Diesel engines emit PM and NOx during combustion. This is the main culprit of fine dust, which seriously affects the atmospheric environment. In particular, large-sized diesel vehicles over 3.5 tons emit a greater amount of pollutants because of their large displacement. The occurrence of vehicle abnormalities in this large-scale diesel vehicle causes even greater problems in the atmospheric environment. It was confirmed that there were many problems caused by natural regeneration DPF among large-sized diesel vehicles. Therefore, the most effective maintenance plan is suggested.

This paper reports a “2D” cell experiment platform which can independently control the dosage of two different drugs simultaneously in a discrete manner. While the typical microfluidic devices could control the concentration of only one chemical, lacking a multi-dimensional experiment ability, our device can control two different concentrations of chemicals with independent micro dispenser modules. The dispenser is based on the surface tension effect and the vent channel design. The feasibility is tested with EGFP-expressed E.coli and two different antibiotics. The result is well agreed with accepted observations; More E.coli is killed at higher doses of antibiotic. This platform will find its application in cocktail drug developing and stem cell differentiation experiment.

This study aimed to provide a theoretical framework for the validation of KSL speaking assessment using the argument-based approach. As outline of the model for the validation process, the argument-based approach to validity as presented by Michael Kane was evaluated. The argument-based approach provides a framework for test score interpretation; its use is supported by appropriate and validated evidence. Based on Kane’s test validation approach, which constructed the claim and assumption of inferential processes, the argument-based approach described the assessment validation procedure into interpretive argument and validity argument. The validation of KSL speaking assessment using the argument-based approach was designed to support claims on the intended purposes of the assessment. This study presented each model of interpretive argument related to KSL speaking assessment for summative and high-stakes proficiency assessments.

천록은 임금이 선정을 베풀 때 나타나며 벽사의 기능을 가진 신수로서 경복궁의 나쁜 기운을 막아주는 역할을 위해 영제교 호안석축 위에 자리 잡게 되었다. 이 상은 이덕무와 유득공 등18세기문집 등의 기록으로 보아 조선 전기에 제작되었고, 임진왜란 때 훼손되지 않고 남아 있었던 것으로 보인다. 하지만 각 상들에서 보이는 기법차이가 양식의 차이로 느껴질 만큼 큰 차이를 보이고 있어 조선시대 왕릉과 동물상과의 비교하여 영제교 천록상의 양식편년을 새롭게 시도해보고자 하는 것이 본고의 의도였다. 영제교 천록상은 각기 다른 표정으로 금천을 바라보고 있는 모습이 매우 사실적으로 조각되었고, 낮게 엎드려 금천을 내려다보고 있는 반원형의 자세가 매우 유연하여 생동감이 느껴진다. 얼굴은 원형이며 눈은 동그랗게 튀어나왔고, 눈동자를 다시 선각하였다. 코는 과장되지 않고 묵직하게 조각되었고, 뺨에 양감을 주어 도드라지게 표현하였다. 머리와 다리 갈기는 바람에 날리듯 자연스럽게 조각하였고 몸통의 비늘은 입체감을 극대화시켜 표현하는 등 조선 전기의 특징을 보인다. 하지만 북서 천록상은 조선 전기의 특징을 보이던 다른 상들과는 달리 세장한 양감, 장식화ㆍ경직화의 심화, 부자연스러운 자세 등의 세부표현에 있어서 조선 후기의 특징을 보여 경복궁이 재건되는 고종연간에 제작된 작품으로 추정할 수 있었다. 영제교 천록상은 도상의 독창성과 각 상에 보이는 천진난만한 표정 등은 조선시대 미감을 충실히 반영한 작품으로 조선시대 동물상 중 최고의 작품으로 여겨진다. Tianlu 天祿 (Kr. cheollok) is a mythical animal that is believed to appear when the king wellgoverns the state. For apotropaic purposes, a pair of tianlu was sculpted on top of the stone revetment of the Yeongjegyo Bridge in Gyeongbokgung Palace. Although some eighteenthcentury literary works by Yi Deok-mu and Yu Deuk-gong tells they were sculpted in the early Joseon period and survived the Japanese invasion of 1597, the production techniques of two figures contrast so drastically to a degree of stylistic differences. Hence, an attempt was made to revise the date of the tianlu figures through a comparative stylistic analysis with other animal figures in the Joseon royal tombs. The tianlu figures on the Yeongjegyo Bridge are realistically carved with semicircular, crouching postures that runs fluid with vitality and different facial expressions gazing at the Geumcheon stream. One presents the characteristics of the early Joseon period: a round face with circular protruding eyes with pupils carved in relief, a nose carved with an unexaggerated sense of weight, and voluminous cheeks. Its long hair on the head and the legs are carved naturally as if blowing in the wind and the scales are carved with a maximized three-dimensional effect. However, the other one at the northwest displays the characteristics of the late Joseon sculpture in its details: a modest sense of volume, increased stylistic decoration and rigidity, and the unnatural posture. The analysis suggests the latter piece’s production period during the reconstruction of Gyeongbokgung Palace in the nineteenth century.

Crash analysis using computer simulation is the significantly economic method to save time and money as compared with sled test. But this analysis is able to make an interpretative problem different from reality by a few of unconsidered factors. So this study is to be able to analyze a more accurate car crash applying to air flow movement that had not been considered before. It is assumed that is different characteristics on condition and It is designed a system of impact experiment of car seat foam considering air flow movement within the foam and pre-strain. This system enables control of pre-strain using electro-magnetic impactor, determination of air flow movement within the foam using punching plate and flow control sensor. It is differ on condition of maximum impact load on the foam, a kind of cover of foam, quantity of pre-strain so as to figure out air flow movement by seat foam used back and cushion by vehicle type. As result, it is observed that maximum load by voltage of electro-magnetic impactor seems repetitiveness of replays on the experiment and that air flow movement from seat foam is belched symmetrically by holes’ position of punching plate. If it is verified additional study on characteristics of seat foam varied by different air flow movement from seat foam, it is able to analyze of car crash using computer simulation more like a reality.
