심근경색을 가진 환자에서 호흡정지 T2강조 자기공명영상의 유용성: 지연 조영증강 영상과의 비교

목적 : 심근경색을 가진 환자에서 호흡정지 T2강조 자기공명영상의 유용성을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 심근 생존능을 평가하기 위하여 자기공명영상이 시행된 환자에서 지연 조영증강을 보였던 11명의 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 지연 조영증강을 보이는 심근부위와 비교하여 T2강 조영상에서 일치하는 부위를 고신호강도, 동등신호강도, 저신호강도로 나누어 분석하였으며, 정상 심근과 경색 부위의 신호강도 세기 및 통벽성 범위(transmural extent)을 측정하였다. 환자의 임상정보를 토대로 심근경색의 시기와 T2 강조영상과의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 결과 : T2강조영상에서 5명의 환자의 12분절에서 정상심근에 비하여 경색부위에 고신호강도를 보였으며, 6명의 환자의 12분절에서 저신호강도를 보였다. 경색부위의 고신호강도는 정상심근에 비하여 $175{\pm}9\%$ 이었으며, 저신호강도는 $73{\pm}5\%$ 이었다 (p < 0.05). 통벽성 범위(transmural extent)의 평가에 있어, T2강조영상에서 고신호강도 부위는 지연 조영증강을 보인 부위보다 컸으나 $(100\%\;vs.\;49{\pm}17\%)$, 저신호강도 부위는 일치하였다. T2 강조영상에서 고신호강도는 심근경색후 11일 이내에 보였고, 저신호강도는 7개월 이후에 보였다. 결론 : 호흡정지 T2 강조영상은 부종 및 섬유화 반흔 범위의 평가와 함께 심근경색의 시기를 예측하는 데에 있어 유용할 것으로 사료된다. Purpose : To evaluate the usefulness of breath-hold T2-weighted MR imaging in patients with myocardial infarction. Materials and Methods : We investigated 11 patients with myocardial infarction who shown delayed enhancement on MR imaging. Infarcted myocardium on T2-weighted MR imaging was classified as high, iso, and low signal area comparing with normal myocardium. The intensity and transmural extent of infracted myocardium was also analyzed. On the basis of clinical information, the stage of infracted myocardium on T2-weighted MR imaging was assessed. Results : It was observed high signal area in 12 segments of 5 patients, low in 12 segments of 6 patients on T2-weighted MR imaging. The high signal intensity of infarcted myocardium was shown as $175{\pm}9\%$ comparing with that of the normal myocardium, low signal intensity as $73{\pm}5\%\;(p\;<\;0.05)$. In the evaluation of transmural extent, the high signal areas on T2-weighted MR imaging were larger than infarct area on delayed enhancement imaging $(100\%\;vs.49\%{\pm}17\%)$, whereas low signal areas on T2-weighted MR imaging correlated. High signal area was visualized on T2-weighted MR imaging within 11 days, whereas low-signal area was seen after 7 months. Conclusion : Breath-hold T2-weighted MR imaging is useful in the evaluation of stage as well as edema and fibrous scar in patients with myocardial infarction.
Pilot 규모 실험을 통한 포장면 유출 빗물 처리에 관한 연구

The characteristics of rainwater through the first flush cutoff system, hydrocyclone and sedimentation basin was investigated to utilize the rainwater from a pavement area. This study was conducted in K university located in Seoul through Apr. 2002 to Sep. 2002. The pH, turbidity, SS, color, COD, particle size was decreased to 50-80% compared to those influx through the first flush cutoff system. The removal rate of contaminants by hydrocyclone and sedimentation basin for pH, turbidity, SS was 50~60% and 40~50%, respectively.

GIS is the up-to-date information to be able to support efficiently planning of all sorts, deciding on policies and industrial activities by linking situation and attribute informations computerized about all kinds of natural and artificial things existing on the surface of, under and above the earth. Recently, GIS remote management using WEB gets into the spotlight because we can do easily remote control using internet. This thesis projects and materializes GIS system focusing facility management using WEB. Facility management using WEB is able to cut down cost and manpower required for facility management by linking situation informations about facilities of all sorts and attribute informations related. In the course of construct and design of system, the needs of users is reflected and the up-to-date information technic is used for establishing system. This thesis is cooperative study between industry and academy. So it is made in the side of mutual supplement. After the development of system is completed, it is supplied to public institutions and operated.
Field 규모 연속 토양세척공정을 이용한 비소 오염토양 정화 효율 평가

고농도 비소 오염토양에 대한 fold규모 연속 토양세척공정의 적용 가능성을 평가하기 위해 경상남도 D광산 광미 혼합토양에 대하여 적용하였다. 초기 비소오염 농도는 $321\pm32 mg/kg$ dry soil 이었으며 pilot규모 실험에서 도출된 기본 운전조건을 적용한 결과, 세척된 토양의 잔류 비소농도는 2.03 mg/kg dry soil로서 $99\%$의 높은 제거효율을 나타내었다. 경제성 및 효율성을 개선하기 위하여 세척제의 농도, cut-off size, 진탕비를 조절하며 운전한 결과, 토양세척 공정 운전시 원활한 운전관리와 처리단가 등을 고려한 최적의 운전조건은 1) 각 단계의 세척제 농도 0.2M HCl-1.0M HCl-1.0M NaOH, 2) cut-off size 0.15mm(sieve $\sharp$100), 3) 진탕비 1:3으로 처리한 결과 세척된 토양의 잔류 비소농도는 2.03mg/kg이었으며 세척유출수 처리에서는 형성된 Hoc의 과포화로 인한 침전방해가 발생하지 않는 pH 6이 (33 ppb) 최적의 처리조건으로 판단되었다. 최종 배출된 청정자갈 및 토양, 티ter cake에 대하여 TCLP법을 적용한 용출실험 결과, 각각 1.04, ND, 0.07 mg/L 모두 용출비소 농도기준(5 mg/L)을 만족하며, 탈수슬러지의 함수율$(48\%)$도 폐기물관리법의 슬러지 수분함량 기준$(85\%)$을 만족하여 매립처리가 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구의 field 규모 연속 토양세척공정은 고농도 비소 오염부지의 정화를 위한 기술로 적용 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다. This study was carried out to evaluate the feasibility of field-scale sequential soil washing process for remediation on Kyongsangnamdo D mine soils which was heavily contaminated by arsonic. Arsenic concentration of untreated soils was $321\pm32mg/kg$. By applying the basic operating condition which was proposed from several pilot-scale experiments, arsenic concentration of treated soils was reduced 2.04 mg/kg ($99\%$ removal efficiency). We optimized the basic operating condition (mainly on washing solution concentration, cut-off size, and mixing ratio) to improve efficiently and economically the field-scale sequential soil washing process. The resulting optimized conditions were that solution concentration is 0.2M HCl, 1.0M HCl, 1.0M NaOH, that the cut-off size is 0.15mm (seive $\sharp$100), and that the mixing ratio is 1 3. Also, the optimized pH value for soil washing effluent treatment was 6 (33 ppb), in which the precipitation disruption caused by supersaturation of the floe did not occur. Results of TCLP tests showed that arsenic concentration from the washed gravels was 1.043 mg/L, that from soils ND (not detected), and that from filter cakes 0.066 mg/L. Also, the water content as a percentage of dewatered sludges was low $(48\%)$ and so the dewatered sludges can be disposed by landfilling. Through these results, we can concluded that tile field-scale sequential soil washing process developed in this study is adopted for remediation of arsenic-contaminated soils.
