하악 소수 잔존치에서 텔레스코픽 의치를 이용한 수복 증례

하악의 잔존 치조제가 얇고 낮은 증례에서 국소의치를 이용한 수복은 잔존 치조제에서 적절한 전후방의 안정성 및 지지를 얻을 수 없어 환자에게 불편함을 주고 치조제에 과도한 교합력을 주게 된다. 또한 서로 멀리 떨어진 소수의 잔존치가 남았을 경우 스플린트하기 어렵고, 스플린트를 하지 않을 경우 고립 지대치가 되어 현명한 치료가 될 수 없다. 이와 같은 경우 텔레스코픽 시스템은 클래스프 의치에서 발생될 수 있는 치아에 작용하는 무리한 측방하중을 줄여주며, 안정적이고 확실한 유지력과 견고성을 갖는다는 장점이 있다. 본 증례는 전반적인 중등도의 치주염으로 인해 상악은 무치악, 하악은 소수 잔존치가 남은 상태에서, 상악은 총의치, 하악은 텔레스코픽 의치로 수복한 증례이다. 치료 계획 시 서로 멀리 떨어진 하악 소수 잔존치가 남고, 적절한 지지를 얻을 수 없는 치조제를 가져 클레스프 의치를 수복하더라도 많은 불편함과 어려움이 있을 것으로 판단되어, 텔레스코픽 의치로 수복하였다. Restoration of a patient with thin and low residual ridges using a removable partial denture cannot provide proper anterioposterior stability and support, so it results in patient discomfort and severe occlusal force. Also, when a small number of residual teeth are far apart from one another, it is difficult to splint. When these teeth are not splinted, they become solitary abutments, which is not a wise treatment decision. In this case, telescopic system reduces severe lateral load on abutments resulting from a clasp denture and it provides stable and definite retention and solidity. In this case report, a patient exhibited full edentulism in maxilla, and a small number of residual teeth in mandible, which were restored with a complete denture and a telescopic denture respectively. In treatment planning, it was concluded that a patient was restored with a telescopic denture since it was highly probable that a clasp denture would create discomfort and difficulty due to a small number of residual teeth located far apart and residual ridges without proper support.

In order to improve the drying performance of a hot air dryer, it is advantageous to make the hot, dry air reach the drying material rapidly. The time the air takes to reach the material depends upon the location and velocity of the inlet air and location of the material. The arrival time of the air and drying performance of 15 internal locations of a 1 HP geothermal source heat pump-type hot air dryer is calculated through computational simulation and is verified with measurement. For the arrival time calculation, the age of air concept using a step-up method, which analyzes the concentration variation with respect to time, is applied for numerical simulation. For the experiment, evaporation of 40 g water contained in a chalet was measured for 15 locations during the one hour operation of a dryer. The results show that the age of the air and drying performance are strongly correlated and as the age of the air is shortened the drying performance gets better.

Nowadays most peoples are used to collect a laver harvesting by human, it is very difficult working, due to wind, waves, and the weather conditions which is hard to stand on the ship and holding the seaweed nets it can be injured human, this is the reason we are developing an automatic harvesting method, in this project we proposed automatic harvesting collect method which is operated without human. Mainly we design and developed automated ship, This ship is divided in to three parts first part is supporting roller, second part is drum screener, third part is lifting mechanism. These are operated with hydro pneumatic equipment, this device are control with micro controller.

Objectives: Employee exposure record refers to a record containing information about environmental(workplace) monitoring or measuring of a toxic substance or harmful physical agent. The aims of this study were to examine problems related to exposure records and provide some amendments to the Korean Industrial Safety & Health Act for the effective management of chemical substances under the law. Methods: This study performed a literature search and review on legal provisions related to exposure records of a number of different countries, including Korea, the USA, Japan, EU, Germany, and the UK. They were compared and investigated and the amendment of articles was suggested. Results: The results of this study were provided as suggested amendments to the related act. There were a variety of ways of improvement, including a 30-year retention period and the introduction of new access methods, contents, transfer, and maintenance methods. All exposure data elements have to be standardized, including reference to a similar exposure group(SEG), sampling strategy, and circumstances of exposure(e.g., date, shift length, use of personal protective equipment, etc.). The SEGs are described by process, job, task, and environmental agent. Conclusions: This study is expected to provide for the amendment of the related act in order to ensure effective management of exposure records and is helpful for solving the cause and result of occupational disease by keeping exposure records according to the Industrial Safety & Health Act.
도시이미지 향상을 위한 공사 가림막 표현특성에 관한 연구

Today, construction fence screens which were understood simply as structures of separating people from the dangers of construction sites have evolved into landmarks to enhance the images of Cities. Now, construction fence screens should have the function as landmarks stimulating people’s sensibility through providing aesthetic values as well as the function of protecting people from the dangers of fields of construction. For this reason, this study tried 1) to show the relationships among these 4 classifications. is 4 realms of Human Beings - Cultural - Ecological - Digital in the expression methods of the construction fence screens of Seoul and 2) to simplify the characteristic elements of construction fence screens by way of extracting with Ecology, Installation Art, Symbolic, Commercial Expression. This study examined whether or not the construction fence screens of Seoul were playing the role as landmarks stimulating people"s sensibility with sustainable improvement to the environment of Seoul as public design structures, by investigating some of the construction fence screens of Seoul. Also through analyzing the diversity of expression methods of the construction fence screens of other local governments as well as those of Seoul, we hope that they will be the public structures for enhancing the images of Cities.

A volume integral equation method (VIEM) is introduced for the solution of elastostatic problem in an unbounded isotropic elastic solids containing multiple isotropic or anisotropic inclusion of various shapes subject to remote uniaxial tension. The method is applied to two-dimensional problems involving long parallel cylindrical inclusions of various shapes. A detailed analysis of stress field at the interface between the matrix and the central inclusion is carried out for square and hexagonal packing of the inclusions. Effects of the number of isotropic or anisotropic inclusions of various shapes and various fiber volume fractions on the stress field at the interface between the matrix and the central inclusion are also investigated in detail. The accuracy and efficiency of the method are examined through comparison with results obtained from analytical and finite element methods.
