시선의 분화와 목소리의 중첩 : 「얼음벽의 풀」에 나타난 김향숙의 서술기법을 중심으로

이 글은 김향숙의 소설 「얼음벽의 풀」에 나타난 서술기법을 살핌으로써 1980년대 말 ‘노동자-민중적 관점’에 대한 비평계의 요구에 지식인 작가가 대응하였던 방식을 구명한다. 이를 위해 먼저 김향숙이 다양성을 강조했던 ‘80년대소설그룹’의 동인이었다는 사실과 함께 「얼음벽의 풀」의 내용을 살펴 김향숙 문학이 코드화된 관점을 거부하고, 유연성을 기반으로 하고 있음을 밝힌다. 다음으로는 김향숙 고유의 서술기법이 나타난 구체적 양상을 살핀다. 세대와 계급을 초월한 여러 목소리들을 한 공간에서 듣게 된 주인공을 청진자 개념을 통해 살펴보고, 노동자와 지식인의 목소리를 중첩시킨 서술 양상에 주목한다. 연구사의 공백으로 남겨졌던 1980년대 말 지식인 작가의 서술기법에 주목하는 이 글은, 지금까지 상대적으로 주목을 받지 못했던 1980년대 말 지식인 문학들의 새로운 계보를 탐색 하려는 첫걸음이라 할 수 있다. By examining the narrative technique shown in Hyang-sook Kim’s short story “The Grass on an Ice Wall,” this article explains the way in which the intellectual writer responded to the critics’ calls for a “labor’s perspective” in the late 1980s. First, this article reveals the fact that Hyang-sook Kim was a member of the ’80s Soseol Group which emphasized diversity and she rejects the conventional view. Her literature is based on flexibility in her short story “The Grass on an Ice Wall.” Second, this article examines Hyang-sook Kim’s unique narrative technique in detail by looking at the main characters who hear the voices of different generations and classes in the same space through the concept of the “auscultator.” It pays attention to the narrative patterns that overlap the voices of workers and intellectuals. Focusing on the narrative techniques of intellectual writers in the late 1980s, which were not addressed in previous research, this article is the first step toward ex ploring the new genealogy of intellectual literature in the late 1980s.

Cu층 증착시간에 따른 Cu<sub>2</sub>ZnSnS<sub>4</sub> (CZTS) 박막의 특성

$Cu_2ZnSnS_4$ (CZTS) thin films were fabricated by successive electrodeposition of layers of precursor elements followed by sulfurization of an electrodeposited Cu-Zn-Sn precursor. In order to improve quality of the CZTS films, we tried to optimize the deposition condition of absorber layers. In particular, I have conducted optimization experiments by changing the Cu-layer deposition time. The CZTS absorber layers were synthesized by different Cu-layer conditions ranging from 10 to 16 minutes. The sulfurization of Cu/Sn/Zn stacked metallic precursor thin films has been conducted in a graphite box using rapid thermal annealing (RTA). The structural, morphological, compositional, and optical properties of CZTS thin films were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), Raman spectroscopy, and X-ray Flourescenece Spectrometry (XRF). Especially, the CZTS TFSCs exhibits the best power conversion efficiency of 4.62% with $V_{oc}$ of 570 mV, $J_{sc}$ of $18.15mA/cm^2$ and FF of 45%. As the time of deposition of the Cu-layer to increasing, the properties were confirmed to be systematically changed. And we have been discussed in detail below.

This study analyzes a hydraulic performance of GCL (geosynthetic clay liners) with and without swelling accelerating material, SAP(Super Absorbent Polymer). In the evaluation of hydraulic performance of GCL, free swell index and triaxial compression permeability tester were used by falling head permeability tester in the evaluation of hydraulic performance with the mixed soil of decomposed granite and bentonite. Permittivity of weathered granite soil and bentonite mixture was increased with SAP content and permeability of this mixture soil was also increased till bentonite content 10%.

타포린 코팅층용 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름의 자외선 안정성

Tarpaulins are coated fabrics having various industrial applications. Environmental concerns related to the phthalate-plasticizer and limited recyclability of PVC tarpaulins have recently been raised. Although LDPE has been considered a good substitute for PVC, the poor UV stability and low adhesion of LDPE films limit their applications. In this study, various Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers(HALS) were compounded with LDPE. In addition, ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) was also blended into LDPE in order to improve its adhesion. Although the initial tensile strength and elongation were decreased by the addition of HALS, the UV stability of the films was significantly improved. The adhesion of LDPE was improved by blending with EVA. The LDPE/EVA blended films maintained more than 90% of their tensile strength and elongation compared to their initial values, even after 1,000 hrs of UV irradiation, when the content of EVA were 12 and 18 wt%.

이 글은 해방기에 발표된 엄흥섭의 소설 「귀환일기」와 그 속편인 「발전」을 중심으로 그의 언어의식과 공동체에 관한 구상을 조명함으로써 지금까지 주변부 작가로 간주되었던 엄흥섭의 위상을 재고하려 한다. 이를 구명하기 위해 이 글은 먼저 1939년부터 1948년에 걸쳐 발표된 엄흥섭의 평론에 주목하여 일제 말기 엄흥섭의 언어의식이 해방기에 변화·조정된 양상을 추적한다. 해방기 엄흥섭은 조선어를 중심으로 말과 글이 통일되는 언어 환경을 구상하고 있었으며, 일제의 잔재에서 벗어나기 위해서는 음성교육이 문자교육보다 선행되어야 한다고 주장한다. 언어의 통일에 관해 엄흥섭이 상정한 단계와 구상은, 소설 「귀환일기」와 「발전」을 서사화함에 있어 기본 구도로 작용한다. 일본에서 조선으로 귀환하는 배에서 발견되는 부인네들 간의 인칭적 연대에서는 다양한 지역 방언을 통해 음성언어가 부각된다. 그는 다양한 지역 방언의 종류를 직접적으로 명시해주는 서술자의 목소리를 통해 방언을 쓰는 인물들 간의 연대가 일본어와 동떨어진 언어감각에서 연유한다는 점을 드러내고자 한다. 그 후 주인공들이 고향인 서울에 돌아온 이후에는 문자언어인 한글을 매개로 한 연대가 집중적으로 조명된다. 소설 속에서 인물들이 이미 알고 있는 것으로 전제되었던 한글은 아파트 여인들로 이루어진 새로운 공동체에서 함께 새로이 배우고 공유할 것으로서 그 위치가 재조정되고 있다. 「귀환일기」와 「발전」에서 엄흥섭은 곤경에 처한 사람들이 삶을 영위하는 데 토대가 되는 돌봄 네트워크의 중요성을 민감하게 인식하고, 평론에서 그가 설정한 언어교육의 구도와 맞물려가며 친밀권에서 이어지는 공동체의 문제를 보다 입체적으로 그려내는 모습을 보여준다. The purpose of this paper is to shed light on the aspects of Eum Heung-seop`s literary works which reflect his linguistic consciousness and his concept of community in the liberation period. Focusing on his short stories "A Return Diary" and its continuation "Advancement", we can reconsider his position in Korean modern literature. In order to figure out this point, this paper first examines Eum Heung-seop`s notion of language through his two commentaries. Eum Heung-seop in the liberation period, liberated from diglossia, has conceived a linguistic environment in which spoken language and written language are unified with Korean language as the center. In his commentary, he argued that written language should be taught after the spoken language is first refined to the standard language. "A Return Diary" and "Advancement" reflected this process of linguistic unification that Eum Heung-seop advocated. The main characters in these two stories are surrounded by people speaking dialects before learning Hangeul. The narrator in his two stories indicated different types of regional dialects and tried to show the solidarity among people who returned from Japan was based on the linguistic sense that was apart from Japanese language. After the main characters settled down in Seoul, the solidarity based on a new community was described. The apartment in which the main characters lived after returning to their country can be interpreted as a place where they newly learn ``Hangeul.`` The characters in the story were basically presumed to have ``known`` the Hangeul but the Hangeul is repositioned as the thing to newly learn and share together in the new community. In his stories "A Return Diary" and "Advancement", Eum Heung-seop sensitively perceived the importance of the network in which troubled people help each other, and formulated the emotional community which is extended from the intimate sphere. He showed the matter of participating in the community more abundantly by interconnecting with the stages of the unification of language that he proposed in his commentary.

항공객실서비스 서비스 실패 사례를 통한 서비스 회복에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to find out ways of service recovery, which will satisfy the customer, and the corresponding procedure through the service failure cases that leads to improvements of the airline cabin service quality. This paper reviewed the service failure cases on the airline cabin service of K-airline. The results of the study indicated that service recovery and failure are closely related to a customer’s responses and ratings to services provided by airline services. First, since the service failures can lead to direct customer deviations and negatively impact profitability, the airline organizations quickly try to efforts for recovering and preventing the recurrence of customer complaints by the failure of airline cabin service. Second, managers should analyze complaints of customer to figure out the cause of service failure and recover customer’s expected value with prompt and proper response, which will prevent customers from leaving. This study proposes of a set of strategies that airline company should develop to effectively prevent and respond to customer related service failure in the airline cabin service.
