Background: Primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL) in the terminal ileum and/ or colorectum can be classifi ed endoscopically into protrusion and infi ltrative types. Colonoscopy allows a more direct evaluation of these lesions and a defi nitive biopsy diagnosis before surgical exploration. However, there are few informations regarding colonoscopic fi ndings and their clinical utility. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between initial colonoscopic appearances and therapeutic response after treatment for the tumor. Methods: This was a retrospective study of 23 consecutive patients who were diagnosed with ileocolonic DLBCL with initial colonoscopic fi ndings and treated from June 2009 to July 2014 in Seoul St. Mary`s hospital. We reviewed fi rst complete remission( CR) rate according to their colonoscopic appearances (protrusion and infi ltrative types with or without ulceration) after standard treatment. Results:Twenty-three lesions in 23 patients were endoscopically classifi ed as follows: protrusion(15, 65.2%), infi ltrative(8, 34.8%). All patients underwent curative treatment as follows: chemotherapy only in 13(56.5%), surgical resection with chemotherapy in 8(34.8%) and autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation with chemotherapy in 2(8.7%). Patients with protrusion type showed higher CR rate than patients with infi ltrative type (15/15 [100%] vs 6/8[75%], respectively), but there was no statistically signifi cant difference between two groups(P=0.11). Among 15 patients who achieved CR in protrusion group, 2 patients had fi rst relapse at 2 months after fi rst CR and there was no recurrence in patients with infi ltrative type (median follow-up period [23 months], range 2-56 months). Conclusions:There was no relationship between the colonoscopic appearances and the outcomes of treatment of primary ileocolonic DLBCL.

Design of gas suspension absorber to improve desulfurization efficiency

본 연구에서는 배기가스가 흡수탑으로 균일하게 유입될 수 있도록 가스 부유식 흡수탑의 입구 덕트와 안내깃을 다시 설계하여 탈황효율을 높이고자 한다. 산업용 보일러에서 대기오염 물질의 주 발생원인 중에서 황산화물의 오염물질을 저감하기 위해 기존의 장치를 다시 설계하여 해결하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 가스 부유식 흡수탑 내부에서 배기가스 중에 SOx 성분의 제거효율을 높일 수 있도록 배기가스, 슬러리와 재순환 흡착제가 균일하게 접촉하도록 변경한다. 그리고 보일러 출구에서부터 가스 부유식 흡수탑 출구까지 압력손실에 대한 초기 설계값과 CFD 값을 비교하여 검증한다. 또한 배기가스의 속도분포, 재순환 흡착제 농도분포, 액상 슬러리 거동, 압력손실을 각각 비교하였다. 그 결과는 보일러 출구에서부터 흡수탑 출구까지 압력손실이 감소하고, 배기가스의 편향이 최소화되므로 인해 탈황 효율이 개선되었음을 확인하였다. In this study, the inlet duct and guide vane of the gas floating absorption tower were redesigned to improve the desulfurization efficiency so that the exhaust gas can be uniformly introduced into the absorption tower. In order to reduce the sulfur oxide pollutants among the main sources of air pollutants in industrial boilers, the existing equipment is redesigned and solved. For this purpose, change the exhaust gas, the slurry and recycling the adsorbent to improve the removal efficiency of SOx component in the exhaust gas inside the gas floating absorption tower so as to uniformly contact. And the initial design value and CFD value for the pressure loss from the boiler outlet to the gas floating absorption tower outlet are verified. Also, the velocity distribution of the exhaust gas, the concentration distribution of the recycled adsorbent, the liquid slurry behavior, and the pressure loss were compared. The results confirmed that the desulfurization efficiency was improved because the pressure loss from the boiler outlet to the absorption tower outlet was reduced and the deflection of the exhaust gas was minimized.
SCR 시스템에서 환원제 분사 균일도 개선을 위한 혼합기 설계

In this paper, we propose a method to optimize the geometry and installation position of the mixer in the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system by computational fluid dynamic(CFD). Using the commercial CFD software of CFD-ACE+, the flow dynamics of the flue gas was numerically analyzed for improving the injection uniformity of the reduction agent. Numerical analysis of the mixed gas heat flow into the upstream side of the primary SCR catalyst layer was performed when the denitrification facility was operated. The characteristics such as the flow rate, temperature, pressure loss and ammonia concentration of the mixed gas consisting of the flue gas and the ammonia reducing gas were examined at the upstream of the catalyst layer of SCR. The temperature difference on the surface of the catalyst layer is very small compared to the flow rate of the exhaust gas, and the temperature difference caused by the reducing gas hardly occurs because the flow rate of the reducing gas is very small. When the mixed gas is introduced into the SCR reactor, there is a slight tendency toward one wall. When the gas passes through the catalyst layer having a large pressure loss, the flow angle of the exhaust gas changes because the direction of the exhaust gas changes toward a smaller flow. Based on the uniformity of the flow rate of the mixed gas calculated at the SCR, it is judged that the position of the test port reflected in the design is proper.

멀티데이터베이스를 구축하기 위해서는 전역스키마 (global schema) 구축이 필수적이며, 지역스키마 (local schema) 간 충돌 해결과 스키마 통합 정보는 질의 처리 및 질의 결과를 사용자에게 보여주기 위해 필요하다. 전역스키마 생성 및 충돌 해결 방법은 많이 연구가 되어 왔다. 하지만, 스키마 통합을 위한 정보가 어떻게 표현되고, 어떻게 사용되는지에 대한 연구는 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 지역 스키마와 전역스키마를 XML DTD 및 XML 문서로 표현하고, 이를 이용하여 멀티데이터베이스를 위한 스키마 통합 방법을 제안한다. 스키마 통합 정보와 멀티데이터베이스와 지역데이터베이스들간 데이터 교환을 XML을 이용함으로써 이기종간 데이터 교환이 쉽고 멀티데이터베이스 시스템의 확장 및 다른 시스템으로의 전환이 용이하게 된다.
