flame propagation speed that the affected could be seen.

Nowaday, Many country have been using many kind of DPF system. But reduction efficiency was decrease when using less than 430ppm sulfur contents diesel fuel used for a long time. Because sulfur poisoning. Therefore, It was hard to using for diesel fuel. some country using less than 430ppm sulfur contents diesel fuel. In this paper was studied for endurable SiC filter of sulfur poisoning. Because Reduction efficiency decrease Occurs. due to sulfur contents Because low sulfur diesel used for a long time. than uses 30ppm of sulfur contents in Constraints on. Need to be developed. In order to export to foreign countries for consumption will occur So I need to be developed to sulfur poisoning resistant SiC filter. Properties were examined for Sulfur poisoning by dynamometer durability Test. As the result. Reduction efficiency was found that many were not different. to Emissions and particulate matter. Reduction efficiency changes depending on the amount of coating. Suggested the possibility to filter development.
초ㆍ중등학교에서의 프로젝트기반 블렌디드 국제교류프로그램 운영을 위한 교사의 직무분석: AEEP를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the teachers and find out how he or she carries out the duties and tasks of running the project-based blended APEC Edutainment Exchange Program (AEEP). This youth exchange program is based on an effective international school exchange model. To analyze the performance of the teachers, the researchers had constructed a teacher’s job model of managing the program. This model is formulated based on the content analysis of related literature and collected data. Furthermore, the model has been validated by seven experts. In this analytical research study, the teacher’s job for the international exchange program was separated into ‘administrative jobs’ and ‘practical jobs.’ Administrative jobs include 36 subordinate tasks under 9 main duties to build the foundation that will allow for the exchange of human and material resources, to prepare for experiential activities, such as invitations and visits, and to engage in follow-up action, for example, the evaluation and submission of the final report after the exchanges. As for the practical jobs, the teachers are performing 38 subordinate tasks under 11 duties to manage students’online pre-activities, on-site experiential activities, and online post-activities. The results of this study will provide information and guidelines for teachers who are in charge of the international exchange program and give them preliminary information, which could take the form of guidebooks and training courses. 본 연구의 목적은 국내외 초ㆍ중등학교에서 활발히 이루어지고 있는 국제교류 활동의 질적 향상을 위해 적용되고 있는 프로젝트기반 블렌디드 국제교류 프로그램인 AEEP(APEC Edutainment Exchange Program)의 효과적인 현장 적용을 위해 교사들이 수행하는 업무를 분석하여 제시함으로써 향후 연수과정 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 관련 문헌과 자료의 내용분석을 통해 AEEP 운영을 위한 교사의 수행업무 중심의 직무분석을 실시하고 분석의 타당성 검증을 위해 전문가 7인과의 전문가 협의회를 실시했다. 그 결과 국제교류를 위한 교사의 업무 영역은 크게 ‘행정적 업무’와 ‘실제 교류진행 업무’로 나눌 수 있었다. 먼저 행정적 업무의 경우 교류를 위한 인적/물적 제반 자원을 행성하기 위한 ‘교류 토대형성’과 초청과 방문 등의 ‘체험활동을 위한 준비’, 그리고 교류 이후 평가와 결과보고 등을 위한 ‘교류 후속조치’를 수행하기 위해 9개 영역의 총 36개 하위 업무를 수행하고 있었다. 그리고 실제 교류활동 진행을 위해 온라인 사전활동 - 현장 체험활동 - 온라인 사후활동 운영을 위해 11개 영역의 38개 하위 업무를 수행하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 초ㆍ중등학교 교사들의 국제교류 진행을 위한 직무의 분석은 국제교류에 관심이 있는 교사들에게 자신이 어떤 활동을 수행해야 하는지에 대한 안내를 제공하고 추후 교사연수 과정개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
Effects of Nematic Liquid Crystal Additives on the Performance of Polymer Solar Cells

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Nematic liquid crystals (NLCs), 4‐cyano‐4′‐pentylbiphenyl and 4‐cyano‐4′‐octylbiphenyl, were applied as additives to polymer solar cells with P3HT:PC<SUB>61</SUB>BM blend films. The incorporation of NLC additives led to a higher absorbance of the blend film, a higher crystallinity of P3HT, closer P3HT chains, larger PC<SUB>61</SUB>BM domains and enhanced hole/electron mobilities even without post‐thermal annealing. The non‐annealed PSC with 4 wt.‐% 8CB additives showed an increase in all parameters, resulting in a power conversion efficiency of 3.72% compared to 2.14% of the reference device without NLC additives. </P>

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>In this study, the electrochemical behaviors of niobium were examined with 1.0 wt% of NbCl<SUB>5</SUB> in the molten LiCl–KCl at 450 °C via different electrochemical techniques. A chronoamperometry was performed to prepare solutions containing the selected oxidation state of the Nb ion, and the color of the solution was compared to the literature data. Cyclic voltammetries were performed with a combination of different scan ranges and scan rates using an electrochemical cell prepared by LiCl–KCl–NbCl<SUB>5</SUB> salt mixture and an inert tungsten electrode. Five oxidation and four reduction peaks were found, and possible redox reactions attributing to each peak were identified based on the rate of change of the current density as a function of the scan rate. It was found that Nb(V) can be deposited as a metallic Nb via Nb(IV), Nb(III), and Nb(II), and the deposition of the metallic Nb is perturbed by the formation of insoluble nonstoichiometric Nb chloride compounds on the electrode surface. Three irreversible oxidation peaks were caused by the oxidation of metallic Nb and insoluble Nb chlorides, which competed with each other, but the dissolution of metallic Nb became dominant as the scan rate increased. X-ray diffraction analysis was performed to examine the possibility of a chemical reduction of Nb(V) to Nb(IV), but no evidence was found, which indicated the initial concentration of Nb(V) was preserved in all the experiments. It was also found that the different pyrochemical processes would desirable to separate Nb for the purpose of salt purification as well as volume reduction of radioactive waste, depending on the electrochemical behaviors for other elements that can be simultaneously dissolved with Nb.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Electrochemical behaviors of Nb in LiCl–KCl were identified by cyclic voltammetry. </LI> <LI> Apparent potentials for redox reactions of Nb are verified with literature. </LI> <LI> Pyrochemical decontamination processes for Nb-containing wastes are proposed. </LI> </UL> </P>
