        <B>Graphic Abstract</B> <P>The cover shows an image of fully rollable transparent nanogenerators synthesized using chemical vapor deposition grown large-scale graphene sheets as transparent electrodes and piezoelectric ZnO nanorod arrays. Sang-Woo Kim, Jae-Young Choi, and co-workers report on p. 2187 the electrical and structural stability of the nanogenerators, with excellent charge scavenging performance under external mechanical loads such as bending and rolling.         상업지역 야간경관조명에 대한 인식 및 개선방안

        1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The aim of this study is to analyze cognition and the function of the lighting at night in Business district, then suggest the improvements in Gwang-ju Metropolitan Area. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This studies surveyed typical business district in Gwang-ju Metropolitan Area : Sang-moo district, Chum-dan district and Gum-ho district. (3) First, the general cognitions of the business streets are not good in Business district respectively. There are not any special quality in sample areas, but Interest of the lighting for the areas is high. Second, the main functions of the lighting at night in Business district is to promote the advertisement effects. At sang-moo and chum-dan district the lighting at night enhance the special quality and the image. Study shows that important factors of the lightning at night is the color of the lighting type, the design of the lightning type and the size of the lighting type. The reflection of the districts's character, the harmony of the streets, and attraction of attention are similar by gender and ages, but make a difference by scholarship. Third, the subjective notions about the bright, strong and clear color of lights is more obvious at downtown business district than a subcenter of a metropolis business district and local district. And the subjective notions about the type and the contents of lights are different. At last, the disorder of the lighting at night like as glitter of the lights and confusion of the types reduce the image, consistency and unity of the business streets. Therefore, to improve the special quality and urban landscapes at night, we propose to make a limitation of the number, color, type of the lights. 2. RESULTS To summarise the study, findings indicated that the notions and interest of the lighting and landscape at night are increase. It show that we need to limit the number, color, type of the lights in Gwang-ju to improve the special quality and urban landscapes at night in business district.

      • 中國 WTO加入이 中國會計環境에 미치는 影響

        본 논문의 목적은 WTO 가입이 중국회계환경에 미치는 영향을 통하여 회계시장과 회계제도가 WTO 가입 이후에 받게 될 충격과 이를 극복하기 위한 방안을 제시함으로써 중국회계제도 개혁의 발전방향을 연구하고 이로써 한국기업의 중국진출에 도움을 주려는 데 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 중국 WTO 가입이 회계환경에 미치는 영향과 대책을 분석하고 국제회계기준과의 비교를 통하여 중국회계제도의 발전방향을 체계적이고 이론적으로 제시한 연구이다. This paper's purpose is to analyze the impact and to get corresponding ways for Chinese accounting system after China will join WTO. In addition, this paper foresee the development direction of Chinese accounting system, and this is a theoretical research paper. Accounting system reform has significant meaning for socialist market economy. If we don't actively carry out this research, we can't effectively forecast Chinese economic development and get correct means. The meaning of this paper lies in : 1. In theoretical aspect: This paper forecast the development direction and course of Chinese accounting system And observe economic development and prospect. 2. In practical aspect : Between China and South Korea, if we ignore or misunderstand accounting system of both side, we will get great loss. Even thought Chinese corporations limited is using this system, we believe all of Chinese companies put into effect. On the foundation of this research, I want to study on Chinese enterprise accounting principals and audit system, and research Chinese economic development and influence in the future, especially after joining WTO.

      • 작약의 RAPD 분석을 위한 PCR 최적조건 구명

        To optimize the PCR condition is one of the most important steps for RAPD analysis. The purpose of this study was to optimize PCR condition in Paeonia. 3×3×3 factorial experiment for template DNA concentration, MgCl2 concentration, and amount of taq polymerase was conducted. Another factorial experiment for reaction temperature(denature, annealing, and extension) was also conducted. The most appropriate template DNA concentration was 60ng. Clear bands were observed from 2.5mM and 4.5mM of MgCl2 if template DNA concentration and amount of taq polymerase were proper. Amount of taq polymerase for the optimal PCR condition was 0.5unit and 1unit. In the consideration of results from template DNA concentration, MgCl2 concentration, and amount of taq polymerase, 4 conditions (60ng of template DNA, 2.5mM MgCl2 and 0.5unit taq polymerase; 60ng of template DNA, 4.5mM MgCl2 and 0.5unit taq polymerase; 60ng of template DNA, 4.5mM MgCl2 and lunit taq polymerase; and 40ng of template DNA, 4.5mM MgCl2 and 1unit taq polymerase) were best combinations for the optimal PCR condition. Reaction temperature for the optimal PCR condition was 92℃, 36℃, 72℃.

      • 공초점 표면 증강 라만 분광법을 이용한 금 나노 입자의 시그널 증폭 효과

        본 연구에서는 고감도 나노-바이오 프로브로 이용하기위한 25-100nm 크기의 다양한 금나노 입자들을 제조하였다. 제작된 금 나노입자의 크기는 특성적인 UV/Vis 흡수 밴드를 이용하여 확인하였으며, 제조된 25-100 nm 직경 크기의 나노 입자에 10^(-8)M의 라만 활성 염료 (crystal violet)을 흡착시켜 서로 다른 크기의 나노 입자에 흡착된 시료의 라만 시그널 증폭효과를 관측하였다. 그 결고,785nm diode laser를 사용하였을 경우 70 nm 크기의 금 나노입자에대하여 가장 크 시그널 증폭효과가 확인되었다. 또한 시료가 흡착된 금 나노입자를 다시 은 나노 입자로 coating하였을 경우 더 큰 시그널 증폭 효과가 관측되었다. Different sizes of gold nano particles in the 25-100 nrn range were prepared by the citrate reduction method. These gold nano particles have a strong potential to be used as highly sensitive nano-bio probes. The particle size was identified using their characteristic UV/Vis absorption bands. In order to find a size-dependent Raman enhancement effect, 10^(-8) M of crystal violet was adsorbed on different sizes of gold nano particles. Confocal Raman microscopy is used to investigate the optical signal enhancement effect. When 785 nm diode laser was used as an excitation source, the 70 nm size of gold shows the best signal enhancement effect. Furthermore, it shows a better signal enhancement effect when the gold nano particles are coated with silver nano particles.

        The object of this study was to optimize PCR condition for RAPD analysis in adzuki bean. The best template DNA concentration was 20ng(0.25unit taq polymerase and 2.5mM MgCl2), 40ng(1unit taq polymerase and 2.5mM MgCl2, 1unit taq polymerase and 4.5mM MgCl2 and lunit taq polymerase and 7.0mM MgCl2), and 60ng(0.5unit taq polymerase and 2.5mM MgCl2, 0.5unit taq polymerase and 4.5mM MgCl2, 1unit taq polymerase and 2.5mM MgCl2, and 1unit taq polymerase and 4.5mM MgCl2) The best MgCl2 concentration was 2.5mM(40ng template DNA and 1unit taq polymerase, 60ng template DNA and 0.5unit taq polymerase, and 60ng template DNA and 1unit taq polymerase), 4.5mM(20ng template DNA and 0.25unit taq polymerase, 60ng template DNA and 0.5unit taq polymerase, and 60ng template DNA and 1unit taq polymerase), and 7.0mM(40ng template DNA and 1unit taq polymerase). Amount of taq polymerase was 0.25unit(20ng template DNA and 2.5mM MgCl2), 0.5unit(60ng template DNA and 2.5mM MgCl2, 60ng template DNA and 4.5mM MgCl2) and 1unit(40ng template DNA and 2.5mM MgCl2, 40ng template DNA and 4.5mM MgCl2, 40ng template DNA and 7.0mM MgCl2, 60ng template DNA and 2.5mM MgCl2, 60ng template DNA and 4.5mM MgCl2, and 60ng template DNA and 7.0mM MgCl2). When we consider results from template DNA concentration, MgCl2 concentration, and amount of taq polymerase, the best condition for PCR optimization was 60ng template DNA, 4.5mM MgCl2, and 1unit taq polymerase. Reaction temperatures for the optimal PCR condition were 84℃, 32℃, 62℃; 90℃, 40℃, 72℃; and 92℃, 36℃, 72℃.

      • VDSL채널에서 정규화된 MMA 방법을 이용한 블라인드 적응 등화 기법

        VDSL technology can transmit data at rate of 10-50Mbps over a twisted-pair copper telephone loops. Therefore, one of VDSL core technology is channel equalizer. Because one of the most damaging impairments is linear distortion introduced by cable and RF interference. An adaptive equalizer needs to be trained before reliable transfer of information can be achieved. This can be done in two main ways. One way is to using priori known training sequence. The ocher way is not to using training sequence. This type of initial training of an equalizer is called blind equalization. Blind equalization provide bandwidth-efficient schemes. In this paper we propose dual mode SCS(Soft Constraint Satisfaction)-Multimodulus algorithm derived from the combination of SCS algorithms and decision-directed algorithm. This algorithms provide fast convergence speed and robustness. Using MATLAB, we investigate the performance of dual made SCS-MMA over VDSL test loops.

      • ADSL을 위한 전화선로의 특성분석 및 등화기 설계

        In this paper, we evaluate transmission channel characteristics of telephone cable to be used in general. First, we measured the impedances of open and short circuits in order to obtain the RLCG parameters per unit length of transmission line. And we obtained the frequency-dependent transfer function and propagation constant for transmission line using these values. The channel impulse response is derived from the inverse Fourier of transfer function. We design channel equalizer for ADSL(Asymmetrical Digital Subscriber Line) using the measured impulse response of channel. The results shows that the transfer characteristics decrease sharply according to the length of transmission line. Finally, we verify efficacy of the proposed method by means of simulation.

      • 특정적 광과민성 피부증상 없이 우울증으로 입원한 전신성 홍반성 낭창 1례

        We experienced a 22-years-old female patient with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) who was admitted with major depressive disorder symptoms such as a depressive mood, loss of appetite, weight loss, insomnia, and fatigue. She did not show any characteristic photosensitive cutaneous symptoms of SLE when she came to the hospital. Antidepressants and psychotherapy under hospitalization did not show any improvements in her depressive symptoms. Her past history revealed Raynaud's phenomenon and arthralgia, leukopenia, normochronic normocytic anemia and elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate were detected on her routine laboratory examinations. We considered an autoimmune connective tissue disease and performed specific hematologic and immunologic tests. We confirmed that her systemic symptoms and results of specific tests were fitted to a case of SLE, so we started prednisolone medication. After treating the patient with prednisolone for 2 weeks, her psychiatric and systemic symptoms of SLE were improved. We concluded that psychiatrists have to pay attention to SLE that can manifest depressive symptoms without characteristic photosensitive cutaneous symptoms of SLE.
