Unpredictable customer demands make manufacturers to make quality products with cheaper price and shorter delivery. To survive in the global market, the manufacturing industry needs to equip with advanced technologies including IT. Under this situation, collaborationis the best solution for manufacturers to survive and to grow their company instead of competition. With this strategy, we have conducted a project(e-Manufacturing). The companies participate to the project attained the amazing results by utilizing collaboration systems such as delivery shortened and increase in sale/profit. Since the strategy of the project is assessed to be very useful to increase competition power of manufacturers, the project will be enlarged to cover wider application domains with a new project name called i-Manufacturing. In this paper, therefore, we introduce the specific output from the e-Manufacturing project and the specific strategies/plans of i-Manufacturing project.
대구경 현장타설말뚝의 대용량 양방향 말뚝재하시험 분석 및 극한지지력 추정을 위한 수치해석 연구

초고층 건축물 기초의 고용량 하중 지지능력을 확인할 수 있는 가장 현실적인 방안인 고유압방식의 고용량 양방향 말뚝재하시험을 2개 현장에서 실시하였다. 고유압 복동식 양방향 말뚝재하시험은 정재하시험 시 재하용량 한계와 현장조건의 제약을 극복할 수 있는 가장 현실적인 방안으로 볼 수 있었으며 고용량이 필요한 시험말뚝에 대한 재하시험에 매우 유용한 시험방법으로 판단되었다. 2개의 사례에서 계산된 설계하중 충족비는 각각 3.3, 2.1이었으므로 사례(P-2)에서 1방향 재하하중을 다소 작게 재하하였더라면 말뚝기초의 안정성을 실증적으로 확인하지 못하였을 것으로 판단되었다. 초고용량의 양방향 말뚝재하시험에서 설정한 최대하중까지 재하하더라도 말뚝 및 지반의 극한상태를 확인하는 것은 쉽지 않았으므로 대구경 현장타설말뚝의 극한지지력을 추정하기 위하여 2개의 고용량 대구경 현장타설말뚝에 대한 수치해석을 실시하였다. The high capacity bi-directional pile load test is an optimum pile load test method for high-rised buildings. Especially, a high pressure and double-acting bi-directional pile load testing, a special type of the high capacity bi-directional pile load test, is the most practical way to overcome limitations of loading capacities and constraints of field conditions, which was judged to be a very useful test method for requiring high loading capacities. Total of 2 high capacity bi-directional pile load tests(P-1 and P-2) were conducted in high-rised building sites in Korea. Based on the field load test results, the sufficiency ratio of loading capacities to design loads for P-1 and P-2 were 3.3 and 2.1, respectively. For P-2, the load test could not verify the design load if 1-directional loads applied slightly smaller than the actual applied load. Also, high capacity bi-directional pile load tests were difficult to determine an ultimate state of ground or piles, although the loads were applied until their maximum loads. Hence, finite element analyses were conducted to determine their ultimate states by calibrating and extrapolate with test results.

Nowadays, much attention is being paid to topic map - a kind of searching method based on meanings - for a solution which helps people manage and integrate huge amount of technical information and retrieve correct ones fast and effectively. This paper proposed the integrated KMS (Knowledge Management System) of technical information needed when developing injection molds. Based on the results of injection molding CAE analyses and the use-case models of the people who develop injection-molds, the technical knowledge management system was designed and constructed in the engineering collaborative hub. This system consists of the integrated ontology model of technical information utilizing topic map approach and the retrieval system based on meanings in the field of injection mold development. The ontology of the developed systems is updated automatically.

최근 국내 제조업체들의 중국진출 가속화 및 지속적으로 진행되어온 중소기업의 구조적ㆍ기술적 취약성 등으로 인해 특히 국내 중소 제조업체는 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 상황을 극복하고 기업간 기술협업 기반의 제조경쟁력 강화를 위하여 현재 i매뉴팩처링(한국형 제조혁신)사업이 추진 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 i매뉴팩처링 사업을 통해 구축된 다양한 협업모델 가운데 성공적인 평기를 받고 있는, 가상기업 구성을 통한 중소기업 상생모델인 사출금형생산 협업허브 및 이에 대한 확대사례를 소개하고자 한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 기업 컨소시엄의 특성에 맞게 구축된 협업모델에 대해 기능강화를 통한 기업적용으로의 활용성 검증을 마친 기구축 협업허브를 신규 기업군을 대상으로 적용하는 과정에 대해 설명하며, 이러한 협업네트워크의 확산을 통해 기업경쟁력 강화에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 수 있는지에 대해서도 고찰해 보기로 한다.

10㎾ wind turbine has been successfully commissioned at the King Sejong station in April, 2006. The wind turbine installed is a part of the R&D program for developing a solid wind/diesel hybrid power control system for a remote area such as Antarctica. At the same time, the current research aims to develop an anti-icing and de-icing technologies for a small wind turbine rated under 50㎾. Since its commissioning, the turbine has generated about 500㎾h for 47days without any system faults. Although sufficient data have not been obtained yet, any trouble has not occurred in the wind/diesel hybrid system based on the current analysis. Concerning on the environmental impact by the wind turbine operation, the turbine is installed within the station boundary in order to meet the Madrid protocol. Therefore, wind turbine operation meets the international requirements for preservation of antarctic ecosystem.

In order to achieve win-win cooperations between the large enterprises and SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), engineering collaborative hub was developed and lots of CAE service - injection-mold flow analysis - were conducted. This paper proposed the integrated KMS(Knowledge Management System) of technical information needed when developing injection molds. Based on the results of injection-mold flow analyses and the use-case models of the people who develop injection-molds, the technical knowledge management system was designed and constructed in the engineering collaborative hub. This system consists of the integrated ontology model of technical information utilizing topic map approach and the retrieval system based on meanings in the field of injection mold development
