        오차할당을 이용한 인체 골격 모델의 자세각 모니터링 정밀도 향상

        The human skeletal model is developed for the evaluation of comfortness of passenger car seat and potentiometers are adapted for the measurement of all the skeletal joints. The origin of the coordinates are located at the center of pelvis and all the joint coordinates are calculated from the measured joint angle data with using homogeneous transformation matrix. In calculating the lumbar positions using homogeneous transformation matrix, the position errors can be piled up because of measurement errors and A/D conversion resolutions of joint angle measuring systems. The lumbar positions are very sensitive in the seat comfortness evaluation that error budgeting method is adapted to reduce the measuring and calculating errors of joint positions. A connecting rod is adapted to measure the sternum position directly from the measured angle and length of connecting rod. Using homogeneous transformation matrix, the sternum position is calculated and it is compared with the result of transformation matrix which is calculated from the series of lumbar joints. The deviation between two results are evenly budgeted for each joints to compensate the measurement errors. The compensated result shows that the position errors of all the lumbar joints can be maintained below 10㎛ level.

        Orientation Controlled Protein Nanocapsules by Enzymatic Removal of a Polymer Template

        <P>Protein nanocapsules are potentially useful as functional nanocarriers because of their hollow structure and high biocompatibility and the intrinsic activity of their protein constituents. However, the development of a facile method for the preparation of oriented nanocapsules that retain their protein activity has been challenging. Here we describe the preparation of protein nanocapsules through the enzymatic removal of polymer templates. Nickel(II) nitrilotriacetic acid-end-functionalized poly(lactic acid) (Ni<SUP>2+</SUP>-NTA-PLA) was introduced as a polymeric template to immobilize hexa-histidine-tagged green fluorescence protein (His<SUB>6</SUB>-GFP) with consistent orientation. Following protein cross-linking and core-degradation, various measurements as a function of degradation time indicated the formation of hollow structures. We also demonstrated orientational control and activity preservation of the protein after capsule preparation. Protein nanocapsules prepared by this method can act as functional containers, taking advantage of the intrinsic function of their constituent proteins without additional modification.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

        한국수력원자력의 해외진출 관련 ESG 경영 사례 연구

        ESG 경영은 CSR 경영이나 CSV 경영 등 기업의 자발적인 윤리 경영과는 달리 재무제표와 같은 공시 의무화를 기반으로 한 재무적 투자에 까지 영향을 미치고 있다는 점에서 경영 패러다임의 대전환이라고까지 할 수 있다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구에서는 글로벌 경영 차원에서의 ESG 경영을 ‘글로벌 ESG 경영’이고 정의하고, 이를 개도국을 중심으로 한 해외 사업에서의 글로벌 ESG 경영과 글로벌 공급망 관리 차원에서의 글로벌 ESG 경영으로 나누었다. 이러한 글로벌 ESG 경영의 관점에서 한국수력원자력에서 발표한 연도별 지속가능경영보고서와 관련 자료를 분석하고, 한수원 임직원에 대한 심층 인터뷰를 실시해 한국수력원자력의 글로벌 ESG 경영 사례를 분석했다. 분석 결과 네팔 차멜리야 수력사업에서 현지 주민들에게 교통이나 통신, 수도 등의 인프라를 제공하고, 기술 인력과 기능 인력의 인권과 노동환경 개선을 위해 노력한 사례는 글로벌 ESG 경영의 모델이 될 수 있음을 확인했다. 또한 한국수력원자력은 국내 ESG 경영 활동과 달리 해외 ESG 활동에서 주로 사회분야(S)에 집중되어 있어 향후 환경(E)과 거버넌스(G)분야를 포함한 전체 ESG 분야에서 글로벌 경영을 추진할 필요성을 확인했다. Unlike voluntary ethical management of companies such as CSR management and CSV management, ESG management can be said to be a major shift in the management paradigm in that it affects financial investment based on mandatory disclosure such as financial statements. In this situation, this study defined ESG management as “global ESG management” and divided it into global ESG management in overseas businesses centered on developing countries and global ESG management in global supply chain management. From the perspective of global ESG management, annual sustainability management reports and related data released by Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power were analyzed, and in-depth interviews were conducted with KHNP executives and employees to analyze Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power's global ESG management cases. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that Nepal's Chamehliya hydroelectric project provided infrastructure such as transportation, communication, and water to local residents and that efforts to improve the human rights and working environment of technical and functional personnel could be a model for global ESG management. In addition, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., unlike domestic ESG management activities, is mainly concentrated in social fields (S) in overseas ESG activities, confirming the need to promote global management in all ESG fields, including environmental (E) and governance (G).

        A Black Metal-dielectric Thin Film for High-contrast Displays

        We demonstrate a thin metal-dielectric structure that delivers low reflection and high absorption over the entire visible spectrum. The thin black film consists of SiO2/Cr/SiO2/Al layers deposited on a glass substrate. The measured reflectance and absorptance of the black film are 0.7% and 99.3%, respectively, when averaged over the range 380 – 780 nm. The total thickness of the black film is only about 220 nm, and it can be used as a thin absorbing layer for displays that require both broadband antireflection and high-contrast characteristics.
