      • Disasters Tracing with Occurred Events and Unexpected Ones

        Disaster comes up always in form of chain of events. These occurrence and evolution are represented dynamically in our daily social media. Retrieving or tracing these user-oriented relevant events around disasters in an aggregated results list through meta-search engine is a useful application. The definition and detection of events has been a hot topic in the study of natural language processing. We give our opinion in this paper, and we gathering the disaster event information via different search interface for an event chain releasing is important. This paper designed an event-triggered model for events detection. As the emergency requirement of government as well as individual activities, disaster events detection is discussed as an example in this paper. A meta-search engine interface model is constructed based on the open source project Carrot2. And a H-T-E (Hazard, Trigger and Event) query expansion approach is applied in our event triggered model. The experimental results show that the proposed method can bring about increased accuracy and extra clues not supplied by commercial search engines. The solution we applied can be useful for other information supervision tasks and some issues like crisis ontology construction etc. also triggered by the project for further study.

      • Mining Frequent Spatio-Temporal Items in Trajectory Data

        The time aspect is not currently taken into account for finding a region of interesting (ROI) or a hot region, so that due to the time to visit frequently a place cannot be determined, it is difficult to discover the visiting regularity for a moving object. To this end, the spatio-temporal item (STI) and frequent spatio-temporal item (FSTI) integrated spatial and temporal attributes are defined. The FSTIs can represent a moving object often visits which area in what time, which can provide more useful information to improve the level of the location-based services(LBS). In order to find FSTIs, STIs are generated by using a density-based clustering algorithm to recognize the stay regions of objects, and then the STIs are mapped to 3D-grids integrated spatial and temporal dimensions. Finally, the extraction - merger strategy is used on the frequent grid cells to recombine the FSTIs. Experimental results on real dataset show that the approach proposed for mining FSTIs is effective.

        FMS 기능성 동작훈련이 중국 대학 에어로빅 선수의 신체자세 조절 능력에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

        본 연구는 FMS 기능성 동작 훈련이 에어로빅 선수의 신체 자세 조정력에 미치는 영향을 탐구하고, FMS 기능성 동작 훈련이 에어로빅 선수의 신체 능력 촉진에 대한 응용 방법을 탐구한다. 에어로빅 운동에서 신체 자세 제어 능력은 기술 동작 표현, 형태 예술 미감 전시와 에어로빅 경기 성적 평가의 중요한 기준이다. 체력훈련은 가장 기본적인 신체자세통제능력의 제고방식이고, 그중 FMS 기능성동작훈련은 최근 몇년간 신흥체력훈련모식으로서 전통적인 체력훈련보다 기능방면의 훈련을 더욱 중시하고 목적성있게 운동선수의 자신을 제고시키지 못하며 동작에 대한 요구가 비교적 높은 기술동작에 대해 비교적 좋은 제고효과가 있다. 대학생 에어로빅 선수 40명에게 무작위로 전통 체력훈련조(Traditional physical training Group, T, N=20), FMS 기능성 동작훈련조(Functional training Group, F, N=20)으로 나뉜다. 대조팀은 전통적인 체력훈련방법을 채택하고 기능성훈련조은 FMS의 기능성동작설계에 기초한 훈련방안을 채택한다. 12주 FMS 기능성 훈련을 설정하여 실험조의 선수들에게 40min/회 훈련하도록 개입한다. 결과는 훈련 전과 비교했으면 전통적인 체력 훈련조과 FMS 기능성 동작 훈련팀이 관여한 후, 피실험자 FMS 테스트는 6개의 운동성 동작이 모두 현저하게 향상되었지만(P<0.05), 직선 활 스쿼트, 능동 직교 리프팅 테스트는 현저한 차이가 없었다는 것이다(P>0.05). 에어로빅의 동적 운동과 정태에서의 신체 자세 조정력은 FMS 기능성 동작 훈련조에서만 현저하게 향상되었다(P<0.05). 결론은 FMS 기능성 훈련은 에어로빅 선수의 신체 통제 능력과 이동 과정에서의 신체 자세 조정력을 비교적 잘 촉진할 수 있어 대학생 에어로빅 선수의 체력 훈련에서 더욱 응용하고 보급하기에 적합한 것으로 생각된다. 12주간의 훈련 후 실험군의 각종 지표의 점수 상승률은 실험 전과 대조군보다 유의하게 높았고, FMS 테스트 결과에서 유의하게 개선되었으며, 실험군의 효과는 대조군보다 우수하여 운동 손상의 발생률을 감소시켰으며, 실험군 선수의 신체 안정성, 유연성 및 비대칭성은 개선되었지만, 능동적인 직각 상승 및 직선 런지 스쿼트에 대한 효과는 명확하지 않았다. 정적 운동면 변화 조건에서 신체 자세 제어 능력 테스트에서 실험군과 대조군의 8단계 복교, 5단계 측교 및 육앙교가 유의한 차이를 보였고 실험 구성 결과가 대조군보다 우수함을 알 수 있으며 실험군의 전후 비교가 유의한다. FMS 기능성 동작 훈련이 에어로빅 선수의 정적 운동면의 신체 자세 제어 능력을 향상시킬 수 있음을 보여준다. 동적 운동 방향 변화 조건에서 에어로빅 선수의 신체 자세 제어 능력 테스트 결과, 실험군의 실험 전후 에어로빅 조합 스텝의 T자형, W자형 및 Y자형 테스트의 향상 효과가 대조군보다 우수하며, 각 지표는 그룹 내에서 유의한 차이를 보이며, 이는 FMS 기능적 동작 훈련이 에어로빅 선택반 에어로빅 선수의 신체 자세 제어 능력을 향상시켰음을 나타낸다. The present study explores the effects of FMS functional movement training on aerobic athletes' body posture coordination, and explores the application of FMS functional movement training to the promotion of aerobic athletes' physical performance. In aerobic exercise, body posture control ability is an important criterion for the expression of technical movements, the display of form art aesthetics, and the evaluation of aerobic competition performance. Physical training is the most basic way to improve body posture control, and FMS functional movement training is an emerging physical training mode in recent years, which attaches more importance to functional training than traditional physical training, does not improve athletes' self-confidence in a purposeful way, and has a relatively good improvement effect on technical movements with relatively high movement requirements.40 college aerobic athletes were randomly divided into two groups: Traditional physical training Group (T, N=20) and FMS functional movement training Group (F, N=20). The control group adopts the traditional physical training method, and the functional training group adopts the training method based on the functional movement design of FMS. The results showed that compared with before training, after the traditional physical training group and the FMS functional movement training group intervened, the subjects' FMS test improved significantly in all six motility movements (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the straight bow squat and active orthogonal lifting test (P>0.05). The body posture coordination in the dynamic movement and static movement of aerobics was significantly improved only in the FMS functional movement training group (P<0.05).Conclusion: FMS functional training can relatively well promote aerobic athletes' body control ability and body posture coordination in the movement process, which is suitable for further application and dissemination in the physical fitness training of college aerobic athletes.After 12 weeks of training, the scores of various indicators of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group before the experiment, and the results of the FMS test were significantly improved; the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, reducing the incidence of exercise damage; the physical stability, flexibility and asymmetry of the experimental group athletes were improved, but the effect on active right angle rise and straight lunge squat was not obvious. In the body posture control ability test under the static movement plane change condition, the 8-step ventral bridge, 5-step lateral bridge and hexagonal bridge of the experimental group and the control group showed significant differences, and the experimental configuration results were better than the control group, and the before-and-after comparison of the experimental group was significant.It shows that FMS functional movement training can improve the body posture control ability of aerobic athletes in the static movement plane. In the test of aerobic athletes' body posture control ability under the condition of dynamic movement direction change, the results show that the improvement effect of the T-shaped, W-shaped and Y-shaped tests of aerobic combination steps of the experimental group before and after the experiment is better than that of the control group, and each indicator has a significant difference within the group, indicating that FMS functional movement training has improved the body posture control ability of aerobic athletes.

        Cluster Analyses of Tropical Cyclones with Genesis in the South China Sea Based on K‑Means Method

        Tropical cyclone (TC) with genesis in the South China Sea (SCS) has been a major concern because of their high landfallfrequency and associated serious hazards to the surrounding coastal areas. The classification of TCs from records of historicaltracks is an important way to obtain their characteristics and to help predict their future behavior. According to the generationlocation, intensity, direction, and track length of TC, TCs with genesis in the SCS from 1950 to 2020 are classified into fourclusters by the K-means clustering method, including northwestward track cluster A, westward track cluster C and two longnortheastward track clusters B and D. The landfall probability, peak season, climate trend, lifespan, maximum wind speed,and power dissipation index show a significant distinction for each cluster. All clusters had a landfall probability exceeding50%, with the highest probability in cluster A (90.44%), followed by cluster C, cluster B, and cluster D with the lowestprobability (54.55%). The clustering results indicate that tracks of TCs are strongly affected by the distribution pattern of theWestern Pacific Subtropical High. When the WPSH moves southward, the southwesterly anomalies provide a significantlyfavorable steering flow for TC northeastward. Conversely, the WPSH located northward in July-September, the strongsoutheasterly anomaly favoring the northwestward movement of TC. From October to November, the WPSH shrinking insize gives way to the prevailing anomalous easterlies that steer the TCs westward. Further concerning the influence of TCsin the different clusters by the WPSH movement will be helpful for prediction in terms of the occurrence, track and landfallprobability of TCs in the SCS.

        Propofol attenuates hydrogenperoxide- induced apoptosis in human umbilical vein endothelial cells via multiple signaling pathways

        Background: Propofol has been reported to protect vascular endothelial cells against oxidative stress. In this study we investigated its effect on hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-induced apoptosis of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) and examined the possible signaling pathways. Methods: HUVECs were pretreated with propofol (1, 5, 25, and 50 μM) for 30 min and then co-incubated with 0.4 mM H2O2 for 4 h. Cell viability was assessed using a Cell Counting Kit-8. Cell apoptosis was analyzed using flow cytometry with annexin V/propidium iodide staining, and evaluated by quantifying caspase-3, Bax, and Bcl-2 expression levels. The expression levels of p38 mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK), phosphorylated (p)-p38 MAPK, cJun-N-terminal kinases (JNK), phosphorylated (p)-JNK, Akt and phosphorylated Akt [(p)-Akt] (Ser473) were measured by western blotting. Results: H2O2 treatment induced the activation of caspase-3, downregulated Bcl-2 expression, and up-regulated Bax expression, all of which were dose-dependently attenuated by propofol pretreatment. Furthermore, propofol significantly ameliorated H2O2-induced phosphorylation of p38 MAPK, JNK, and Akt in HUVECs. Conclusions: Propofol can protect HUVECs against H2O2-induced apoptosis via a mechanism that may involve p38 MAPK, JNK, and Akt signaling pathways.

        Effects of Physicochemical Properties of Different Base Oils on Friction Coefficient and Surface Roughness in MQL Milling AISI 1045

        Minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) is an emerging green and resource-saving machining technique jetting minute amount lubricants and gas after mixing and atomization. However, MQL development is restricted to mineral oils because of its undegradability and threat to the environment and human health. Vegetable oils can replace mineral oils as base oil for MQL benefitting from its biodegradability and renewable property. Nevertheless, the lubrication mechanism at the tool-workpiece interface of different vegetable oils with various physicochemical properties has not been revealed systematically. In order to verify the interfacial lubrication characteristics of different vegetable oils, MQL milling experiments of AISI 1045 based on fi ve vegetable oils (cottonseed, palm, castor, soybean, and peanut oils) were carried out. The experimental results showed that, palm oil obtained the lowest milling force ( F x = 312 N, F y = 156 N), friction coeffi cient (0.78), and surface roughness values ( Ra = 0.431 μm, RSm = 0.252 mm) and the smoothest surface of workpiece. Furthermore, the physiochemical properties (composition, molecular structure, viscosity, surface tension, and contact angle) of vegetable oil were analyzed. Palm oil with high content of saturated fatty acid, high viscosity and small contact angle can form the lubricating oil fi lm with the highest strength and the largest spreading area at the tool-workpiece interface. Therefore, palm oil can achieve the optimal lubrication effect.

        High-throughput Fabrication of Chitosan/Poly(ethylene oxide) Nanofibers by Modified Free Surface Electrospinning

        It is very difficult to electrospin pure chitosan (CS) due to the repulsive forces between its ionic groups producedin the electrospinning process, resulting in the formation of nanofibers by blending CS with other natural or syntheticpolymers for electrospinning. In this research work, a high-throughput fabrication of CS/poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO)nanofibers were obtained using a modified free surface electrospinning (MFSE), which contained a titanium solutionreservoir with thick smooth edges. Effects of the concentrations of acetic acid (AA), CS and PEO on the conductivity andviscosity of spinning solutions as well as the morphology, crystallinity and yield of CS/PEO nanofibers were investigated. And the fabrication mechanism of MFSE was studied by simulating the electric field distribution using Maxwell 3D due tothe importance of electric field distribution in the spinning process. The simulation results of electric field were in keepingwith the experimental data and indicated the MFSE could produce a lot of high-quality CS/PEO nanofibers.

      • Research Paper : Effects of phosphorus and light intensity on the growth and competition of the two weed species Veronica persica and Chorispora tenella

        Veronica persica Poir. (Persian speedwell) is an invasive alien weed species in the upland soils throughout China. Its dominance in weed flora could be alleviated by Chorispora tenella (Pall.) (tender chorispora) in P-poor soils and in an intense light environment. Here, three experiments in growth chambers were carried out in order to explore the effect of P and light intensity on the growth and competition of V. persica and C. tenella, the pH value in their rhizospheres, and the kinetic parameters (Km and Vmax) of the H2PO4 - uptake by the two weed species. The ANOVA results showed that the light intensity and P level in the soil obviously influenced the growth of the two weed species. However, the effect of the P level in the soil was greater for V. persica and the effect of the light intensity was greater for C. tenella. The restriction of the growth of V. persica by a low P level in the soil was much more than that of C. tenella, but it was reversed in the two species in relation to a low light intensity. In addition, the pH was lower in the rhizosphere of C. tenella after the P-deficient treatment and there was a lower Km in the uptake of H2PO4 - than for V. persica, suggesting that C. tenella could adapt to a low-P environment more easily. In conclusion, C. tenella growing together with V. persica had a competitive advantage under high-light-intensity and low-P-level conditions, but it lost its advantage with an increase in P fertilization and a decrease in light intensity.
