Ventricular fibrillation is one of the most common causes of sudden cardiac arrest in adults. A lot of research has been done on ventricular fibrillation. However, that research draws conclusions from animal studies and they could not induce artificial ventricular fibrillation in human subjects. This paper looks at whether there is a difference between ventricular fibrillations in animal models and in human models, with comparisons of ventricular fibrillation obtained from the two groups. This study compares and analyzes electrocardiography (ECG) wave forms as electrical bio-signals of the two groups, in which the histogram of gradient (HOG) and auto-associative multilayer perceptrons (AAMLP) are applied for feature extraction and pattern analysis, repsectively, of the bio-signals. The characteristics of electrical signals in animal ventricular fibrillation and those in human ventricular fibrillation are conclusively similar and it is reasonable to adapt the results obtained from animal research to clinical practices.
토양세척 공정에서 발생하는 토양세척수 처리를 위한 가압부상법(DAF)의 적용에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to develop the soil washing recycling system by Dissolved Air Flotation(DAF) process. DAF Process was applied to contribute to environmental protection from soil restoration work that is friendly remediation of a soil washing process. The contamination removal efficiency was established from the pilot plant of waste soil washing recycling system on S company's oil storage property site in P city. It Measured treatment efficiency of whole soil washing recycling system with CODMn, SS, T-N, n-H(mineral oil), pH. The optimal operating condition of the soil washing recycling system using the Dissolved Air Flotation(DAF) process are hydraculic retention time(HRT) 10min, return ratio(RR) 50%, skimming ratio(SR) 5%.

Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs) contribute to the formation of ozone and PAN which are injurious to health through complex photochemical reactions. Growing consumption of fossil fuels results in significant emission of VOCs and other air pollutants into the atmosphere. This study was carried out to evaluate of Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs) concentrations in Kumi industrial complex. Ambient air sampling was determined at five sites from August to September in 2002. The Volatile Organic Compounds samples were collected using the silicocan canisters, and were determined by GC/MS which connected preconcentrator system. The Kumi industrial complex of VOCs concentrations were generally similar with Yeochun s but some of VOCs concentrations of Kumi were higher than Yeochun industrial complex"s. Also the industrial area was higher than downtown and residential district.

최근 4차 산업혁명 기술의 발전으로 인해 다양한 분야에서 원격탐사 기법을 이용한 연구 및 적용이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특히 정밀농업 분야에서 무인항공기(Unmaned Aerial Vehicle;UAV)와 다중분광센서(Multispectral Sensors)를 결합하여 작물의 구분과 작황분석에 활용하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 위성에 비해 무인항공기 운용은 광범위한 공간을 측정할 수는 없다. 따라서 무인항공기 영상은 농업분야에서 작물의 생육단계에 따라 고해상도 영상을 원하는 시기와 지역에 대해 신속히 수집할 수 있으므로 정밀농업 관리를 위한 공간적인 변이 분석에 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 무인항공기의 다중분광센서를 이용하여 대상체를 측정한 영상을 활용하기 위해서는 측정 당시의 광량, 태양 고도각, 기상, 대기 노이즈 등으로 인한 보정이 필요하며 이에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정에 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 무인항공기 탑재 다중분광센서의 보정을 위한 토양과 콩의 NDVI를 비교분석한 연구이다. 연구에서 활용한 장비는 다중분광센서(Canon Powershot S110, 탑재밴드 GREEN:550 ㎚ RED:625 ㎚, NIR:850 ㎚)와 휴대용 분광복사계(PSR-2500, 측정파장영역 350~ 2,500 ㎚, 측정간격 1.0~6.3 ㎚), 백색판(BaSo<sub>4</sub> )이며, 측정지점 및 대상은 충북대학교 부속농장의 콩과 토양을 선정하였다. 분광반사율 및 각센서별 정규화식생지수(Normalised Difference Vegetation Index;NDVI)는 다중분광센서와 휴대용 분광복사계를 이용하여 대상체를 측정하고 백색판을 동시에 측정하여 산정했다. NDVI산정시 다중분광센서에서 산출되는 영상의 로우(RAW)파일을 16bit로 변환했다. 휴대용 분광복사계로 산출한 768개 밴드는 다중분광센서와 일치시키기 위해 550 ㎚, 625 ㎚, 850 ㎚ 밴드만을 추출하여 NDVI를 산정하였다. 분석 결과 다중분광센서의 NDVI는 초록잎(0.261~0.322), 황변이 진행된 잎(0.011~0.095) 토양(-0.035~0.103)의 범위를 나타내었다. 휴대용 분광복사계로 구한 NDVI는 초록잎(0.63~0.903), 황변이 진행된 잎(0.273~0.371), 토양은(0.271~0.278)의 범위를 나타내었다. NDVI의 범위에서는 차이가 많이 나지만 측점별로 증감 추세를 비교했을 때 매우 유사한 추세를 보였다. 본 연구를 통해서는 현장적용 가능성에 대해 단정 지을 수 없기 때문에 다양한 시기 및 조건에 대해 추가적으로 실험이 필요하며, 향후 다중분광센서의 보정 부분에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
스크린 프린팅 방법으로 제작한 ZnS:(Cu, AL) 박막의 CNT 불순물 첨가에 의한 광학적 특성에 관한 연구

This experimental focus to characterize luminescence properties related to CNT (Carbon Nano Tube) element dispersedly implanted in ZnS-based phosphor thin film panel fabricated by a screen printing method. More specifically FE-SEM measurements, L-V(Luminescence vs. Voltage) and photo luminescence were carried out to determine an optimum value of CNT concentration and film thickness for the thin film structure of CNT-ZnS:(Cu, Al) by the screen printing method. We confirmed that an optimum value of CNT concentration in the ZnS:(Cu, Al) film panel is about 0.75 wt% resulting that the electric conductivity is 1.6 times higher than that of pure CNT sample and showing that the luminescence intensity is increasing until the optimum concentration. Clearly, CNT is presenting in the luminescence process providing a pathway for the creation of hot electron and a channel for the electron-hole recombination but overly inserted CNT may hinder to produce the hot electron for making an avalanching process. In case of the overly doped CNT 1.0 wt% in the ZnS-based phosphor, the luminescence intensity is decreasing although the electric conductivity is exponentially increasing. Based on these results, we realized that hot electron occurred by the external electric field or exciton arose by the external photon source are reduced dramatically over the critical value of CNT concentration because CNT element provide various isolated residues in the composites of ZnS based phosphor rather than pathway or channel for the D-A(Donnor to Acceptor) pair transition or the radiative recombination of electron-hole.

Polymer light emitting diodes (PLEDs) are expected to be commercialized as next generation displays by advantages of the fast response time, low driving voltage and easy manufacturing process for large sized flexible display. Generally, the electrical and optical properties of PLEDs are affected by the surface conditions of transparent electrode. The PLED devices with ITO/PEDOT:PSS/PVK/PFO-poss/LiF/Al structures were prepared by using the spin coating method. For this, PEDOT:PSS(poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfolnate)) Al 4083 and PVK(N-vinylcabozole) were used as hole injection and transport layers. The PFOposs(poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene)) was used as the emitting layer. The dependence of O₂ plasma treatment of ITO electrode on the electrical and optical properties of PLEDs were investigated. The sheet resistances increased slightly with an improved surface roughness of ITO electrode as the RF power increased during O₂ plasma treatment. The PLED devices prepared on the ITO/Glass substrates, which were plasma-treated at 40 watt in RF power for 30 seconds under 40 mtorr O₂ pressure, showed the maximum external emission efficiency of 0.86 lm/W and the maximum luminance of 250 cd/m², respectively. The CIE color coordinates are ranged X = 0.13~0.18 and Y = 0.10~0.16, showing blue color. emission.
PMMA 유기 게이트 절연막의 농도와 두께에 따른 특성

The MIM(metal-insulator-metal) capacitors with the Al/PMMA/ITO/Glass structures were manufactured according to various PMMA concentration of 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 wt%. The lowest leakage current and the largest capacitance were found to be 2.3 pA and 1.2 nF, respectively, for the device with 2 wt% PMMA concentration. The measured capacitance of the devices was almost same values with the calculated one. The optimum film thickness was obtained at the value of 48 nm, showing that the capacitance and leakage current were 1.92 nF, 0.3 pA at 2 wt%, respectively. From this experiment, the PMMA gate insulator films can be applicable to the organic thin film transistors.
