갱년기 증상의 척도로서의 심박 변이도의 활용에 관한 연구

Purpose: To investigate relation between Heart rate variability(HRV) and Kupperman`s index. Methods: From 2004, 3, 15 to 2004, 4, 10, a total 18 female patients(age 40-61) was recruited. but 2 patients was excluded. one was under hormone raplacement therapy, the other was under drug treatment. We measured patient`s HRV by SA-2000E(Medicore Co., Ltd., Korea), and they fulfilled kupperman`s index and qustionnaire. Results: The mean age of patient was 50.13±5.78 years. 6 of 16 patients was menopause, 12 of 16 patients had menstruation. half of 16 patients had a understanding about climacteric syndrome. Investigating relation between HRV and kupperman`s index, kupperman`s index had positive correlation with heart rate significantly. Kupperman`s index had negative correlation with SDNN significantly. Kupperman`s index had negative correlation with RMS-SD significantly. Conclusion: In this study, we presented relation between HRV and kupperman`s index. Furthermore, large scale study is required.

Purpose: We aim to research the difference of abdominal temperature in dysmenorrhea patients comparing with that of normal person. Metholds: We selected the 49 dismenorrhea patients as study group and 54 normal persons as control group, excluding the patients who have dermatitis, ared over 70 or under 10. and have extreme obesity. We compared the 4 points(Rt and Lt Gimun(LR14) and Guirae(ST29)) in thd abdomen of both group, check the temperature of those points with DITI(Dorex, DTI-16UTI) to compare the temperature difference with each other. For statistics, we use independent T-test, SPSS 8.0 for windows. Results: The temperature difference between Rt and Lt Gimun which are in upper abdomen shows statistically significant result in study group. Conclusion: The dysmenorrhea patients show larger temperature difference between Rt and Lt points in upper abdomen than normal persons. In lower abdomen, the temperature between control and study group shows little difference.

Purpose: This study was performed to find differerces between postmenopausal and premenopausal women on HRV and DITI. Methods: 26 postmenopausal women(mean age${\pm}$SD, $50.96{\pm}2.75$) and 26 premenopausal women (mean age${\pm}$SD, $49.46{\pm}3.33$) were compared with HRV which was conducted in the sitting position for 5 minutes. Temperature of specific acupoints-Indang, Chonjung(CV17), Kwanwon(CV4) was checked using DITI image and obtained ${\Delta}T1$(Chonjung-Kwanwon), ${\Delta}T2$(Indang-Kwanwon), T0(Kwanwon) value in each group. Results: HRV measurements generally decreased in postmenopausal group than premenopausal group but there was no significance. ${\Delta}T1$ increased significantly in postmenopausal group compared with premenopausal group. ${\Delta}T2$ also increased in postmenopausal group but there was no significance. Conclusion: It can be suggested that Chonjung(CV17) can be the useful point to evaluate postmenopausal women by using DITI.

Phospholipase C γ1의 Src homology 3 (SH3)-domains에 결합하는 단백질의 특성규명

본 연구는 세포내 신호전달과정에서 중요한 구성요소인 Src Homology 3(SH3) domain 에 특이하게 결합하는 단백질을 분리하여, 그 특성을 규명함으로써 PLC γ1에 의한 신호전달과정을 규명하고자 하였다. SH3-domain 은 신호전달과정에 관련된 많은 단백질에서 발견되며 다수의 프롤린잔기를 인지함으로써 단백질간의 신호 전달을 매개하는 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구에서는 쥐 뇌의 추출물에서 PLC γ1의 SH3-domain에 특이하게 결합하는 110-kDa 와 100-kDa의 단백질을 순수 분리하여 펩티드 서열을 분석한 결과, 둘 다 시냅스소포 흡수과정에 필수적인 'dynamin' 단백질임을 확인하였다. Dynamin 이 PLC γ1의 SH3-domain 에 특이적으로 결합하는 것으로 보아 PLC γ1은 dynamin과 더블어 시냅스소포 흡수과정에 중요한 작용을 하는 것으로 사료된다. Src homology 3 (SH3) domains are found in a variety of proteins that are involved in signal transduction or represent components of the cytoskeleton. These domains are thought to serve as modules that mediate specific protein-protein interactions that include proline-rich sequences on the target protein. We have identified proteins of 110- and 100-kDa in rat brain extract that bind specifically to the SH3 domain of phospholipase C γ1(PLC γ1), a primary substrate of receptor tyrosine kinases, and characterized the both bands as the microtubule-activated GTPase dynamin. These results suggest that PLC γ1 might be involved in synaptic vesicle endocytosis by interacting with dynamin.
