        <P>Composites prepared by grafting poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) onto the surfaces of reduced graphene oxide (RGO) (RGO-<I>g</I>-P3HT) exhibit an enhanced photothermal effect due to photoinduced energy transfer from P3HT to RGO.       • Heat-Shock Protein 70 as a Tumor Antigen for in vitro Dendritic Cell Pulsing in Renal Cell Carcinoma Cases

        Immunological functions of heat shock proteins (HSPs) have long been recognized. In this study we aimed to efficiently purify HSP70 from renal cell carcinoma and test it as a tumor antigen for pulsing dendritic cells in vitro. HSP70 was purified from renal cell carcinoma specimens by serial column chromatography on Con A-sepharose, PD-10, ADP-agarose and DEAE-cellulose, and finally subjected to fast protein liquid chromatography (FPLC). Dendritic cells derived from the adherent fraction of peripheral blood mononuclear cells were cultured in the presence of IL-4 and GM-CSF and exposed to tumor HSP70. After 24 hours, dendritic cells were phenotypically characterized by flow cytometry. T cells obtained from the non-adherent fraction of peripheral blood mononuclear cells were then co-cultured with HSP70-pulsed dendritic cells and after 3 days T cell cytotoxicity towards primary cultured renal cell carcinoma cells was examined by Cell Counting Kit-8 assay. Dendritic cells pulsed in vitro with tumor-derived HSP70 expressed higher levels of CD83, CD80, CD86 and HLA-DR maturation markers than those pulsed with tumor cell lysate and comparable to that of dendritic cells pulsed with tumor cell lysate plus TNF-${\alpha}$. Concomitantly, cytotoxic T-lymphocytes induced by HSP70-pulsed dendritic cells presented the highest cytotoxic activity. There were no significant differences when using homologous or autologous HSP70 as the tumor antigen. HSP70 can be efficiently purified by chromatography and induces in vitro dendritic cell maturation in the absence of TNF-${\alpha}$. Conspecific HSP70 may effectively be used as a tumor antigen to pulse dendritic cells in vitro.

      • High-Performance Solution-Processed Non-Fullerene Organic Solar Cells Based on Selenophene-Containing Perylene Bisimide Acceptor

        <P>Non-fullerene acceptors have recently attracted tremendous interest because of their potential as alternatives to fullerene derivatives in bulk heterojunction organic solar cells. However, the power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) have lagged far behind those of the polymer/fullerene system, mainly because of the low fill factor (FF) and photocurrent. Here we report a novel perylene bisimide (PBI) acceptor, SdiPBI-Se, in which selenium atoms were introduced into the perylene core. With a well-established wide-band-gap polymer (PDBT-T1) as the donor, a high efficiency of 8.4% with an unprecedented high FF of 70.2% is achieved for solution-processed non-fullerene organic solar cells. Efficient photon absorption, high and balanced charge carrier mobility, and ultrafast charge generation processes in PDBT-T1:SdiPBI-Se films account for the high photovoltaic performance. Our results suggest that non-fullerene acceptors have enormous potential to rival or even surpass the performance of their fullerene counterparts.</P>

      • A Study on Space Presentation of Scene Design in China’s Cartoon Game

        Cartoon Game (CG) is a special form of motion picture with features of films while distinct marks beyond movies and dramas. Drawing nature of CG offers a unique appreciative sense to beauty. Though realistic verisimilitude is been pursuing in CG, its drawing nature starkly tints CG with formal beauty. Studying patterns of Scene Design would pave the way for outstanding creations full of artistic characteristics. This article deals with space presentation of Scene Design with a threefold illustration of change of perspective, change of shot, light and shadow applied in China’s CG designing.

        ESG 영역별 평가등급이 중국 상장기업 가치에 미치는 영향

        Purpose - ESG(Environmental, Social and Governance) rating is an indicator to predict the sustainable development and long-term value creation of enterprises, which is becoming more and more important. This study divided the ESG rating into each sector(E, S and G) to identify which ESG elements are effective in enhancing enterprise value according to the characteristics of the enterprise, which is different from previous studies. Design/methodology/approach - In this study, Bloomberg ESG Disclosure Score was used to empirically analyze the relationship between ESG ratings and corporate value by taking the listed companies of China’s Shanghai Composite Index from 2017 to 2020 as the object. Findings - First, the relationship between ESG ratings and enterprise value shows a statistically significant positive correlation, which supports the results of previous studies. Second, the analysis results from the classification of ownership structure of enterprises (state-owned enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises) show that compared with state-owned enterprises, the ESG ratings of non-state-owned enterprises is more closely related to enterprise value. Third, the analysis of various industries (manufacturing and non-manufacturing) shows that compared with manufacturing, ESG scores of non-manufacturing has a more positive effect on enterprise value. Lastly, the analysis by industry type (heavy-contaminated companies, non-contaminated companies) confirmed that ESG scores of non-contaminated companies has a positive effect on corporate value than heavy-contaminated companies. Research implications or Originality - This study classified ESG evaluation grades(E, S and G) for listed companies in China and analyzed in detail how they affect corporate value according to corporate characteristics, drawing implications for what ESG indicators should be focused on to increase corporate value.

        Off-axis Two-mirror System with Wide Field of View Based on Diffractive Mirror

        An unobstructed off-axis two-mirror system is presented in this paper. First a suitable initial configurationis established based on third-order aberration theory. In order to achieve a wide field of view (FOV) withhigh image quality , the diffractive mirror is adopted in the two-mirror system to increase the optimizationfreedom and the aberration relationship between diffractive phase coefficients and Zernike coefficients isderived. Furthermore, a complete comparison design example with a focal length of 1200 mm, F-numberof 12, and FOV of 40° × 2° is given to verify the aberration correction ability of the diffractive mirror. The system average wavefront error is 0.007 λ (λ=0.6328 μm) developed from 0.061 λ when the systemdidn’t adopt the diffractive mirror. In this system the phase modulation function of the diffractive mirroris established as an even function of x, so we could obtain a symmetrical imaging quality about thetangential plane, and the symmetric aberration performance also brings considerable convenience toalignment and testing for the system

        Determination of a Monitoring Scheme for Controlling Construction Errors of a Cable-strut Tensile Structure

        Construction errors are inevitable in real cable-strut tensile structures. Nevertheless, the relevant work, especially the monitoring scheme design work, to control the construction errors is lacking. At present, the monitoring schemes always lay out the monitored members in the places with great internal force or great deformation, do not consider the method to control the construction errors and do not explain the method to lay out the monitored members in fundamental theory. To address this situation, the element length error, which is an important construction error affecting the bearing performance, is considered as the factor variable and the fundamental equation of pre-stress deviation and element length error is derived firstly. Next the methods to express the pre-stress deviation, which are only derived from the active cable length errors or from both the active cable and passive cable length errors, are discussed. After that, based on the condition that the errors can be solved and compensated, the least number of monitored members is determined. Moreover, those members sensitive to cable length deviation of active cables are selected as monitored members. In order to evaluate the effect level caused by passive cable length deviation, two evaluation parameters Δ and ρ are further discussed. Finally, one cable-strut tensile structure example is employed to verify the proposed method and the results of the example studies indicate that the least necessary number of monitored members can be achieved for the accurate solution and compensation of active cable length deviations. Different members have different sensitivities to the change of the length in active cables and those members with great sensitivities can be chosen in prior as monitored members. The evaluation parameters Δ and ρ can be used to analyze the source of errors and to evaluate the error effect level caused by the passive cable length deviation.

      • On the application of artificial intelligence in acute myeloid leukemia therapy

        This study is a randomized pretest-posttest design that aims to investigate the effect of early entrepreneurship education on cognitive and non- early entrepreneurship education, non-cognitive skills, creativity, self-efficacy, Bizworld cognitive skills of male sixth-grade primary school students. A total of 45 students were selected by multi-stage random sampling method and were assigned randomly to experimental, active-control and control groups. The experimental group received entrepreneurship education based on the Bizworld entrepreneurship program. The results indicate that early entrepreneurship education had an effect on non-cognitive skills (such as risk taking propensity, creativity, self-efficacy, persistence and need for achievement. It seems that early entrepreneurship education is a proper strategy to develop children's non-cognitive skills in late years of primary school. These skills will affect children's individual, educational, social and occupational future and can have long term benefits for students, families and society.

        Hierarchical polyurethane/RGO/BiOI fiber composite as flexible, selfsupporting and recyclable photocatalysts for RhB degradation under visible light

        Increasing organic pollutants have seriously affected the ecological environment and human health, photocatalytictechnology is considered as one of the most effective and environmentally friendly treatmentmethods. In this work, a novel hierarchical polyurethane (PU)/reduced graphene oxide (RGO)/bismuthoxyiodide (BiOI) composite fiber photocatalyst is constructed via an energy-saving route consisted ofultrasonic-assisted and co-precipitation method by utilizing PU nanofibers as substrate. The RGO are firstevenly wrapped in the PU nanofiber surface and BiOI nanosheets are then uniformly grown on the PU/RGO surface to form the hierarchical PU/RGO/BiOI composite fibers with a core–shell structure. The composition,morphology and electrochemical performance of the obtained PU/RGO/BiOI were characterizedby XRD, XPS, SEM, BET, I-t and EIS. Benefited from the high specific surface area of the PU nanofiber andthe excellent electron transfer ability of the RGO, a remarkable photocatalytic activity was achieved forthe PU/RGO/BiOI composite fibers and the degradation rate of RhB is 93.2% within 180 min. Notably, comparedto the traditional suspended nanoparticles, the PU/RGO/BiOI fibers exhibit excellent flexibility andself-supporting property, and can be easily separated and recovered from the contaminated water. Thus,the obtained PU/RGO/BiOI composite fibers with high photocatalytic activity and easily separable propertyare expected to possess great potential in water purification.
