Background: There have been many studies on self-myofascial release (SMR) stretching, but there are few comparative studies on the effects of massages using a release ball, which is a type of the SMR method. Objective: To investigate the immediate effects of release ball massage and self- stretching on proprioceptive sensory, hamstring’s temperature, range of motion (ROM) muscle strength,. Design: Crossover study. Methods: Thirty women in 20’s at S University in Busan voluntarily participated in the study. Participants were random to release ball group (n=15) or selfstretching group (n=15). Both groups performed 3 sets of exercises, stretching for 30 seconds and resting for 15 seconds in each position. The proprioceptive sensory, temperature of the hamstring muscle, ROM, and strength were measured before exercise, 5 minutes after exercise, and 30 minutes after exercise. Results: Release ball group showed significant differences in muscle length and temperature over time (p<.05). The comparison between two group over time showed significant differences in muscle length, temperature, and muscle strength (p<.05). Conclusions: These results demonstrate that release ball massage and selfstretching are beneficial for improving hamstring's temperature, ROM and muscle strength.

Effects of sealant and sealing procedure on corrosion resistance of high velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) sprayed coatings were studied. HVOF-sprayed CrC-20NiCr coatings were sealed using three commercial sealants based on phenolics and epoxy. Penetration depth of sealants, measured by fluorescent microscope technique, was between 19 μm and 340 μm depending on sealant, sealing condition or sealing procedure. It was found that sealing on rotation status was more effective than that on stationary specimen due to the Coriolis effect of fluid in pores of the coating. From the CASS results, corrosion resistance of properly sealed CrC-20NiCr coatings was equal to that of hexa-valent chromium plating.

Nowaday, Many country have been using many kind of DPF system. But reduction efficiency was decrease when using less than 430ppm sulfur contents diesel fuel used for a long time. Because sulfur poisoning. Therefore, It was hard to using for diesel fuel. some country using less than 430ppm sulfur contents diesel fuel. In this paper was studied for endurable SiC filter of sulfur poisoning. Because Reduction efficiency decrease Occurs. due to sulfur contents Because low sulfur diesel used for a long time. than uses 30ppm of sulfur contents in Constraints on. Need to be developed. In order to export to foreign countries for consumption will occur So I need to be developed to sulfur poisoning resistant SiC filter. Properties were examined for Sulfur poisoning by dynamometer durability Test. As the result. Reduction efficiency was found that many were not different. to Emissions and particulate matter. Reduction efficiency changes depending on the amount of coating. Suggested the possibility to filter development.
Enlarged Nano-perforator as Efficient, Stable, and Broadly Acting Antiviral Agent

Lipid-bilayer nanodiscs encircled by membrane scaffold proteins (MSPs) have been used to study membrane proteins of interest in a physiological environment. Here, we suggest novel nanodisc-based approach to deal with influenza virus infection. Mechanistically, nanodiscs carrying gangliosides bind to influenza virions and are coendocytosed into host cells. At low pH in the endosome, the nanodiscs rupture the viral envelope, trapping viral RNAs inside the endolysosome for enzymatic decomposition. To improve stability and antiviral effect, we further established large nanodisc with ganglioside receptors whose belt proteins were circularized. Through enlarged area of large nanodisc, they exhibited enhanced antiviral potency in vitro. We showed that ease of perforation involved in viral inhibition by analyzing membrane fusion and perforation between nanodiscs and viral envelope. In addition, PEGylation on cysteine residue of large nanodisc enhanced thermal stability and proteolytic resistance. With improvements in antiviral efficacy and stability, we expect in vivo potential of antiviral nanodiscs. These results suggest a new class of antiviral that induces irreversible physical damage of enveloped viruses and its structural variations to improve in vivo efficacy. In conclusion, the lipid nanostructure provides new dimension for antiviral activity of decoy molecules.
수치해석 기법을 이용한 발파전색재료 및 플러그 장치의 폭발압 저항 효과에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 발파전색재료와 밀폐용 플러그 장치의 압력 구속 효과를 평가하기 위하여 충격챔버 모델을 구성하여 발파 수치해석을 수행하였다. 현재 개발 중인 전단농화유체 기반의 전색물질과 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 전색재료인 모래의 전색효과를 서로 비교하였다. 또한 발파공 내부압력의 구속효과 강화를 위한 세 가지 형태의 플러그 장치를 시뮬레이션에 적용하였다. 그 결과로서 전단농화유체 기반의 전색재료가 모래전색보다 전색효과가 더 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전단농화유체 기반의 전색물질과 플러그 장치를 복합적으로 사용하였을 때 발파공 내의 폭발가스의 작용 시간과 영향범위를 효과적으로 향상할 수 있을 것으로 분석되었다. Numerical simulation is the most widely used methods for evaluating blasting performance. This study, conducted the numerical analysis of shock chamber model to evaluate the pressure confine effect of the stemming material and plug device. The stemming effect was compared and evaluated with that of the STF-based stemming material currently under development and sand, which is a commonly used blast stemming material. Furthermore, to verify of enhancement the confine effect inside blast hole pressure, three types of stemming plugs were adopted for the numerical analysis. The numerical simulation results revealed that the STF-based stemming materials were superior to the general stemming material. Also, It is evaluated that the STF-based stemming and Plug system can not only prevent detonation gas from overflowing the borehole prematurely, but also prolong the action time and scope of detonation gas in the borehole effective.
