SCM415 alloy was implanted with nitrogen ions using plasma source ion implantation(PSII), at a dose range of 1×10 to 6×10¹?N?㎝?². Auger electron spectrometry(AES) was used to investigate the depth profile of the implanted layer. Friction and wear tests were carried out on a block-on-ring wear tester. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) was used to observe the micro-morphology of the worn surface. The results revealed that after being implanted with nitrogen ions, the frictional coefficient of the surface layer decreased, and the wear resistance increased with the nitrogen dose. The tribological mechanism was mainly adhesive, and the adhesive wear tended to become weaker oxidative wear with the increase in the nitrogen dose. The effects were mainly attributed to the formation of a hard nitride precipitate and a supersaturated solid solution of nitrogen in the surface layer.
국내 온라인 기술시장에서 기술공급자의 기술 활용전략에 관한 실증 연구

온라인 기술시장은 기술거래에서 발생하는 거래비용을 낮춰줌으로써 기술공급자에게 기술을 외부적으로 활용할 기회를 제공할 것으로 기대된다. 이 논문은 온라인 기술시장의 존재가 기술공급자의 기술활용 전략에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 국내 온라인 기술시장 중 국가기술은행에 공급된 특허기술을 대상으로, 기술공급 기업이 온라인 기술시장에 제공하는 기술의 특성과 해당기업들이 보유하고 있는 특허기술의 특성을 비교하는 실증분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기술공급 기업이 온라인 기술시장에 제공하는 기술의 특성이 진부화된 특허, 기술공급자의 특허활동이 활발하지 않은 비핵심 기술영역의 특허, 청구항수와 발명자수가 많은 특허인 것을 보여준다. 이와 같은 결과는 온라인 기술시장이 기술공급 기업들이 내부적으로 사용하지 않는 기술의 활용을 가능하게 하는 역할을 하고 있음을 의미한다. Online technology markets are expected to provide technology suppliers with opportunities of external technology exploitation by reducing the transaction costs caused from technology transactions. This study empirically analyzes the characteristics of patents provided to the online technology market in order to identify the influences of the existence of online technology market on the patent exploitation strategy of technology suppliers. A sample of patent database is drawn from the National Technology Bank which was established as a public online market for technology. Main findings are that the propensity of patents offered to the online marketplace is higher in the cases where the patents are obsolescent, are non-core, and that consist of more claims and inventors. Through the findings of this study the existence of online technology market is identified to enable the external exploitation of firms' non-used technologies.
