Sella는 오랜 동안 교정학에 있어 필수적인 landmark로서 중요한 위치를 차지해 왔다. 그러나 sella turcica는 그 안에 성장호르몬을 비롯한 많은 중요 호르몬을 분비하는 뇌하수체를 함유하고 있는 구조물로서 sella turcica의 크기는 뇌하수체의 크기를 비교적 정확히 반영한다고 알려져 있다. 따라서 뇌하수체의 크기가 그 기능이 서로 비례한다면 두부방사선 사진에서 관찰되는 sella turcica의 크기와 성장호르몬을 비롯한 여러 뇌하수체 호르몬의 분비 차이에 의한 악골부조화와 이로 인한 Ⅲ급 부정교합과의 상관관계도 의심해 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 50명의 정상교합자 남녀와 50명의 Ⅲ급 부정교합자 남녀를 대상으로 하여 측모 두부방사선사진과 전후방 두부방사선 사진에서 관찰되는 sella turcica의 부피를 구하고 두부방사선 분석을 통해 Ⅲ급 부정교합간의 상관관계를 구하였다. 연구결과 정상교합군보다 Ⅲ급 부정교합군에서 sella turcica의 부피가 유의하게 큰 것으로 나타났으며 (p<0.001), Ⅲ급 부정교합군에서 여성이 남성보다 더 큰 sella turcica 부피를 갖는 것으로 나타났다(P<0.05). 또한 Ⅲ급 부정교합을 반영하는 APDI, ANB, effective mandibular length등의항목에서 sella turcica 부피와 높은 상관관계를 나타냈고 전두개저 길이에 대한 sella turcica 부피의 비를 표시하는 Sella Index는 sella turcica부피자체보다 Ⅲ급 부정교합을 더 정확히 반영하였다. 따라서 악안면 발육에 대한 성장호르몬의 효과나 sella turcica 부피와 뇌하수체 호르몬 분비량과의 관계에 대한 지속적인 연구, sella turcica 부피에 따른 악안면 성장에 대한 장기적인 연구를 바탕으로 Sella Index를 Ⅲ급 부정교합을 예측하는 지표로서 활용할 수 있을 것이다. Sella turcica contains pituitary gland that has influence on craniofacial growth. So, if the volume of sella turcica correlate to the function of pituitary gland, we can assume that the volume of sella turcica in skeletal Class Ⅲ patients has some difference to that of normal occlusion group. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the difference of shape and volume of sella turcica between normal occlusion group and Class Ⅲ patients. The shape of sella turcica was Classified by Inaba method and the volume of sella turcica was measured in lateral and P-A cephalograms by Di Chiro method. To find out the possibility of the volume of sella turcica as diagnostic aid to predict Class Ⅲ growth pattern, the correlation coefficients between the volume of sella and cephalometric variables were calculated. The results were as follows. 1. The volume of sella turcica in Class Ⅲ patients is larger than that of normal occlusion groups 2. The volume of sella turcica in female was larger than that of male in Class Ⅲ patients 3. The volume of sella turcica has close correlation with APDI, ANB, SNA, SNB, ODI, gonial angle, post. cranial base length 4. Sella Index(vloume of sella/ ant. cranial base length) can be a more accurate indicator that represent Class Ⅲ growth pattern that volume of sella itself. 5. The morphologic pattern of sella turcica had no significant difference between two groups.
SB41鋼의 疲勞龜裂成長에 따른 龜裂길이와 速度에 관한 硏究

From an investigation of crack growth behavior through low cycle fatigue experiment on SB41 steel, the following conclusions were obtained: 1) Owing to the decrease of stress amplitude the fatigue life becomes less, and if the repetition number N is 10^4-10^5fhe transition range comes into being and below 5XlO^4 cycle the 1ow cycle breakage occurs. 2) From the relation between the crack growth behavior da/dN and the stress extension computation range △K, the higher the stress ratio R and the attitude of initial crack length are, the more rapidly the growth rate of crack increases. 3) The greater the attitude of initial crack length is, the deeper the repetition phenomenon of ductile fracture and critical crack diffusion are and the more fatigue life decreases.
안양대학교 학생들의 예비부모교육에 관한 인식 조사 : in case of Anyang University Students

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to survey perception for preparent education of prospective parents. Thus, the data were collected from 312 students of Anyang University using a questionnaire and the collected data were analyzed by SAS. Based on the results of this study, following conclusions can be made for developing the preparent educational program of good quality.1) The content of the preparent educational program should include conversation skills among family members and parenting skills.2) The preparent educational program in universities should be given more actively to male students and students who specialize in engineering and social science.
종합억제제의 반응성에 관한 연구 : Mehty1 Methacrylate의 중합 Methy1 Methacrylate Polymerization

The polynuclear aromatic compounds have been used as retarders of the 2,2'-azobi-sisobutyronitrile catalyzed methylmethacrylate polymerization. All retardation experiments were carried out under vacuum with carefully degassed solutions as described in the experimental section. Rates were measured dilatometrically. Three of ten compounds tested had retardation effects. The obtained reactivity data of methylmethacrylate polymerization were examined in the light of Fukui's frontier electron density methods for correlating structure and reactivity. The result were as follows; 1. The k value of Thioxanthem 9-one was the largest. It is considered that the carbonyl group in the Thioxanthene 9-one can be easily attacked by MMA radicals. 2. The number of active site for 2,3-benzanthracene is four and these positions are easily attacked by MMA radical, because its molecular configuration is linear. The compounds not possessing the mesomeric position are not have any retarding effect in MMA polymerization. 4. The S values of the retarders generally denoted the reasonable parallelism with the reactivities of the retarders. The S and S' values of the compounds which have retardation effect are higher than about 1.5 and 0.9 respectively. 5. The reactivity constants(k) of 2,3-benzanthracene and 1,2,5,6-dibenzanthracene are almost equal.
