가상현실 고소공포증 치료시스템을 위한 생체신호 분석에 관한 연구

Acrophobia is a symptom of feeling an abnormal fear of heights. Medications or cognitive-behavior methods have been mainly used to treat the acrophobia. In these days the virtual reality technology has been applied to treat such an anxiety disorders. But former acrophobia treatment systems use only patient's score of the questionary to appraise. The new system developed in this thesis uses not only patient's score of the questionary but also biomedical signals such as HR, GSR amplitude to increase the objectivity and quantitativity. The experimental results show that HR and GSR amplitude are useful for decision of acrophobia. We will apply this system to the acrophobia patient and be able to offer better medical treatment for mental illness in near future.

Medications or conitive-behavior methods have been mainly used as a treatment of alcoholism, lately the virtualy technology has been applied to the kink of alcoholic disorders. A virtual environment makes him having avility to over come the drink. In this study, we were implemented by making panorama images and 3D object modules using 3D MAX. VRML, JAVA. And the BAR stimulator that composed with a position sensor, head mount display, and audio system, is suggested. To illustrate the physiological difference between a person who has a alcoholism and and without a liquor bottle, heart rate was measured during experiment, and also measured a person's HR after the virtual reality training. We demonstrated the subjective effectiveness of virtual reality psychotherapy through the clinical experiment.

Abstract - In This study, proposes a self-organizing QRS-wave detection algorithm for ECG using Kohonen Neural Networks and a new preprocessing algorithm for R-point detection. The implemented ECG reading system consists of a preprocessor, a SOM and a QRS-detector. The preprocessor detect R-point in the ECG. The SOM organizes training vectors into a pattern book, and the QRS-detector executes Q and S-point detection with the pattern book. Without an averaging process permits a faster operation and applying a nonlinear peak detector to a preprocessor. The self-organizing ability of SOM has proven to be a good solution for recognizing and organizing QRS-wave patterns. Moreover, The SOM prevents an loss of information such as signal distortion due to a mathematical transform. The QRS-detector based on the pattern book from the SOM executes an efficient ECG reading compared to the other methods.

Today, many people stay lot of time sitting on chair in their life. If a sitting posture is not correct, there is some trouble with the waist. And if it goes on long time, sometimes it cause the hurts of waist or the deformded spinal column. A crouched posture is an obstacle to breath and it give rise to drowsiness because the lack of oxygen. Sitting posture is a habit so people can't feel it oneself and look over some kind of risks. It analyzes a condition of muscles by measuring EMG of spinal both side of spinal-bones. It can have a right sitting posture by the analyzing that increasing of muscles tention in one or the other side of muscles when the posture inclines on one side or ahead.

현재 활발히 구축중인 u-City에 도시정보를 수집하고 통합적으로 분석하여 도시를 효과적으로 운영·관리하는 기관인 도시통합운영센터가 설치되는데 막대한 운영비와 열악한 수익구조로 운영에 많은 차질이 있었다. 이에 현재 도시통합운영센터를 운영 중인 화성 동탄u-City와 은평 뉴타운 u-City의 도시통합운영센터의 통합적 비교·분석을 통해 시사점을 도출하였으며 이에 대해 효율적 입지선정과 전국 공통의 통합플랫폼 개발, 스마트폰과 보다 적극적인 정보활용을 통한 체감형 서비스 및 민간사업자 유치방안 등의 해결책을 제시하였다.
Rhizopus oryzae KCTC 11970을 이용한 푸마르산 생산조건의 최적화

This work was developed in several steps to find the optimum conditions of fumaric acid production by Rhizopus oryzae KCTC 11970 in flask culture. Six different carbon sources and eleven nitrogen sources were tested. CaCO_3 was used as a neutralizing agent to control pH of medium. The optimum carbon source and nitrogen source were glucose 70 g/L and ammonium sulfate 0.4 g/L, respectively. At this optimum condition, the fumaric acid concentration, yield, and volumetric productivity were 19.33 g/L, 52.8%, and 0.32 g/L/h, respectivity, after fermentation time of 60 hr.

Acne is very common in adolescents and young adults. Although there are various conventional treatment modalities, some patients are prone to side effects and need alternative options. A 22-year-old male patient who were treated with high dose systemic steroid for his nephrotic syndrome, encountered severe acne on his face and neck. Since the patient’s medical condition was unable to administer systemic agent, he was treated with the selective electrothermolysis device. The sebaceous gland targeting treatment by selective electrothermolysis with microneedle radiofrequency device, had minimal adverse effect and the skin lesions improved dramatically. The patient was satisfied and did not want further treatment. (Ann Dermatol 31(1) 75∼77, 2019)

<P>We determined whether [F-18]fluorothymidine (FLT) positron emission tomography (PET) can detect early effects on tumor proliferation of JAC106, a new anti-tubulin agent. Inhibition of tubulin polymerization and [H-3]colchicine binding were assessed in vitro. The effects of JAC106 on cytotoxicity, mitotic arrest, [F-18]FLT uptake, and thymidine kinase 1 (TK1) activity were examined in SW620 and KB-V1 cells. Dose-dependent antitumor effects of JAC106 were monitored by measuring tumor growth and by dynamic [F-18]FLT PET imaging in mice bearing SW620 and KB-V1 tumors. The proliferation status of tumors was examined. JAC106 potently inhibited tubulin polymerization and decreased the viability of SW620 (p < 0.001, half maximal inhibitory concentration, IC50 = 3.15 +/- 1.4) and KB-V1 (p < 0.01, IC50 = 21.84 +/- 24.59) cells. Exposure to JAC106 induced mitotic arrest starting at 18 h and dose-dependently increased [F-18]FLT uptake/1 x 10(5) cells (p < 0.05) and TK1 activity and expression in vitro. Administration of 30 mg/kg JAC106 to mice inhibited the growth of SW620 and KB-VI tumors (%T/C 3.34 and 20.6%, respectively). The baseline standardized uptake values (SUV) of SW620 and KB-V1 tumors were 0.96 +/- 0.31 and 2.29 +/- 0.70, respectively, with a significant difference (p < 0.01). After 3 days of treatment with 30 mg/kg JAC106, the [F-18]FLT SUVs of SW620 and KB-V1 tumors, normalized to those before treatment, were 77.9 +/- 22.4% (p = 0.059) and 43.2 +/- 14.0% (p < 0.01), respectively. JAC106 significantly decreased the number of Ki-67-positive cells, TK1 activity, cell fraction in G(0)G(1) phase, and tumor expression of cyclins E, A, and B1 on day 3. [F-18]FLT PET can be used to monitor JAC106 inhibition of tumor growth, beginning 3 days after treatment. Incorporation of [F-18]FLT PET may be useful in the early clinical development of JAC106.</P>
