        남산의 소나무림, 신갈나무림, 아까시나무림의 낙엽생산과 토양유기탄소 동태

        남산의 소나무림, 신갈나무림 그리고 아까시나무림에서 2008년 1월부터 2009년 12월까지의 월별 낙엽생산량과 토양의 유기탄소량을 조사하였다. 소나무림은 2008년과 2009년 모두 10월에 낙엽생산량이 가장 많았으며, 2008년 1월과 2009년 12월에 낙엽생산량이 가장 적었다. 신갈나무림은 2008년과 2009년 모두 11월에 낙엽생산량이 가장 많았으며, 2월에 낙엽생산량이 가장 적었다. 아까시나무림은 2008년 11월과 2009년 10월에 낙엽생산량이 가장 많았으며, 2008년 1월과 2009년 12월에 낙엽생산량이 가장 적었다. 이것은 한반도 중부에서 상록성의 소나무림이 낙엽성의 참나무숲 보다 더 일찍 낙엽이 진다는 것을 의미한다. 소나무림과 신갈나무림, 아까시나무림의 2년 평균의 낙엽생산량은 7.07, 6.36, 5.02 ton ha-1로 소나무가 가장 많았다. 소나무림과 신갈나무림, 아까시나무림의 2년 평균의 토양유기탄소량은 76.2, 68.6, 72.5 ton C ha-1로 소나무림에서 가장 많았다. 이처럼 소나무숲에서 높게 나타난 것은 남산에서 신갈나무나 아까시나무를 벌목하여 임목밀도가 줄었기 때문이다. The objective of this study was to estimate dynamics of litter production and soil organic carbon of Pinus densiflora forest, Quercus mongolica forest, and Rhobina pseudo-acasia forest at Mt. Nam as a part of Korea National Long-Term Ecological Research (KNLTER) from 2008 to 2009. Litter production of P. densiflora forest was the highest in October 2008, 2009 and the lowest in January 2008 and December 2009. Litter production of Q. mongolica forest was the highest in November and the lowest in February in 2008 and 2009. Litter production of R. pseudo-acacia forest was the highest in November in 2008 and October in 2009 and the lowest in January in 2008 and December in 2009. It means that leaves of P. densiflora forest shed earlier than deciduous oak forests in Korean central region. An average of litter production for 2 years was 7.07, 6.36, 4.66 ton ha-1 in P. densiflora forest, Q. mongolica forest, R. psuedo-acacia forest, respectively. An average of soil organic carbon matter for 2 years was 88.3, 76.5, 84.2 ton ha-1 in P. densiflora forest, Q. mongolica forest, R. psuedo-acacia forest, respectively.

        This study aims to analyze characteristics, problems and solutions of performance appraisal system of the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). Regulations and statistical data of KAIST performance appraisal system of employees except faculty members are analyzed, and all the target group members are surveyed. Some of them are selected for in-depth interview. Major problems found in this study are as follows: lack . of connection between performance appraisal system and organizational strategic development plans including overall human resource management system, lack of operational definition of evaluation factors and criteria, confusion in contents among evaluation factors, irrational weight distribution among evaluation factors, individual-focused performance appraisal where cooperative team efforts are neglected, subjective evaluation, and prohibition of disclosing results of appraisal to the rates. These problems are identified to be a main cause for a high level of dissatisfaction of employees with performance appraisal system. Based on the above-mentioned problems, a variety of recommendations are suggested to improve the KAIST performance appraisal system.

        개선된 사람 혈장중 세파클러 농도 정량법을 이용한 세파클러 캡슐의 생체이용률 측정

        After establishing improved HPLC analytical method ofcefaclor in human plasma samples, a bioavailability study of cefaclor capsules was conducted according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The standard calibration curve using an HPLC with UV detector was constructed in a range of 0.0324--16 μg/m1. The 6% perchloric acid instead of 6% trichloroacetic acid was used to precipitate plasma protein. The HPLC chromatograms were precisely and accurately resolved when spiked with human plasma spiked with cefaclor and cephalexin (internal standard). Twenty healthy male Korean volunteers received two commercial cefaclor capsules, Neocef ' capsule (Jinyang Pharm. Co., Ltd) or Ceclor" capsule {Lilly Korea. Co., Ltd.) at the 250 mg cefaclor in a 2 x 2 crossover study. There was a one-week washout period between the doses. Plasma concentrations of cefaclor were monitored for 8 hours after oral drug administration. AUC, the area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to 8 hr (13 points), was calculated by the linear trapezoidal rule method. C,,,a" (maximum plasma drug concentration) and Tmax (time to reach Cma,) were compiled from the plasma concentration-time data. Analysis of variance was carried out using logarithmically transformed AUC, and Cmax. No significant sequence effect was found for all of the bioavailability parameters indicating that the cross-over design was properly performed. The 90% confidence intervals of the AUC, ratio and the Cmax ratio for Neocer/Ceclor" were 0.9049 S S < 1.0304 and 0.9776 5 S 1.226, respectively. These values were within the acceptable bioequivalence intervals of 0.80-1.25. Thus, our study demonstrated the bioequivalence of Neocef"/Ceclor" with respect to the extent of absorption.

        (Pb,La)TiO_3/LiTaO_3/(Pb,La)TiO_3 다층 강유전 박막을 이용한 초전형 적외선 센서

        초전형 적외선 센서를 제작하기 위하여 rf 마그네트론 스퍼터링법으로 (Pb,La)TiO_3(PLT)/LiTaO_3(LTO)/PLT 강유전 박막을 증착한 후 급속 열처리하여 열처리 온도와 시간에 따른 결정성을 조사하였다. 강유전 박막의 C축 배향도에 따른 비유전율 및 유전손실을 측정하고 C축 배향도가 가장 큰 강유전 박막으로 제작된 센서에 대해 초전계수를 측정하여 센서의 전압응답에 대한 성능지수(F_V)와 감도에 대한 성능지수(F_D)를 구하였다. 얻어진 F_V, F_D는 각각 6.15×10 exp (-10) C · cm/J, 1.98×10 exp (-8) C · cm/J였다. For fabrication of the pyroelectric IR sensor (Pb,La)TiO_3(PLT)/LiTaO_3(LTO)/PLT ferroelectric thin films was deposited by rf magnetron sputtering followed by rapid thermal annealing and the crystallinity as a function of annealing temperature and time was investigated. Permittivity and dielectric loss factor of ferroelectric thin films as a function of c-axis preffered orientation was measured. Also pyroelectric coefficient of ferroelectric thin films with largest c-axis preffered orientation was measured and obtain figure of merit of voltage response(F_V) and detectivity(F_D). In this case F_V, F_D was 5.63×10 exp (-10) C · cm/J, 1.98×10 exp (-8) C · cm/J, respectively.

      • [논문]대학캠퍼스에 대한 시각적 특성 및 정서적 평가

        장소는 장소를 이용하는 이용자들로 하여금 어떠한 의미를 부여하는가,즉 장소성에 따라 그 장소의 존속과 활성화를 가져올 수 었다. 따라서 모든 장소는 장소성을 창출할 수 있는 방향으로 개선되어야 하며,이는 장소에 대한 개발계획에서 중요시 다루어져야 할 부분이다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 부산대학교 부산캠퍼스에 대해 캠퍼스의 주이용자인 재학생들이 느끼는 시각적 · 정서적 평가를 분석하여 캠퍼스 환경에 대한 인지 및 개선방안을 탐구한다. 분석결과에 따르면, 11 개의 시각적 특성변수와 정서적 평가 변수는 홍미성,안정성,식별성,혼잡성,특이성 5개의 요인으로 축약되었는데,캠퍼스 환경 중 가장 흥미성과 안정성,특이성을 유발하고 있는 장소는 운죽정,조각공원,대운동장과 같은 오픈스페이스인 것으로 나타났다.

        Glomus Tumor of the Duodenum

        Glomus tumor is a benign tumor derived from the vascular wall of the arteriovenous anastomosis complex. Glomus tumors in the gastrointestinal tract are rare, especially those in the duodenum. Most gastrointestinal glomus tumors are found incidentally on endoscopy during routine health checkup and sometimes because of bleeding. We experienced a case of duodenal glomus tumor diagnosed after surgical resection of an incidental subepithelial tumor in the duodenum. Herein, we report the characteristic endoscopic ultrasonography, contrast-enhanced CT, and histopathological findings of duodenal glomus tumor.

        Effects of Storage Buffer and Temperature on the Integrity of Human DNA

        In this study, we have examined the effects of the storage time and temperature on DNA quality and have also studied the effects of the hydration buffer in which DNA is dissolved. This study was performed using 160 human blood samples collected with informed consent from 2007 to 2008 in the hospital where this cohort study was performed. The DNA extracted was dissolved using distilled water (DW) or Tris-EDTA (TE) buffer, and stored in the deep freezer or refrigerator for up to 10 weeks at -70℃, -20℃, 4℃, and 25℃, respectively. DNA integrity was determined by the degree of smearing of DNA on the gel. After four weeks, all of the 20 DNA samples dissolved in DW and stored at 25℃ were entirely degraded. After 10 weeks, 6 of the 20 DNA samples dissolved in TE buffer and stored at 25℃ were fairly degraded, and 4 of the 20 DNA samples dissolved in DW and stored at 4℃ were fairly degraded. The 20 DNA samples dissolved in TE buffer and stored at 4℃ were stable for 10 weeks. DNA samples stored at -20℃ and -70℃ did not appear to degrade in either DW or TE buffer, even at the 10-week point. We suggest that TE buffer should use for DNA elution, in order to protect against degradation and to preserve DNA for a long period of time, and the samples should be stored at -20℃ or -70℃.

        경기예측 지표를 도입한 사업성 평가모델 구축

        Notwithstanding the importance of real estate business cycle indicators in real-estate valuation and models of housing project feasibility, there is still a dearth of academic research and practical methodologies in this area. Feasibility valuation models in prior studies, particularly on domestic housing projects, have not fully considered various economic factors including real-estate policies, supply and demand, location, price and nearby convenience facilities, etc. Consequently, existing valuation models have not been satisfactory in practice because they fail to take into account such significant factors. This paper proposes a quantitative feasibility model which incorporates business cycle forecasting indicators. As a proxy for business cycle indicators, we calculated the BSI (Business Survey Index) ratio which is a modified index of business cycle indicators released by Kookmin Bank. Using this proxy, we analyzed 22 actual housing projects in the Korean domestic market. Empirical results of this new model show stronger correlations with realized feasibilities, with a lead time of 1~6 months. Furthermore, the feasibility model with BSI ratio surpasses models lacking business cycle indicators and has a better Adj R 2 and RMSE. This study hopes to contribute to the literature by providing empirical proof that evaluation models with business cycle indicators can be useful for increasing forecasting accuracy. Also we hope that these findings will prove useful in the development of practical evaluation methodologies for housing project feasibility.
