To achieve the good densification of SiC plate at low temperature, the effect and behaviour of V2O5 added for sintering agent was studied. By adding V2O5 powder fairly good wetability between SiC particles improved densification, but V2O5 was removed toward surface after sintering. After sintering, to get a better strength, the effect of clay content was investigated. and about 0.3wt% of clay content was suitable for getting a good strength. Addition of large amount of clay and V2O5 powder was good for getting a high sintering density, but the bending was happened during liquid phase sintering so that to protect bending suitable content of clay and V2O5 powder was studied.

This study was to investigate the changes of microflora, sugar, pH, and vitamin B_(12) during the aging of fermented vegetables such as Tongkimchi and Dongchimi and the productivity of vitamin B_(12) by Pseudomonas denitrificans D-2-1 selected as vitamin B_12 producing bacteria from Dongchimi. The main bacteria responsible for Tongkimchi fermertation were Lactobacillus plantarum, Leuconostoc mesenteroides and Streptococcus faecalis, but the main bacteria for Dongchimi fermentation were Leuconostoc mesenteroides and the genus Pseudomonas. In TongKimchi and Dongchimi sugar continuously decreased from ca 3% and pH reduced from 5.8 to 4.0 and less, but increased as the over-ripening progresses. Vitamin B_(12) content of TonKimchi was higher than those of Dongchimi at the early stage, but the opposite result at a later period Vitamin B_(12) content of TongKimchi and Dongchimi reached its maximum at the middle period. Pseudomonas denitrificans D-2- 1 cultured for 15 days on the media of radish juice produced vitamin B_12 up to 274 ng/㎖ and the strain cultured on the media of radish juice containing 1.5% NaCl produced vitamin B_12 of 261 ng/㎖. The strain cultured on the media of radish juice containing 3% NaCl and 0.1% L-glutamic acid as a nitrogen source produced vitamin B_(12) of 272ng/㎖. In contrast to the amount of vitamin B_(12)(245ng/㎖) obtained from the media in which L-glutamic acid was not added, the media containing L-glutamic acid increased the productivity of vitamin B_(12) up to 11%

This study was to investigate the identification of bacteria take part in the aging of fermented vegetable such as Tongkimchi and Dongchimi, the fermented vegetables which are indigenous to Korea were prepared in laboratory scale according to the same method used by private house in Seoul. The analogy of aerobic and anaerobic bacterial flora isolated from Kimchi was found, and their bacterial flora were identified by investigating the cultural, morphological and physiological characteristics. In results obtained are as follows; 1. During the aging of Tongkimchi. bacterial flora found in the early stage were Leuconostoc mesenteriodes, Lactobacillus plantarum, Streptococcus faecails and Pediococcus pentosaceus. In the middle period, however, Lactobacillus plantarum and streptococcus paecalis were predominant, and Lactobacillus brevis and Streptococcus faecalis subsp. liquefaciens were also fund. 2. During the aging of Dongchimi, aeroges found in the early stage were the genus Pseudomonas, and anaerobes such as Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Lactobacillus breyis, Lactobacillus plantarum and Pediococcus pentosaceus were also found. In the middle period, however, Leuconostoc mesenteroides and Pseudomonas denitriflcans were more predominant.

This study is searching efficiency and character of heat insulating materials, consider heat insulting materials that should be examined and studied to be insulated for an efficient plan and execution with other materials in a point of present time because it is hard to be structural materials and facing materials independently. In using heat insulating materials in a building, the surface of building should be covered with heat insulating materials, and wall should make a execution, vapourproof layer should be set up indoors to prevent the measure of condensation. This study expect to develope better heat insulating, ventilation plan for supplying fresh air, improved heat insulating materials stronger and execution.

복합레진의 표면거칠기에 따른 투명도와 표면 색상의 차이에 관한 연구

본 연구는 복합레진의 표면 연마에 의한 표면 거칠기가 표면 색상과 투명도에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고자 시행하였다. Charisma (Heraeus Kulzer GmbH, Domagen, Germany)의 B1과 A3, Esthet-X (DENTSPLY Caulk, Milford, USA)의 B1과 B3 레진으로 거칠기에 따른 표면 색상을 평가하기 위한 직경 8㎜, 두께 5㎜의 시편을 제작하고, Sof-Lex finishing & polishing system(3M, ESPE Dental Products. St. Paul USA)의 C, M, F, 및 SF 디스크로 시편의 한쪽 면을 연마하였으며, 연마 전 Mylar strip으로 압축된 면을 대조군으로 하였다. 거칠기에 따른 투명도의 차이를 평가하기 위한 두께 1 ㎜의 시편을 Charisma의 A3로 제작하여, 한쪽 면을 600, 1000, 1500 및 2000번 사포로 연마하였다. 각 시편의 연마 전과 후, 연마면의 CIE L^(*)a^(*)b^(*)값과 1 ㎜ 시편의 백색과 흑색 배경판 상에서의 Y값을 spectrophotometer인 Spectrolino (GretagMacbech, Regensdorf, Switzerland)를 사용해 측정 분석하였으며, 각 시편의 연마 전과 후의 평균 표면 조드 (Ra)값을 Surface Roughness Tester SJ-301 (Mytutoyo, Tokyo, Japan)로 측정했다. L^(*)값은 재료와 색상에 상관없이 가장 거친 Sof-lex C 디스크로 연마한 군에서 가장 높은 값을 보였으며 (p < 0.05). Esthet-X B3군을 제외한 모든 군에서 Ra값이 감소함에 따라 L^(*)값도 낮아졌다. a^(*)값은 표면 거칠기에 따라 특정한 변화 양상을 보이지 않았으며, b^(*)값은 Esthet-X B1군을 제외한 모든 군에서 Sof-lex SF 디스크로 연마 시 가장 높은 값을 보였으며 (p < 0.05), Charisma B1과 Esthet-X B3군에서 Ra값과 비교적 높은 상관 관계를 보였다. Contrast ratio는 1000번과 1500번 사포로 연마한 군간을 제외한 모든 군 간에 유의한 차이를 보여으며 (p < 0.05). 표면 거칠기가 감소함에 따라 contrast ratio도 감소하였다(R2 = 0.801). The objectives of this were to evaluate the effect of surface roughness on the surface color and translucency of the composite reins. Two composite resins (Esthet-X, Dentsply, Milford, USA and Charisma, Kulzer, Domagen, Germany) were used to investigate the surface color. Charisma was used to investigate the translucency. 40 disc samples (diameter: 8 ㎜, thickness: 5 ㎜) were made by each product to measure the surface color. Ploymerized each sample's one side was treated by Sof-Lex finishing and polishing system (Group C, M, F, SF). 40 disc samples (diameter: 6 ㎜, thickness: 1 ㎜) were prepared to measure the opacity. 1 ㎜ samples were ground one side with #600, #1000, #1500 and #2000 sandpapers. CIE L^(*)a^(*)b^(*) values of each 5 ㎜ thickness samples, and XYZ values of 1 ㎜ thickness samples on the white and black background were measured with spectrophotometer (Spectrolino, GretagMacbeth, Regensdorf, Switzerland). Mean surface roughness (Ra) of all samples before and after surface treatment was measured using the Surface Roughness Tester SJ-301 (Mytutoyo, Tokyo, Japan). Regardless of type and shade of the composite resin, L^(*) values measured in group C were higher than others (p < 0.05), and L^(*) value decreased as the Ra value decreased except B3 shade of Esthet-X. But there were no significant difference in a^(*) values among groups. In control group and SF, highest b^(*) values were measured (p < 0.05), except B1 shade of Esthet-X. Contrast ratio decreased as the Ra value decreased (p < 0.05). With the above results, difference of surface roughness has influence on surface color and translucency of dental composite resins. 〔J Kor Acad Cons Dent 31(4):312-322, 2006〕

It seems to be so many surveys for marketing research or customer's behavior. Recently, such s w e y systems using a standalone survey software or through on-line web site have been developed. Due to much of time and effort to deal with various and large data, an automated computer survey system's need has been desperately expected. This paper reveals that we design and implement reliable real-time survey system useing XML in order to process survey system's various type of data efficiently.

This paper presents the impact behavior and damage of laminated composite plates subjected to the low-velocity impact. For this purpose, a pendulum impact test for impact behavior and C-scan for impact damage are done. Test materials are carbon/epoxy laminated composite plates and stacking sequences [0/90]_4, [0/45_2/-45]_s, [45_2/-45/90]_s, [0/45/-45/90]_s and [0/26/51/77/-77/-51/-26/0].

TiN/TiSi₂-bilayers were formed by reactive sputter deposition in mixed gas of Ar+N₂ on the TiSi₂/Si(100) substrate, which TiSi₂ film was grown by means of the Ti sputtering, and the coevaporation of Ti and Si(Ti : Si = 1 : 2) on the Si(100)-2 ×1 substrate followed by in-situ annealing in ultrahigh vacuum. Stoichiometric Ti??N?? films with (111) texture determined XRD, RBS and XPS were grown at substrate temperature over 600℃, while films prepared at substrate temperature below 600℃ showed N-rich TiN, and the high quality TiSi₂ film was obtaind from the Ti/Si(100) and (Ti+2Si)/Si(100) samples annealed at 700℃. It is capping effect that the TiSi₂ film in the TiN/TiSi₂/Si(100) structure does not occure the agglomeration phenomena. The sheet resistance of the TiN/TiSi₂-bilayer prepared at 700℃ showed 0.39Ω/㎝².
