전자화폐의 화폐.금융론적 과제

본 논문에서는 전자화폐의 보급이 중앙은행과 은행을 통한 결제시스템에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 기초가 되는 화폐론적인 분석과 함께 전자적인 결제수단의 보급이 신용창조와 소비자의 화폐수요에 미치는 영향과 아울러 결제시스템으로서의 은행의 독점적인 지위에의 영향에 대해서 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과로서 전자화폐는 현재로서는 현금과 예금을 완전히 대체할 수 있는 화폐로서가 아니라 어디까지나 현금과 예금에 기초를 두고 있는 결제수단의 하나에 지나지 않는다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 즉 은행부채의 하나의 형태라고 규정지을 수 있다. 따라서 현 발전단계 수준의 전자화폐는 중앙은행의 통화량조절 능력과 은행의 신용창조에 의한 통화창출과 결제시스템으로서의 독점적인 지위에는 그다지 영향을 미치지 않으리라고 판단된다. 향후 전자화폐의 발전에 능동적으로 대처하기 위해서는 전자화폐에 대한 정확한 이해와 함께 현재의 신용제도가 안고 있는 제반 문제를 해결하여야 할 것이다. 특히 전자화폐의 보급으로 통화량의 변동성이 커지게 되므로 통화정책에 있어서는 통화량 관리에 중점을 두기보다는 금리의 기능을 최대한 이용하는 정책으로의 전환이 바람직할 것으로 판단된다.

RFID기반의 자가 혈당측정 시스템의 구현

최근 헬스케어 응용 시스템 중의 하나인 자가 진단 시스템 기술의 연구가 활발하게 이루어져 왔다. 이와 함께 본 연구논문은 PC, RFID, 생체신호측정기와 연동된 자가 혈당측정 시스템 및 사용자가 이해하기 쉬운 인터페이스를 구현하는데 있다. 따라서 PC, RFID, 그리고 생체신호측정 센서와 연동되어 손쉽게 자가진단 데이터를 확보할 수 있도록 디바이스와 PC사이의 통신을 위한 손쉬운 인터페이스 구성과 RFID 태그 및 리더기 통신 상태를 분석, 테스트를 수행했다. 즉, 자가 혈당측정 데이터에 대한 통신 프로토콜 수행(프로토콜 정의에 따른 리퀘스트 및 리스폰스 데이터 분석)으로 연월일, 체온 및 혈당수치, 그리고 혈당체크 시점 등 신뢰성 높은 결과가 출력되었음을 나타내었다. Recently, technology of self diagnosis system which one of health-care has been research very active. With this, In this paper, we have to implement the self-blood sugar measurement system that is interlock with PC, RFID, and Bio-Signal glucose tester and accessible user interface. Therefore the equipments can performs accessible interface composition for communication between devices and PC, analysis and test of communication status of the RFID tag and reader that it easy to obtain the data of self-diagnosis linkage with PC, RFID, and Bio-Signal glucose tester. In other words, as result of communication protocol experiment with self-blood sugar measurement data, it has been showed to display a high-reliability result through year, month, and day, body temperature, and levels and check point of blood glucose.

방산제품 국산화 추진 방안

국산화는 설계나 제조 단계에서만이 아니라 무기 수명의 전체에 걸쳐 소요된느 비용과 장비의 가용시간의 개념에서 파악되어야 한다. 따라서 현재의 국산화율도 관리 항목으로 설정해야 한다. 그래서 국내 개발 뿐만 아니라 기술도입 생산시에도 수리/정비에 대한 요구 수준을 정의하고 그에 맞는 예산을 수립하지 않으면 안 된다. 국내개발이야말로 비용 대 효과가 가장 큰 국산화 방법이며 이 때는 가격대비 국산화율만이 아니라 기수리종속률 개념의 도입으로 기술자립의 대상을 구체적으로 파악하고 국산화의 방향을 정립할 필요가 있다.

방위산업의 현주소와 발전방향

현재 우리 나라의 방위산업이 처해 있는 어려운 상황을 극복하기 위해서는 무엇보다 업체들로 하여금 방위산업 참여에 대한 동기를 부여해 주어야 한다. 또한 디지털 시대에 부합하는 정부의 제도 및 규정 등에 대한 적극적인 개선의지, 방산업체의 자발적인 경영효율화 추진과 글로벌 경쟁력 확보로 국내 방위산업의 분위기를 일대 쇄신하는 노력이 필요하다.

LabView를 이용한 PC기반의 교육용 전력선망 통신 제어시스템 구현

국내 에너지의 30%이상이 조명부문에서 소비되고 있어서 그 소비량과 $CO_2$ 배출량은 점차적으로 늘어날 수밖에 없다. 이와 같은 상황에서 스마트그리드 기반의 전등 제어시스템 구축에는 중요한 의미가 있다. 결과적으로 오늘날 산업현장에서 사용되는 전력선망 통신모뎀과 응용 단말기들을 활용, 본 논문은 PC기반의 전력선망 통신 제어시스템을 구현해봄과 동시에 다양한 통신 테스트 장치 및 도구로 활용하는데 유용할 것이다. 실험을 위해서 사용되는 모뎀은 ZIC 프로토콜 기반의 플래넷 제품을 활용하고 응용프로그램은 랩뷰(LabView)를 사용한다. 그 결과는 주로 저속 전력선 통신에 의한 장치 제어에 초점이 맞추어져 있으며, 전력선 통신 실험을 위한 전력선 통신 테스트 장치로 각종 실험을 수행할 수 있다. In this like situation, control-system construction for street-lamp of a smart grid-based that it has important meaning. Nowadays as a result, as an trying to utilize using Power-line-network communication modem and application a terminal in industrial fields, in this paper, we are want to implement the Power-line-network communication control system of PC-based. Therefore it will be use varied communication test-equipment and tools through the system. For experimentation, using the MODEM was able to use Planet production of based on the ZIC protocol and then the application program use the LabView. The result is primarily focused on equipments control by the PLC, and that we are able to perform each test with PLC equipment for experiment it.

기술중시 경영을 통한 방산 기술자립 조기실현의 당면과제

방산기술 자립을 위해서는 정부와 업체의 효과적인 역할분담이 절실히요구되고 있습니다. 먼저 정부는 방위산업에 대한 활성화 대책 수립과 업체주도 연구개발체제의 조기 정착및 확대, 기술개발제품의 양산사업 보장과 함께 종합군수지원(ILS)의 중요성에 대한 재인식이 요구되고있습니 다. 또한 업체는 장기적 차원에서 핵심 기술 확보전략을 수립 하고, 장기적 안목의 기술인력 확보, 양성에 주력해야 하겠으며, 방산시장의 한계 극복을 위한 수요창출 노력을 다각적으로 전개해 나가야 하겠습니다

농부중의 정신적 원인에 대한 연구

Backgrounds : There has been many studies investigating the causes of farmers' syndrome. In some studies, psychologic stress is related to farmer's syndrome. And the diagnostic criteria of farmer's syndrome is similar to those of generalized anxiety disorder. So we carried out this study to investigate the psychiatric causes of farmers' syndrome. Methods : This study was done in some rural and urban areas of Kyoungsangnam Province, July, August, October and November of 1996. Those who came to free medical service and completed interview, medical examination and laboratory examination and 20-59 years old were 150 persons. And those who came to health center for health examination and completed only interview and 20-59 years old were 94 persons. The questionnaire was composed of sociodemographic factors, health risk factors, farmer's syndrome, work load, BEPSI(inventory to measure stress), Spielberger's state-trait anxiety inventory, self-rating depression scale. To examine statistical significance, we used X2-test, Mantel-Haenszel test for linear association, t-test, ANCOVA, correlation, multiple regression, logistic regression. Results : The prevalence of farmer's syndrome, adjusted for age and sex with population of Kyungsangnam Province of 1993 was 208 per 1,000(90 per 1,000 in men and 329 per 1,000 in women). In bivariate analysis, farmer's syndrome was significantly related to age, sex, job, income, smoking, alcohol drinking, work load, BEPSI, state anxiety, trait anxiety, depression, body mass index, Hwa-Byung, hypertension, anemia. However, when age and sex were adjusted, job was not significantly related to farmer's syndrome. The score of farmer's syndrome was significantly related to age, sex, work load, BEPSI, trait anxiety by multiple regression. Farmer's syndrome was significantly related to increasing age(odd ratio 1.079, 95% C.I. 1.060 - 1.099), sex(odds ratio of male 0.434, 95% C.I. 0.349 - 0.540), and BEPSI(odds ratio 1.231, 95% C.I. 1.148 - 1.320) by logistic regression. Results of logistic regression analysis of the component symptoms of farmer's syndrome were as follows. Shoulder stiffness was significantly related to increasing age, female sex and BEPSI. Lumbago was significantly related to increasing age, female sex and trait anxiety. Numb limbs and nocturia was significantly related to increasing age and female sex. Breathlessness was significantly related to work load, sleeplessness was significantly related to depression, dizziness was significantly related to job and state anxiety, and abdominal fullness was significantly related to female sex. Conclusion : Farmers' syndrome was related to work load, but was more related to psychiatric factors such as BEPSI and trait anxiety. And the occupation was not risk factor of farmers' syndrome in this study, so further study is needed to investigate the cause of farmers' syndrome.
