Light Pollution Act is classified into three ; decorative lighting, advertising lighting, street lighting in the outdoor lighting. It is focused on Post Evaluation such as illuminance in vertical plane(Ev) and Surface Luminace. For this reason, it is convenient to evaluate existing lightings. But in advance, light pollution impact is difficult to determine in the step of design and installation. And there are a certain limits to provide proper evidence about selection of compatible lights for improving and change. This paper is proposed to be able to evaluate pre-assessment toolkit for improving the defect about the post assessment. First, to target street lightings of outdoor lighting, it analyzed photometric data to reflect domestic conditions and explain a method to develop domestic BUG program.

In domestic, it defines the rules used to implement "The Light Pollution" about the senseless outdoor lighting on February this year. However, there are only general standards to regulate the light pollution. Therefore, it is imperative to setup the database and classify the types of lightings so as to apply the light pollution standards to the media facades. Finally, this study suggests a viable lighting pollution regulation for the installation and management of the architectural lightings.

This study aims to analyze the BUG ratings and energy performance of the security lighting, one of the main outdoor lightings, by setting up a pilot test-bed and to find out the status of the light pollution. Based on one pilot test-bed and in accordance with the Luminaire Classification System(LCS) which has been acknowledged worldwide, BUG rating and the energy saving effect of the security lighting were analyzed before and after a series of improvements.
사무공간 적용 BIPV시스템의 자연채광 및 성능평가에 관한 연구

By the skyscraper building, increase of skin area and expansion of curtain wall system will be the important factors of acceleration in extending supply of BIPV system. In the future interior environmental evaluation is not a necessary to the residents but an essential term which will bring enormous influence. In the interior environmental evaluation, natural light will let the residents with direct contact with outside circumstances and make them feel opened. also only the daylight has radiant energy and color rendering that will have a great influence to residents' mental, operation efficiency and advancing productivity. This research compares and analyzes BIPC system in office spaces with two general sunlight's module. In addition to natural light's efficiency for BIPC system's comfort and confirmed economical efficiency will be applied to basic research data. Hence forth, ensuring indoor intensity of illumination and controlling light system to reducing energy research data will be demanded to increase the amount of supplying BIPC system. Also continuance research in the possibility of applying BIPC system in various buildings, room temperature affected by location of windows and its condensation, and economical evaluation will be required.

There have been light pollution standards just for architectural lighting and sign in the “Light Pollution Abatement Law” so far. However, both of them regulate only one of the three main light pollution elements-“Glare”. Therefore, it is imperative to do research on the other two light pollution elements-“Upward” and “Light Trespass” and make proper restriction. Subsequently, this study focuses on the upward light from the street light and suggests its analysis method. Eventually, this study aims to make viable management which is suitable for the nation and, in addition, to suggest appropriate level of restriction to “Light Pollution Abatement Law” by doing site survey.
불임인 자궁내막증 환자의 수술적 복강경 수술 후 임신율

Objective: To investigate the influence of laparoscopic surgery on the pregnancy rate of infertile women with endometriosis. Materials & Methods: Retrospective analysis was performed in 33 infertile patients with endometriosis and infertility who had operative laparoscopy at Seoul National University Hospital from January 1991 to February 1998. We investigated the pregnancy rate during the 12 months following conservative laparoscopic surgery. Results: The overall rate of spontaneous intrauterine pregnancy rate (IUP) during the 12 months was 48.5% (16/33). Most of spontaneous pregnancy occurred during the 3 months after surgery (12/16). There was no correlation between spontaneous pregnancy rate and the revised American Fertility Society (rAFS) classification or laparoscopic findings. The rate of IUP was 50% (7/14) for patients with stage I or II endometriosis and 47.4% (9/19) for the patients presenting stage III or IV endometriosis. Conclusion: Conservative laparoscopic surgery may be an effective treatment for infertile patients with endometriosis and most of spontaneous pregnancy occurred during the 3 months after surgery .
산업체 참여형 캡스톤디자인 & 현장실습 연계 모형 연구: 경북 Y대학 전자공학과 사례를 중심으로

Universities should provide experiential learning in subject and non-course subjects so that students can graduate with job competency related to their major and the experiential learning includes capstone design implemented on campus and field training conducted by companies. In particular, the decrease in industry participation in short-term (4 weeks) and mid-term field training (8 weeks) due to the implementation of standard field training introduced from the second half of 2021 is making it more difficult for students to gain practical experience. To solve this problem, in this paper, we propose an industry-participatory capstone design & field practice linkage model that combines capstone design and professional practice to solve the technical difficulties of companies. Participating students find solutions to corporate difficulties in the capstone design process and produce prototypes for solutions during the field practice period, focusing on the case of the department of electronic engineering at Gyeongbuk Y University. We believe that it is one of the good models of industry-university cooperation education in which universities and industries win-win.
초고층 건축물의 BIPV시스템 설계를 위한 일사량 분석에 관한 연구

Recently, the BIPV technology is growing worldwide. By simultaneously serving as building envelope material and power generator, BIPV system can provide savings in materials and electricity costs, especially in the super high-rise buildings which consume more energy than any other building. However, the development of the BIPV technology for the super high-rise buildings is still in the initial stage. This study focuses on the solar irradiance collected on the a super high-rise building facade. According to the measurement data, the collected solar irradiance increases with altitude. Notwithstanding, this is neglected by all of the solar irradiance models and simulation programs. Therefore this study suggests the optimal design method of BIPV system in the super high-rise buildings by analyzing the measured solar irradiance which is a prerequisite for reliably predicting BIPV electricity generation.
