      • 브랜드 인식에 기초한 열정적 마케팅에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 소비에 대한 관점 중 새로운 개념인 열정적 소비(Passionate consuption)에 대해 연구한다. 일상적인 소비자 행동에 대한 연구를 통하여 비이성적인 소비가 보편적으로 일어나고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 소비 현상은 마케팅의 새로운 추세라고 할 수 있다. 열정적인 소비는 소비자가 외적인 소비환경을 고무시키는 특별한 브랜드경험을 한 후에 이루어지는 일종의 구매행동이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 브랜드 인식과 감성에 관한 선행연구들을 검토하고 확장하여 열정적인 소비의 원인과 브랜드 인식에 기초한 열정적 마케팅모델을 도출하고자 한다. The paper explores a new viewpoint of consumption-passionate consumption. This kind of illogical but common consumption phenomenon which has become the new trend of marketing development is found from logical relations among regular consumptions.New passionate marketing system will be built through tracking the deep relations between consuming psychology and brand perception, in order to provide new theories and reference models for marketing, brand development and management. Consumption behaviors are expressed in various ways, one of which is passionate consumption. Passionate consumption is a kind of purchase behavior consumers make after acquiring a special brand experience with the stimulation of external consumption environments. The special consumption behaviors can be seen as a series of purchase strategies triggered by brand perception. Whether passionate marketing can work out on consumers plays an essential role in evaluating a brand. For example, Ipod, Iphone, Ipad from Apple have induced passionate consumption whirlwinds. Therefore, with the focus on brand perception, this paper will study reasons of passionate consumption and how to launch passionate marketing model based on brand perception.

        Chinese herbal medicines on cognitive function and activity of daily living in senior adults with Alzheimer's disease: a systematic review and meta-analysis

        Background: This systematic review was performed to investigate the effects of Chinese herbal nedicine (CHM) on cognitive function and activity of daily living (ADL) in individuals with Alzheimer's disease. Methods: Five electronic databases (Medline, Embase, Cinahl, PsycArticles, and CNKI) were searched from inception to January 2019. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) assessing the effect of CHM on cognition and activity of daily living in adults with Alzheimer's disease were included. We pooled the effects size using the Comprehensive Meta-Analysis Software. Cochrane risk of bias tool was used to evaluate the study quality. Results: Twenty-five RCTs (1855 individuals with AD) were included in this review. Overall findings of this meta-analysis indicated that CHM improved the cognitive function (SMD = 0.66, 95% CI [0.44, 0.89], I2 = 77.9%, p < 0.001) and ADL (SMD = 0.38, 95% CI [0.25, 0.49], I2 = 35.3%, p < 0.001) compared with conventional drugs. No publication biases were observed on both cognitive function and ADL. Conclusion: CHM may have potential effects for improving cognitive function and ADL for individuals with AD compared with conventional drug therapies. However, the evidence is limited because of high risk of bias of the included trials.

        Effects of Li2CO3 on the sintering behavior and piezoelectric properties of Bi2O3-excess (Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 ceramics

        (Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 ceramics doped with Li2CO3 and Bi2O3 as sintering aids were manufactured, and their micro structural, dielectric and piezoelectric properties were investigated. All specimens could be well sintered at a low-temperature of 1080 ℃. The bulk density of the specimens doped with a small amount of Li2CO3 was enhanced. The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of ceramics were investigated with different amounts of Li2CO3 substitutions. High electrical properties of d33 ¼ 167 pC/N,kp ¼ 0.34, Pr ¼ 40 mC/cm2 and Ec ¼ 38 kV/cm were obtained from the specimen containing 0.1 mol% of Li2CO3 sintered at 1080 ℃.

        In a video surveillance network, it is always required to track and recognize people when they move through the environment. This paper presents a novel re-identification method for multiple-people using feature selection with sparsity. By using the multiple-shot approach, each of appearance models is created in this method. The human body is divided into five parts form which the features of color, height, gradient were extracted respectively. Our appearance model is represented by linear regression method. Experimental results show that our appearance model is robust and attain a high precision rate and processing performance.

        Aseismic Optimization of Mega-sub Controlled Structures Based on Gaussian Process Surrogate Model

        Due to the complex seismic characteristics of mega-sub controlled structures (MSCS), it is difficult to give full play to their advantages in earthquake resistance by traditional design methods. Meta-heuristic optimization algorithms can be used to improve the seismic performance, but the structural response needs to be calculated repeatedly, which results in high computation cost. To overcome these challenges, an efficient aseismic optimization design procedure for engineering application is developed. In this procedure, the model of optimization problem is established based on time history analysis (THA). Gaussian process regression (GPR) surrogate models are employed to predict the values of the objective and constraint functions. The expected improvement (EI) and constrained expected improvement (CEI) criteria are adopted to update the training sample set and obtain the optimal solution. Then, two examples are presented to validate the effectiveness and efficiency of this method in optimization problems of structures under earthquake loads. Finally, it is applied to optimizations of a MSCS and a mega frame structure (MFS), respectively. The response and cost of the optimized structures are reduced, and the MSCS shows better earthquake resistant capacities.

        Output Feedback Stabilization for a Class of Cascade Nonlinear ODEPDE Systems

        In this paper, the output feedback stabilization problem is studied for a class of cascade nonlinear ODEPDE systems. The nonlinear terms of ODE-subsystem are assumed to be bounded by a known constant multiplied by unmeasured states, and PDE-subsystem is a diffusion equation. Especially, the unstable diffusion equation is considered. Based on the low gain observer and a series of transformations, the output feedback stabilization problem is converted into designing proper gain parameters. Furthermore, the stability of the closed-loop system is analyzed by Lyapunov theorem. Finally, two numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

        Exogenous Sugars Involvement in Senescence and Ethylene Production of Tree Peony ‘Luoyang Hong’ Cut Flowers

        Sugars play important roles in petal senescence of cut flowers. In the Expt. 1 of this study, the effects of different concentrations of glucose (60, 90, and 120 g·L<SUP>-1</SUP>) and sucrose (30, 60, and 90 g·L<SUP>-1</SUP>) application on the vase life, rate of flower diameter increase, rate of flower weight increase and ethylene production of cut tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa ‘Luoyang Hong’) were evaluated. At the earlier stage, treatments of different concentrations of glucose and sucrose all retarded the process of flower opening and inhibited the increase of flower diameter and weight, while senescence of flowers fed with different concentrations of glucose was delayed at later stage. Flowers treated with 90 g·L<SUP>-1</SUP> glucose displayed the longest vase life, which showed significant difference (P < 0.05) from those of flowers with the control and sucrose treatments. All treatments with glucose or sucrose not only retarded the decrease of flower diameter and weight, but also suppressed the ethylene production at the earlier stage and delayed the peak of ethylene evolution. In order to study the effect of exogenous sugar on the postharvest response of cut tree peony to ethylene, Expt. 2 was conducted. Cut flowers were treated with 90 g·L<SUP>-1</SUP> glucose for 4 hours before (GE) or after (EG) exposed to 10 μL·L<SUP>-1</SUP> ethylene for 4 hours. Generally, the opening process of flowers with GE and EG treatments was similar to that of the control, however GE treatment delayed flower senescence. Both GE and EG treatments improved flower diameter and weight, and GE treatment delayed the time of flower weight decrease. Besides, GE delayed climacteric ethylene evolution for 8 hours. All above suggest that exogenous sugars delay tree peony ‘Luoyang Hong’ cut flower senescence and extend flower vase life through their roles in the decrease of water loss and the suppression of sensitivity to ethylene and ethylene production.

        A New Dactylella Species from Orbilia alba

        A new Dactylella species, Dactylella alba was isolated from the ascospores of Orbilia alba collected in Wen- shan County, Yunnan Province, China. Conidiophores were either not branched or occasionally branched, bearing divergent sterigmata on the tip with single conidium on each. Conidia were elongated ellipsoids, 1-2 septate, mostly 1 septate. By combining the ITS sequence with morphological characteristics, a new anamorphic species is described and illustrated together with its teleomorph.

        Hsa_Circ_0001947/MiR-661/DOK7 Axis Restrains Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Development

        Hsa_circ_0001947 is associated with multiple cancers, but its function in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is ambiguous and needs further research. The targeting relationship among circ_0001947, miR-661, and downstream of tyrosine kinase 7 (DOK7) was predicted by database and further verified by dual-luciferase reporter assay, while their expressions in cancer tissues and cells were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). After transfection, cell biological behaviors and expressions of miRNAs, miR-661 and DOK7 were determined by cell function experiments and qRT-PCR, respectively. Circ_0001947 was low-expressed in NSCLC tissues and cells. Circ_0001947 knockdown intensified cell viability and proliferation, induced cell cycle arrest at S phase, suppressed apoptosis and evidently enhanced miR-510, miR-587, miR-661 and miR-942 levels, while circ_0001947 overexpression did the opposite. MiR-661 was a target gene of circ_0001947 that participated in the regulation of circ_0001947 on cell biological behaviors. Furthermore, DOK7, the target gene of miR-661, partly participated in the regulation of miR-661 on cell viability. Hsa_circ_0001947 acts as a sponge of miR-661 to repress NSCLC development by elevating the expression of DOK7.

        Hierarchical porous composites derived from spent tire char for CO2 capture: K-N co-doped, process intensification and thermodynamic analysis

        Spent tire is a kind of solid waste with large production, accumulation and great pollution. Spent tire charis the primary product of tire harmless disposal. Its commercial value is enhanced by modification. In thisstudy, K-N co-doped activated carbon was prepared by using spent tire char as raw material, KOH andmelamine as activator and dopant to enhance CO2 capture. In comparison with traditional process, thereasons for the decrease in specific surface area and pore volume caused by K doped have been identified,and a potential doped mechanism has been proposed. It was determined that pyridine nitrogen in theamino functional group played a key role in CO2 adsorption. Meanwhile, the synergistic intensificationof CO2 adsorption by potassium phenolic and pyridine nitrogen was verified by simplified model simulation. The precise K-N doping significantly intensify the CO2 adsorption capacity of spent tire char from0.45 to 2.60 mmol/g (1 bar, 0℃), an increase of 4.78 times. Thermodynamic studies have demonstratedthat the Langmuir model accurately describes the adsorption process, and the adsorption reaction takesplace spontaneously at temperatures below 80.52 C. This work presents an efficient process for upgradingspent tire char, and a novel method of co-treating waste and CO2.
