        대학전공체육수업에서 스포츠교육모형이 정의적 영역에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of sports education model applied in physical education classes on the affective domain of university students who major in physical education. Ten students(5 male and 5 female) ranged from freshmen to senior participated in the study for one semester in 2017. The participants took depth interviews about the perception of sports education model. Collected data were analyzed using content analysis. The results of the study generated six big themes including learning attitude, cooperation, communication, relatedness, leadership, and motivation. The findings suggest that if sports education model is provided for physical education classes, university students can promote multiple characteristics in affective domain. Specifically, the students as prospective physical educators can develop professional knowledge, communication skills, and effective teaching methods required for sports leaders through the experiences of multiple roles.

        태권도 수련생들이 지각한 관계성 지지가 심리적 욕구와 내적동기에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine a structural relationship between perceived relatedness support, psychological needs, and intrinsic motivation among adolescent students who participated in Taekwondo training at a gym. The participants were 104 students (M age=16.4) who enrolled in the middle and high schools and completed three well-validated questionnaires. Data results analyzed by structural equation modeling(SEM) indicated that perceived relatedness support significantly influenced three psychological needs(autonomy, competence, relatedness) which led to the internalization of intrinsic motivation. The findings suggest Taekwondo coaches need to provide relatedness-supportive behaviors for Taekwondo trainees during training, which is more likely to bring about positive emotions and improved physical ability. Some implications were discussed in terms of the method of providing relatedness supports.

      • 成人의 身體組成 評價를 위한 生體電氣低抗法의 妥當性 檢討

        This study is concerned with a comparison of the UW and the BI methods as they are applied to the evaluation of body composition. The validity of the BI method is studied in detail, and the SFT method is also examined in detail in comparison with the other methods. Altogether 49 healthy adults(13 males and 36 females)were estimated, and the following results have been obtained: 1. A comparison of the % body fat measured by the three methods is schematically summarized below: ◁표 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) 2. There was a higher correlation between the UW and the BI methods than between the UW and the SFT methods in the estimate of the body composition. 3. The measurements of the %body fat, the height and weight, and the fat thickness by means of the UW method did not reveal significant correlation with respect to the physical constitution of the males, but there was a significant correlation(0.5754) with respect to the weight of the females. 4. In the estimated of the % body fat, the BI method showed a smaller standard and relative deviation than the SFT method both for the male and the female subjects, and the highest degree of accuracy was obtained in the BI method applied to the male subjects.

      • Washing-Free Electrochemical Detection of Amplified Double-Stranded DNAs Using a Zinc Finger Protein

        <P>Recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) has been combined with electrochemical detection for simple and rapid point-of-care testing. However, there are two major hindrances to this simple and rapid testing: (i) washing or purification steps are required to remove unbound labeled probes and interfering species in the sample; (ii) it is difficult to quantify double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) electrochemically by using biospecific affinity binding without dsDNA denaturation. In the present study, we describe a wash-free and rapid electrochemical method to detect RPA-amplified dsDNAs using a zinc finger protein, Zif268. Electrochemical detection is achieved using proximity-dependent electron mediation of ferrocenemethanol between a glucose-oxidase (GOx) label and an electrode, which differentiates the specifically electrode-bound and -unbound labels without a washing or purification step. RPA-amplified dsDNA containing a biotin-terminated forward primer is specifically bound to a neutravidin-modified electrode, and GOx-conjugated Zif268 is specifically bound to the dsDNA. The whole detection is performed within 17 min (15 min for the RPA reaction and <2 min for the electrochemical measurement). Electrochemical detection is carried out without an additional incubation period, because the specific binding between Zif268 and the dsDNA occurs during the RPA reaction. The detection method could discriminate between target template DNA of <I>Piscirickettsia salmonis</I> and nontarget DNAs (random sequence and calf thymus DNA). The detection limit for the target DNA is approximately 300 copies in 13.2 μL, indicating that the detection method is ultrasensitive. We believe that the method could offer a promising solution for simple and rapid point-of-care testing.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

      • Assessment of bisphenol A exposure in Korean pregnant women by physiologically based pharmacokinetic modeling.

        <P>The objective of this study was to predict the exposure to bisphenol A (BPA) after oral intake in human blood and tissues using physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modeling. A refined PBPK model was developed taking into account of glucuronidation, biliary excretion, and slow absorption of BPA in order to describe the second peak of BPA observed following oral intake. This developed model adequately described the second peak and BPA concentrations in blood and various tissues in rats after oral administration. A prospective validation study in rats additionally supported the proposed model. For extrapolation to humans, a daily oral BPA dose of 0.237 mg/70 kg/d or 0.0034 mg/kg/d was predicted to achieve an average steady-state blood concentration of 0.0055 ng/ml (median blood BPA concentration in Korean pregnant women). This dose was lower than the reference dose (RfD, 0.016 mg/kg/d) and the tolerable daily intake established by the European Commission (10 관g/kg/d). Data indicate that enterohepatic recirculation may be toxicologically important as this pathway may increase exposure and terminal half-life of BPA in humans.</P>

      • Ultrasensitive Electrochemical Detection of miRNA-21 Using a Zinc Finger Protein Specific to DNA–RNA Hybrids

        <P>Both high sensitivity and high specificity are crucial for detection of miRNAs that have emerged as important clinical biomarkers. Just Another Zinc finger proteins (JAZ, ZNF346) bind preferably (but nonsequence-specifically) to DNA RNA hybrids over single stranded RNAs, single stranded DNAs, and double stranded DNAs. We present an ultrasensitive and highly specific electrochemical method for miRNA-21 detection based on the selective binding of JAZ to the DNA RNA hybrid formed between a DNA capture probe and a target miRNA-21. This enables us to use chemically stable DNA as a capture probe instead of RNA as well as to apply a standard sandwich type assay format to miRNA detection. High signal amplification is obtained by (i) enzymatic amplification by alkaline phosphatase (ALP) coupled with (ii) electrochemical chemical chemical (ECC) redox cycling involving an ALP product (hydroquinone). Low nonspecific adsorption of ALP conjugated JAZ is obtained using a polymeric self-assembled-monolayer-modified and casein treated indium tin oxide electrode. The detection method can discriminate between target miRNA-21 and nontarget nucleic acids (DNA DNA hybrid, single stranded DNA, miRNA-125b, miRNA-155, single base mismatched miRNA, and three base mismatched miRNA). The detection limits for miRNA-21 in buffer and 10 fold diluted serum are approximately 2 and 30 fM, respectively, indicating that the detection method is ultrasensitive. This detection method can be readily extended to multiplex detection of miRNAs with only one ALP conjugated JAZ probe due to its nonsequence-specific binding character. We also believe that the method could offer a promising solution for point of care testing of miRNAs in body fluids.</P>

        사무직 여성 근로자의 12주간 복합운동이 체력, Irisin 및 BDNF에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: The purpose of this study is to examine on the effects of 12 weeks combined exercised on physical fitness, Irisin and BNDF in white-collar women workers who are sedentary lifestyles. METHODS: In this study, there were controlled groups and exercise group: one was composed of women who had no regular exercise program and sedentary lifestyle (n=20), the other was made of white-collar women who had combined exercise, no muscular skeletal disease, same lifestyle (n=19), totally 39 women were participated in this study. Combined exercises were composed of aerobic exercise, resistance exercise, flexibility, and balance exercise: Conducting mid-level exercise with 65% VO<sub>2</sub>max consumption, 3 times a week, and 80 minutes for 12 weeks. For certifying the purpose of this study, calculate the average and standard deviation of every variant using descriptive statistics and apply analysis of covariance measures ANCOVA for interaction between groups . RESULTS: In LBM and Body fat percentage, there was no significant difference after exercise. In other words, there was significant difference in body fat (p<.001). Physical fitness has some significant difference in muscular strength, muscular endurance, power, balance and flexibility (p<.001; p<.001; p<.05; p<.05; p<.001). but there was no significant difference in VO<sub>2</sub>max. There was no significant difference in BDNF and Irisin for groups after exercise. CONCLUSIONS: Consequently, it shows that 12 weeks combined exercise made a positive effect on body composition, physical fitness in white-collar woman workers.

        정상인에서 단기간의 Indomethacin 경구 투여가 장 투과성에 미치는 영향

        The side effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) involve mainly gastroduodenal mucosal lesions, however, recent studies suggest that NSAIDs ingestion can cause also the small intestinal diseases, which are characterized sequentially by inflammation, ulceration, perforation, and diaphramatic disease. This study examined the change of intestinal permeability after short-term oral administration of indomethacin and co-administration of synthetic prostaglandin E₁ analogue, Misoprostol, in healthy men. The subjects drank test solution containing ^(51)Cr-EDTA(100 μCi), and this was followed by 10 hour urine collection. The amount of ^(51)Cr-EDTA in the urine reflects non-mediated intercellular intestinal permeability. Indomethacin significantly increased intestinal permeability to ^(51)Cr-EDTA, and co-administration of prostaglandin E₁ analogue significantly decreased this detrimental effect of indomethacin. These findings suggest that prostaglandins are involved in maintaining intestinal integrity in man.
