There is a problem which is large manpower consumption on contract sweet potato field when measure the soil moisture, control weeds, pests and diseases currently. In addition, serious problems of aging and labor shortage are especially troublesome in domestic rural areas. Therefore, we develop a management system combined sensor, single-chip control module and real-time irrigation module to meet the needs. Throughout the wireless signal transmission, the management of operating system with instant control and output data achieves intelligent control. At present, the system has been able to collect moisture data from field and to do the corresponding treatment immediately. At the same time, upload the data to cloud, then we can monitor field in real-time. With the establishment of the database, we have been to achieve long-term or short-term analysis and management. We really hope that the result can enhance the intelligence of agricultural technology, increase farmers profits, sustain development of agriculture and keep competitiveness.

This paper presents a position tracking control method for a three degree-of-freedom permanent magnet spherical actuator (PMSA). The control method is designed based on a dynamic model of the PMSA with uncertainties including modelling errors and external disturbance. Sliding-mode surface are adopted to restrain and eliminate the efect of external disturbances. To compensate modelling errors, an adaptive law is employed to estimate unknown model parameters so that model information can be updated in real time. By the use of dynamic surface approach, three frst-order flters are introduced to avoid the explosion of derivative terms caused by traditional adaptive backstepping approach. The stability of the closed-loop system using the proposed controller is confrmed through Lyapunov theorem. The test bench consisted of the prototype of PMSA, the host computer, the current controller and the orientation detection device is established for experiments. Simulation and experimental results are provided to validate efectiveness of the proposed method.

Silibinin, a natural flavonoid antioxidant isolated from extracts of the milk thistle herb, has recently been identified as having antihepatotoxic and anticancer properties. In this paper, we investigated the effects of silibinin on behavior and neuroplasticity in mice subjected to chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS). After 5 consecutive weeks of CUMS, the mice were treated with silibinin (100 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg by oral gavage) for 3 consecutive weeks. The results showed that silibinin administration significantly alleviated the CUMS-induced depressive-like behavior, including the total number of squares crossed and the frequency of rearing in the open field test, the immobility time in the tail suspension test and the forced swimming test. Furthermore, silibinin treatment increased the levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), serotonin (5-HT) and norepinephrine (NE) in the prefrontal cortex and hippocampus. Our study provides new insight into the protective effects of silibinin on the depressive status of CUMS mice, specifically by improving neuroplasticity and neurotransmission.

Corrosion of five corundum-mullite aggregates with the same chemical composition and the different pore characteristics andphase compositions by the blast furnace slag were conducted using the static crucible test. Effects of pore characteristics andphase compositions on the slag resistance of the aggregates were investigated through X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanningelectron microscopy (SEM), mercury porosimetry measurement and FactSage® software, etc. It is found that the porecharacteristics and phase compositions strongly affect the slag resistance of the aggregates. With an increase in apparentporosities (1.4-41.6%), the slag penetration and corrosion resistances of aggregates decrease evidently. When the apparentporosities are in the range of 41.6-44.8%, the pore size plays more important role in the penetration resistance than theviscosity of the slag penetrated; the pore size of 2.74 µm can greatly inhibit the slag penetration. Under the conditions of largedifference in the apparent porosities, the phase compositions have little effect on the corrosion resistance; whereas, when theapparent porosities are similar, the higher the corundum content, the higher the corrosion resistance is.

Background: Differentiating morphologic features based on hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining is the most common method to classify pathological subtypes of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, its accuracy and inter-observer reproducibility in pathological diagnosis of poorly differentiated NSCLC remained to be improved. Materials and Methods: We attempted to explore the role of immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining in diagnosing pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma (SQCC) with poorly differentiated features by HE staining or with elevated serum adenocarcinoma-specific tumor markers (AD-TMs). We also compared the difference of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation rate between patients with confirmed SQCC and those with revised pathological subtype. Logistic regression analyses were used to test the association between different factors and diagnostic accuracy. Results: A total of 132 patients who met the eligible criteria and had adequate specimens for IHC confirmation were included. Pathological revised cases in poor differentiated subgroup, biopsy samples and high-level AD-TMs cases were more than those with high/moderate differentiation, surgical specimens and normal-level AD-TMs. Moreover, biopsy sample was a significant factor decreasing diagnostic accuracy of pathological subtype (OR, 4.037; 95% CI 1.446-11.267, p=0.008). Additionally, EGFR mutation rate was higher in patients with pathological diagnostic changes than those with confirmed SQCC (16.7% vs 4.4%, p=0.157). Conclusions: Diagnosis based on HE staining only might cause pathological misinterpretation in NSCLC patients with poor differentiation or high-level AD-TMs, especially those with biopsy samples. HE staining and IHC should be combined as pathological diagnostic standard. The occurrence of EGFR mutations in pulmonary SQCC might be overestimated.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the nutritional content of bullfrog meat from different parts of the animal, including fore-chest, thigh and calf. Bullfrog meat was found to be a rich source of proteins, essential amino acids and minerals, but with a low fat content, compared with other aquatic meat products. There was no significant difference (p>0.05) between thigh and calf in mineral content (K, P, Na, Mg, Ca, Zn, Fe, Cu, and Mn), but the contents of K, P, and Mg were higher in thigh and calf than in the fore-chest (p<0.05). The salt-soluble, water-soluble and insoluble protein bands in sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) electrophoresis, from fore-chest, thigh and calf were similar, with the most abundant bands being 35 kDa (salt-soluble protein), 35-48 kDa (water-soluble protein) and 48 kDa (insoluble protein). The results showed that the insoluble protein content in the fore-chest meat was higher than that in the thigh meat and calf meat, but the salt-soluble protein fraction was the most abundant in thigh meat. These results showed that the nutrients in different parts of bullfrog meat were different.

A liquid chromatography equipped with tandem mass spectrometric method using multistage flow rates was developed for the determination of donepezil in human plasma to support a randomized, crossover bioequivalence (BE) study in which healthy volunteers each received a single oral dose of the reference and test formulations of 10 mg donepezil hydrochloride. This integrated liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) system with electrospray ionization and a deuterium-labeled internal standard (IS) were employed for the positive multiple-reaction-monitoring (MRM) analyses. The baseline separation using a high-resolution monolithic column under gradient and flexible flowrate conditions between donepezil and multiple interfering peaks from the extracted quality control, calibration standard and study plasma samples following simple protein precipitation extraction procedures was accomplished within 1.5 minutes. The ultrafast monolithic column performance in terms of chromatographic separation efficiency, peak asymmetry and resolution and retention time reproducibility was found to be sustainable. The linear dynamic range was detected over a concentration range of 0.2–50 ng/mL. The intra- and inter-day assay accuracy and precision were within 15% for the analyte in individual biological fluids. A positive correlation coefficient (r) greater than 0.995 for donepezil concentrations in study plasma samplers measured by the proposed and the other validated LC-MS/MS methods in support of a bioequivalence study was observed.
Implicit Detection of Hidden Processes with a Local-Booted Virtual Machine
Yan Wen,Huaimin Wang,Jinjing Zhao 보안공학연구지원센터 2008 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.2 No.4
Currently stealth malware is becoming a major threat to the PC computers. Process hiding is the technique commonly used by stealth malware to evade detection by anti-malware scanners. On the defensive side, previous host-based approaches will be defeated once the privileged stealth malware controls a lower reach of the system. The virtual machine (VM) based solutions gain tamper resistance at the cost of losing the OS-level process view. Moreover, existing VM-based approaches cannot introspect the preinstalled OS which is just the protecting concern for PC users. In this paper, we present a new VM-based approach called Libra which accurately reproduces the software environment of the underlying preinstalled OS within the Libra VM and provides an OS-level semantic view of the processes. With our new local-booting technology, Libra VM just boots from the underlying host OS but not a newly installed OS image. Thus, Libra provides a way to detect the existing process-hiding stealth malware in the host OS. In addition, instead of depending on the guest information which is subvertable to the privileged guest malware, Libra adopts a unique technique to implicitly construct the Trusted View of Process List (TVPL) from within the virtualized hardware layer. Our evaluation results with real-world hiding-process rootkits, which are widely used by stealth malware, demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.
