1995년 6월 초순 제주해협과 대한해협 입구 해역에서의 해황 분석

제주북방 남해안인 제주해협과, 동쪽인 대한해협 입구 해역, 그리고 이들 해협수가 혼합되어지는 해역에 대하여 1995년 5월 30일부터 6월 8일까지 해수의 물리 화학적 특성을 규명하기 위하여 조사하였다. 1) 한 정점에서 24시간 관측에 의한 수심별 수온과 염분의 변동폭은 표층에서 $1.8^{\circ}C,\;0.7\%_{\circ}$의 최대 변동폭을 보이고 있으며, 이러한 변동폭은 30m에서 $0.5^{\circ}C,\;0.5\%_{\circ}$로 낮아지고 있다. 그러나 70m 이심층에서는 변화 폭이 아주 미미하여 주야간 변동은 표층에서 30m층까지 나타난다고 할 수 있다. 2) 영양염류의 24시간 변동폭은 총 무기질소, 인산인, 규산규소 등이 주간보다는 야간에서의 농도가 높은 특징 을 보이고 있다. 3) 해역별 수온과 염분은 대마난류의 직접 영향원인 대한 해협입구해역이 가장 높았으며, 제주북방 제주해협이 가장 낮았다. 또한 두 수괴가 혼합되어지는 대한해협은 표층 수는 대한 해협입구 해역수의 영향을, 저층수는 제주해협 저층으로부터 영향을 많이 받고 있음을 알 수 있다. 4) 영양염류의 해역별 특성은 제주해협수와 대한 해협입구해역수가 만나 혼합되어지는 대한해협에서 가장 높게 나타나고 있는데, 이는 용존산소가 가장 낮게 나타나고 있는 것으로 보아 유기물 분해에 의한 영양염 무기화에 따른 산소소모와 영양염 용출에 의한 영향으로 판단된다. The physical and chemical characteristics were examined in the southern sea of Korea including the Cheju Strait, and the entrance of the Korea Strait in the period of May 30 to June 8, 1995. The results are as follows. Firstly, the variation ranges of the temperature and salinity at the Cheju Stratit during 24 hours observation were larger in the surface layer than that in the deep layers. Secondly, daily variations of nutrients show that total inorganic nitrogen, phosphate phosphorous, and silicate silicon concentration are higher at night than at day. Thirdly, water temperature and salinity distributions show highest values at the entrance of Korea Strait, which is thought to be influenced directly by Tsushima Warm Current, while they show the lowest values in Cheju Strait. This means that the surface waters in Korea Strait are greatly influenced from the entrance of Korea Strait and bottom waters is greatly influenced from Cheju Strait. Fourthly, nutrients distribution shows highest values in Korea Strait but dissolved oxygen shows lowest values in the area. These seem to be caused by the oxygen consumption used in the inorganization of nutrients to decompose organisms and the liquidation of nutrients.

The purpose of this study was to present basic data that is needed in comprehension of dysesthesia after mandibular nerve injury and grasp meaning. We analyzed medical records of 59 patients who were diagnosed as dysesthesia after mandibular nerve injury from January 2007 to July 2009. The results are summarized as follows. 1. The most frequent cause was implant surgery (59%) and the most frequent injured branch of mandibular nerve was inferior alveolar nerve(81%). 2. The period passed after nerve injury showed significant interrelationship with level of pain. Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) increased from 4.82 to 6.91 after 6 month. 3. The period passed after nerve injury did not show significant interrelationship with recovery of dysesthesia. But, when conservative treatment was offered at earlier stage, ratio of patients who showed recovery of symptom tended to increase. 4. In computed tomography, level of invasion into inferior alveolar nerve canal did not show significant interrelationship with level of pain and recovery of dysesthesia. Conclusively, in the patients with dysesthesia of mandibular nerve, inferior alveolar nerve injury by dental implant surgery dominated most significant problem. Although level of invasion into inferior alveolar nerve is the most important factor to initiation of dysesthesia, there are other various factors exert more influence on the level of pain or recovery of dysesthesia. Therefore, begining conservative therapy at earlier stage is encouraged. Also, because nerve injuries can occur without direct invasion into nerve canal, so leaving enough safe space from nerve canal is needed for prevention of indirect nerve injury.
이산화탄소 레이저($CO_2$ laser)를 이용한 치은에 발생한 자극성 섬유종의 치료

Carbondioxide($CO_2$) laser is one of the most widely employed lasers in oral soft tissue surgery because of its excellent affinity for water based soft tissues. It has some inherent advantages such as hemostasis, less postoperative swelling, reduction of bacterial population at surgical site, less need for suturing, less scarring, and less postoperative pain compared to conventional surgical therapies including the use of scalpel, diathermy, cryotherapy and electrosurgery. A 30-years-old male was presented with gingival swelling. Clinical examination revealed a well?defined pedunculated fibrotic mass on the buccal gingiva near right maxillary 1st molar. In radiographic examination, no remarkable abnormality was seen. Excisional biopsy was performed with $CO_2$ laser (continuous wave mode, 4.0W). Histological diagnosis was "Irritation fibroma". $CO_2$ laser has advantages those are suitable for surgical treatment of intraoral lesion. If appropriate training and experience are provided, the dentist would be able to manage intraoral lesions more efficiently and successfully with the use of the $CO_2$ laser.

스마트 인솔은 멀티 센서가 장착된 디바이스로써, 발바닥의 정보를 추출하는 기기의 특성으로 인해 헬스케어 디바이스로 주목받고 있다. 최근에는 스마트 인솔 내 센서 사양의 증가로 인해 획득 가능한 데이터의 품질이 증가하였으나, 취득한 데이터를 모두 사용하는 것은 통신 대역폭 및 컴퓨팅 파워의 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 인솔 내 파라미터에 대한 분석과 연구를 진행하고, 최적의 파라미터를 제시한다.
