본 연구의 목적은 일단위 장기유출량 모의 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 모형을 구성하여 실제유역에 적용하고 그 합리성을 검토 하였다. 제안된 모형은 비선형 중함(lumped)모형이며 준선형화(Quasilinearization)기법에 의해 모형을 검정하였다. 이용된 자료는 금강수계의 하나인 보청천 유역의 강우, 유출 및 증발량 자료이다. This study is aimed to develop a long-term daily runoff simulation model. The model is theoretically constructed and is applied to the practical problems to verify its reasonableness. A lumped, nonlinear model is proposed and is calibrated as quasilinearization procedures. The hydrological data used in the paper are precipitation, runoff, and evaporation records in the Bochong Stream which is one of the tributaries of the Geum River.
DV-Xα 분자궤도법을 이용한 리튬이온 흡착제용 스피넬형 망간산화물의 전자상태에 관한 연구

Discrete-variational(DV)-$X{\alpha}$ method was applied to investigate the electronic structures of spinel- type manganese oxide which is well known to the high performance adsorbent or cathode material for lithium ion. The results of DOS(density of states) and Mulliken population analysis showed that Li was nearly fully ionized and interactions between Mn and O were strong covalent bond. The effective charge of Li and Mn was +0.77 and +1.44 respectively and the overlap population between Mn and O was 0.252 in $LiMn_2O_4$. These results from DV-X$\alpha$ method were well coincided with the experimental result by XPS analysis and supported the feasibility of theoretical interpretation for the $LiMn_2O_4$ compound.
포르말화 폴리비닐 알콜 필름의 수중 연신 구조와 기계적 성질에 관한 연구

The formalized poly(vinyl alcohol)films were uniaxially drawn in water and the following conclusions are drawn on the basis of the experimental results. 1. From the results of toughness test to evaluate the workability of samples, the 7.08 mole % formalized film was the toughest among all samples. 2. The equilibrium swelling time of formalized poly(vinyl alcohol)films in water was 10 min. when it was measured at the drawing condition in water. 3. On the basis of molecular orientation measured, the orientation of crystalline region made a great contribution to the total orientation whereas that of amorphous region showed less then 0.1. 4. Wigh increasing formalization, and the elasticity were increased slightly but the toughness was decreased greatly.

정부일방에만 분담함은 인간이 재해의 위험으로부터 자유로울 수 있는 기한을 지연시키는 결과만 초래하게 될 것이다. 정부와 민간이 공동의 노력을 기울인다면 재해의 위험으로부터 극복할 수 있는 기한을 앞당겨 이끌어 낼 수 있다. 이러한 제도의 도입은 치수사업의 새로운 場을 마련하게 될 수 있을 것이다.
